The Good Neighbour Lisbon Apartments presents luxury, stylish, bright 2 bedroom apt facing the beautiful garden of Campo das Cebolas. Located on the border between Alfama and Baixa districts, in the most trendy, fascinating and cosmopolitan neighbourhoods. It's walking distance from main Lisbon attractions. It's 5 minutes walking from Tejo river. Subway, buses and trains in front of the house. Also, the famous 28 Tram it's 5 minutes walking This is the perfect spot for a vacation in Lisbon.

The space

The restored building, Bacalhoeiros 99 – Baixa, a symbol of excellence due to its architectural heritage, a unique apartment that celebrate a lifestyle of luxury in a space fillled with comfort and elegance. The architectural project preserves the historical value and reminiscence of the building by maintaining the original façade tiles, while adding a modern touch which only the most elegant architectural trends can provide.

It´s a two bedroom (one suite) apartment located on 1st floor, with an area of 120 sq. m. Standout features of the apartment includes modern lines, ample divisions, natural light, and a predominance of space in a totally private and functional environment.

Inside, the attention to detail and sublime taste in the selection of fittings and fixtures, turn Bacalhoeiros 99 –Baixa, into an invitation for exclusive holidays. You will find all the amenities you need, air conditioning, 43´ smart cable tv, surround sound system, Bluethooth speaker where you can connect your phone or laptop, wifi cable internet, american kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso & Cappuccino coffee machine, orange juice squeezer, Magimix toaster, SMEG kettle, oven, electric hob (4), microwaves. The surrounding area "Campo das Cebolas", is enhanced by a recent renovation project made by the architect Carrilho da Graça. The garden is described by the Architect as “ an minimum intervention, that will enhance the maximum”. The goal is to bring together Lisbon’s riverfront and the city, creating a safe green area with fine restaurants and Portuguese typical shops.

Very centrally located and easily walkable to everything. Building is very nice and well appointed. Area was safe, lively and convenient. The hosts were very responsive and communicative and the apartment is just great! Spacious, clean, beautiful and fully equipped. We were very comfortable in our home away from home!

We had a wonderful time here! Lourenco and Teresa were very helpful, and the apartment is gorgeous. It’s even bigger than it looks in the photos. Clean, nice design, lovely renovated apartment that has kept its old charm. The bedrooms are a good distance away from each other so you have your property. Big high ceilings with French doors for windows, very bright. Location is perfect! We were close to all the action in baixa but also on the edge of Alfama and all the hills/view points. Thanks for everything and making our stay in Lisbon perfect!

I had an amazing stay at Lourenco’s place! The location was perfect, conveniently close to all the attractions I wanted to see and with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The accommodation was spotless, cozy, and had all the essentials, making me feel right at home. Lourenco even included thoughtful touches like [mention any special details, such as a welcome note, snacks, or local recommendations], which added to the experience. Lourenco was an exceptional host—quick to respond and super helpful with any questions. His local recommendations were spot-on and made my trip even more enjoyable. Really great central location, directly above restaurants. It also felt very safe. Teresa was also very flexible and responsive when we needed an early check in or if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming from out of town and wants to be in a spot that is easy to get around.

Me and my family have just recently stayed at this Airbnb and it was a good experience. The instructions provided were easy to understand for check-in. What we liked about this location was it was exactly like the pictures. All the pictures provided show an accurate representation of what the apartment looks like and everything that is inside. What my family and I liked most about this Airbnb was how close it was to everything and the restaurants within a two-minute walk. The surrounding neighborhood is full of places to sit and have food/ drinks. However, the only downside to our experience was the WIFI did not work the whole time we were there. But to the team's credit, they did communicate with me and try to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed which was disappointing because I had schoolwork that needed to be completed with the WIFI. Overall, I would recommend this location to friends and family.

This place was amazing! Being our first time in Lisbon this apartment was so easily accessible to everything we wanted to see and needed! Lourenco and Teresa were easy and quick with their communication! The exterior of the building matches the interior beauty we were very sad to leave and would definitely stay here again! Located in the heart of Lisbon, this place has a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm offering everything you need. The prime location puts you within walking distance of all the city's attractions. You can’t drive to the front door but it’s only a short (~25m) walk from the street where you would be dropped off to the front door. Check in / out Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Although there isn’t any parking available on site there is a nearby underground parkade (newer, clean, safe with parking spaces that you don’t have to retract your mirrors before parking) for 25 Euros a day. Overall, it's a delightful retreat for exploring Lisbon's treasures.

