This was a great place to stay for us. The apartment was very clean, and is a great mix of classic design/modern touches. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony and view are awesome features. Location is unbeatable, but still very quiet, even at night with all the restaurants nearby. Lourenço was helpful and communicative. Very happy we chose this one.

The location of the apartment is superb as it’s walking distance to everything! The living room is huge and having the desk in the corner to work was also really beneficial. I found the bedrooms to be extremely small but as it was just to sleep in, it’s ok. Unfortunately you can hear the people in the apartment next door and above. I may have been unlucky and had loud people (especially as the people in the apartment above had super loud music until gone 1am on a Friday night), so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs! The hosts are super responsive and accommodating which was extremely appreciated.

The apartment is clean with the modern finishing, there were 2 rooms to sleep, rooms are small tough, but enough to sleep in. The salon with kitchen give a lovely view on the river side and the lovley square in front. When the construction finishes on the street where the entrance to the building is, it will be even better. Lot of things around, everything is walking distance. The access is easy and checkin - checkout is very easy.

The place was very nice, clean and exactly as described. Rooms are small, but already new about it as it’s seen in photos and described by other guests. Suite bathroom is small too. Living space is big and well decorated. The all around balcony was a plus! Great views as it is on a corner. Super central located, easy to go everywhere. Even though there were working on the street at the time, the apartment was very silent. Loved our stay! Thank you!

The apartment was gorgeous. Really central with great views. Had a few issues with the locks getting in and out but our hosts responded immediately and always followed up to make sure we were ok. There are loads of great restaurants nearby and everywhere is walkable. Everyone was so friendly Highly recommend staying here. Thanks for a great holiday

Excellent location! Really responsive hosts, and excellent flat! The flat was furnished beautifully and was comfortable for our group of 3. The second bedroom isn’t large enough to have your suitcases, but there’s plenty of space in the living room. Top tip: don’t open the shower tap all the way - the pressure is very high! Open it slowly to reach the required pressure. I highly recommend the flat, and will would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time in this flat, it was so beautiful with a gorgeous view on the seaside. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we would need. A shame that they were doing construction work outside while we were there, but that’s not the hosts faults. Easy to walk everywhere and we got tips on good restaurants to check out in the neighborhood. Would definitely come back!

Great stay in a great neighbourhood. Nice view of the water. Very walkable. A short walk from the taxi drop off spot, but having an elevator to get to the flat was a nice perk. Appreciate having coffee provided for the first 2 days. Bedrooms are tight, so easiest to keep luggage in the large common space. Great to have individual AC controls for each room. Loved the little balcony. Showers are a little tricky to negotiate (with water getting on the floor) but an overall fantastic stay, and one that I would recommend.

This is a great flat is a great location. Teresa responded immediately to any queries we had and for a few days in Lisbon it was perfect. There is a grocery shop across the road to get most basic provisions and lots of restaurants on the street to eat at. But the flat is very well soundproofed so very quiet at night. The bedrooms are small but with lovely views up to the Cathedral. But as for a relaxing, light and airy place to stay in this lovely city it is ideal. There's even a charming wrap around balcony one can sit on and admire the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Lourenco was a good hos, providing suggestions and making sure we checked in ok. The apartment is in a great location, walkable to restaurants and public transit. The elevator was a nice size for the three of us with our bags. It has a nice view of the water from the living room. Bedrooms are a bit tight but overall there is plenty of space in the apartment. We would gladly stay there again.

This is a lovely apartment. It was quiet and comfortable for four people and lots of cross ventilation with french doors all around. We loved the area - it's right near the water in a quieter neighborhood but was on a nice small pedestrian street with plenty of options for coffee, shops, and food, and was walking distance to everything. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and views! This was in a perfect location, close enough to walk to all the restaurants, shops, train, and see the ocean at the same time. I'm a light sleeper and had no issues with noise at night and the bed was comfy. The rooms get very dark as well which helps. There's nearby shops for food and water on the same street, very convenient. We loved the washer and dryer although it'd help to get better instructions for usage since it's different than some other countries and heads up it takes a bit longer than we're used to to use with smaller loads since it's a dual washer and dryer but it was amazing to have that amenity. As others pointed out there still is a leaky master bathroom shower and the guest bathroom sink seemed clogged but other than that no issues! A/C worked great, felt very safe here, would highly recommend to anyone visiting! And if we're back in town we'd love to revisit this airbnb!

Extremely well situated apartment. Easy acces via metro, busses and trams. Even though it is a busy and lively area, with nice restaurant right below the balconies, the terrace doors makes the apartment nice and quiet when they are closed.

This was a perfect location to visit Lisbon for the first time. In City Centre, lots of restaurants, transportation, and activities nearby. Unit was just as pictured and described. The digital lock wasn’t working but we were able to use a physical key the whole stay. This happened because the WiFi wasn’t working, but we were able to connect to the WiFi of the unit next door for our personal devices. This should just be a glitch that the host will sort out for future stays.

This apartment in the Biaxa district was lovely, with gorgeous waterfront views outside the floor to ceiling balcony doors. Wonderful restaurants with friendly staff were literally right outside our doors, as was transportation to pretty much anywhere in the city you would want to go. It is in a highly walkable location to visit the highlights of Lisbon. Points that need improvement are responsiveness to Airbnb messages, some instructions for operating the appliances in the apartment, and a leaky shower in the master bathroom desperately needs to be repaired.

Apartment located in great location for exploring Lisbon. Lots of restaurants, bars and shopping located within walking distance so it was a perfect place for exploring the area. Bedrooms are both very small, tight spaces with no room to open luggage however the living area is big enough to store them out there instead. Beds were very comfortable. The AC units were great and the balcony was nice to have the doors open to allow a breeze. Main bedroom shower still leaking as noted in previous reviews. Amenities were well equipped other than toilet paper (we had to go purchase more). Check in process was difficult as the main door code was not sent in advance but host was responsive to provide. Main door also is a bit tricky sometimes and requires a bit of a push/pull process to enter. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would book again/recommend to friends travelling to Lisbon.

Great apartment and great location. There are a lot of good restaurants close to the apartment and it’s close enough to the main sights to walk to most places. Bedrooms and attached bathroom are tight spaces- similar to most places in European cities. The living room and second bathroom are very spacious. It is a corner unit winch is nice as it lets in a lot of light when the windows are open. It also has a nice balcony with a good view. I would stay here again if I am back in Lisbon.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment/view, really easy check in, host responded to my messages really quickly. I