Perfect flat for a family to stay. Was a 2 minute walk from the metro and was right in the middle of everywhere you would want to be and see in Lisbon. The flat was even better then the pictures and description. traveled with wife and 2 kids. everyone had a space for down time and the beds were great. While the flat is near a lot of excitement with the windows closed it was almost completely sound proof. I will finish the review from my 10 year old son..."this is the greatest Airbnb we have ever been in."

Amazing place in the city with great light from the huge windows and balcony that overlooks a plaza… Quiet at night because there are no cars driving below the apartment and the hosts gave us amazing recommendations for food and fun. We used the washing machine and dishwasher in the few days we were there which was great because we didn’t pack for the amount of time we’re staying in Europe… Thanks again for a great stay!

Solid 2BR apartment with plenty of food and drink options close by. Modern updates in the apartment make it nice, comfy couch and newer showers are a plus. Door locks and handles need replacing as they are notably hard to operate (or are not operating correctly) and yet the owners communicate how important it is to lock your door at all times. We arrived to a broken washing machine and were not notified until we tried to use it and finally asked about it. Despite staying 5/6 days we were never offered a solution or fix.

The apartment was spacious for the 3 of us. Could definitely accommodate a family or 2 couples. Great location, walkable to public transit or simply walkable to the many sights of Lisbon. You are right in the middle of a lot of night and early morning action so I strongly recommend ear plugs especially if you want to keep the windows open which we found you needed even in November for cross ventilation. It’s an easy fix to enjoy this great space.

The apt is in a perfect location, can walk to many places of interest and metro and train are right next door. The street it is on is blocked from traffic so, hard for taxis and Uber to pick you up., had to meet at different location, hassle during the rain. Needs dusting, replace light shade In guest room, full of dust and insects. One toilet brush for 2 bathrooms, lamps not working, bathroom are very dark with poor lighting. Simple updates needed.

Absolutely fantastic location...Close to metro, bus etc. Restaurants are right outside your door and if you want secure, underground parking it is steps away. We were two couples so the apartment was spacious and comfortable for a break from sightseeing and having two bathrooms was perfect. We had a few issues with the entrance to the building but our hosts were always quick to respond to help. All in all a great location, very comfortable apartment and the perfect stay to a wonderful vacation in Lisbon. Aubrigada !!!

Great location with a variety of good restaurants just outside your doorstep. Even with the hustle of pedestrians and restaurants below the balcony, the shutters to the little patio did an excellent job of shutting out the street noise. Strangely enough we did hear music playing late every evening (from the main bedroom and we were there for 5 nights) from one of the units (couldn’t figure out if it was above or beside us) - it wasn’t blaring loud but enough that you could hear it. Thankfully we had earplugs packed to use. We were able to walk pretty well to most of the major sites from the Airbnb, lots of hills but doable if you have comfy walking shoes. Great little supermarket (Pingo doce) about 7 minute walk. Apartment was more spacious than it appeared in the photos and had a lot of natural light. Kitchen could’ve used a few small items such as paper towels and tea towels. Overall it served our needs well, location was excellent and the unit was clean and comfortable

Très bien situé dans Lisbonne. Belle proximité des transports publiques. Bout de rue peu passante, mais restaurants au-dessous causant un peu de bruit en soirée. Nuit tranquille. Quelques petits éléments manquants dans la cuisine (vaisselles et accessoires) et petites tâches d’entretien à faire, mais reste une excellente adresse pour visiter Lisbonne. À recommander.

This is a beautiful spacious apartment in a great area. We were able to walk everywhere easily, including to the two train stations that service the beach towns and Sintra. It is a bustling area with lots of restaurants, but noise was never an issue. The apartment was very comfortable for our family. The queen bed in the main bedroom is very firm, which worked fine for us, but someone liking a softer bed may not have been comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for a Lisbon vacation!

This appartement is very well located, at the centre of everything and walking distance to most key places. Although it was very central, it was fairly quiet at night. The host and cohost are proactive, checking in wit tou throughout the stay and gave tips for safety during the stay in the apartment. The 2 single beds are comfortable, however the mattress in the master’s bedroom is very stiff (could feel the springs inside). The AC worked fantastic, but the ventilation system was loud and the toilets keeps running so it was quite noisy. Overall, this place is a good value and great for families travelling!

This is a great place to stay in Lisbon. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, extremely comfortable and spacious. It is located above a very lively street, but the windows kept much of the noise out so we never had an issue. The location of the apartment was wonderful. We were in very close proximity to great restaurants and beautiful attractions so we walked to many of our destinations. There is a bus station steps away from the apartment so it was very easy to get around the city. Mafalda and Lourenço were readily available, so communication was quite easy. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

Eine toll gelegen Unterkunft. Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch und das Apartment ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Check In war leider unnötig kompliziert, da uns nur einer der beiden Türcodes (nicht der für das Apartment selbst) mitgeteilt wurde. Wir standen also vor verschlossener Türe und mussten das erst noch regeln (auch anderen Mietern im Haus erging es so). Erwähnt werden uns leider auch, dass im Schlafzimmer die ganze Nacht über leise Musik aus einer Nachbarwohnung oder einem der Restaurants darunter zu hören war. Das kann störend sein, wenn man empfindlich ist.

Really lovely, comfortable first floor apartment in a great location. Comfortable sitting room and beds, great shower and lovely soft towels. Huge windows and shutters when closed that shut out light and sound. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. They provided us with helpful information and recommendations before our stay including details of a luggage storage shop 10 min walk away. We had a slight problem getting in and the hosts responded straightaway with additional instructions and resolved within minutes. Easy to walk to Alfama, riverfront, Rua Augusta, metro and train station. Small supermarket across the road and cafes and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend.

This is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. It actually exceeded our expectations. The owner was very helpful. Anything we needed I wanted to know, he was available within minutes. You couldn't ask for a better location. This was a beautiful property, tastefully decorated and easy to use and navigate. The beds were comfortable and everything was in excellent working condition. If you're looking for a place where you can walk to a cruise port, this is it. It is next to restaurants, and all the attractions. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

My wife, mother-in-law and I loved our 1-week stay here. It's right in downtown Lisbon / city centre and 400m (6-minute walk) from Praça do Comércio. It's 1 floor up from the ground floor and the building has an elevator, which is perfect for senior citizens or people bringing large maletas. There's a mini supermarket right across from the building and a Michelin rated restaurant on the ground floor of the building. The windows are good quality so you don't hear the noise outside when closed despite the busy pedestrian street around the entrance. Highly recommended.

Apartment was lovely, just as described and in a very convenient location. Would be perfect for a family or 2 couples. Finding and checking into the apartment was very straight forward with clear instruction. Only slight downside to our stay was the constant dull music we could hear from the front bedroom. We contacted lourenco who immediately responded and sent someone to rectify the situation. We were unable to find where the music was coming from however the effort made to help us was fantastic. I haven’t seen any other reviews regarding noise so hopefully this was a one off and has been sorted now :) Otherwise I couldn’t fault the apartment or the hosts. Would definitely book again if visiting Lisbon.

리스본에 다시 온다면 이 숙소에 또 머물고 싶어요. 1. 숙소 위치가 걸어다니기에도, 지하철/트램/버스 타기에도 좋아요. 집 바로 앞에 강이 있고, 집 근처에 마트와 레스토랑, 정어리 통조림 가게가 있어서 쇼핑하기에도 편리합니다. 택시로 기차역까지 10분도 안걸리도, 공항은 20분도 안걸릴정도로 가깝습니다. 2. 바로 앞에 버스가 다님에도 방음이 정말 잘 됩니다. 집 안에 들어오면 외부 소음이 들리지 않아요. 3. 사진과 똑같이 숙소가 정말 예뻐요. 매트리스도 편하고 냉난방도 훌룡합니다. 식기 및 집기들도 잘 갖춰져있고요. 엘리베이터가 있어서 캐리어 옮기기도 편해요. 그치만 호스트가 답장이 느려요. 체크인시간이 20분이 지나서 건물 비밀번호를 받았을 정도입니다. 그리고 냉난방은 잘 되는데, 냉난방기를 키면 방 안에 소음이 들려서 예민하신분은 잘때 귀마개가 필요한 정도입니다. 제공해준 수건에서 털이 너무 많이 빠져서 개인적으로 들고 간 수건을 써야했습니다.

We had a great stay in Lisbon. The apartment is central so we walked everywhere which was great, but was peaceful at night so we all slept really well. The best of both worlds! Lourenco provided great recommendations and was always quick to respond. Also very accommodating when our circumstances changed and we had an extra guess for a couple of nights. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place in a fantastic location. We were traveling as a family of 4 and the park next door was great for the kids to run around and burn off some energy. Close to good shops and great restaurants. Convenient to all public transit and sights. This apartment was a great value for what we paid. The highlight for me was the A/C, which was easily the best HVAC system of any AirBNB we have stayed in. Modern system, very responsive and controlled temperature well.
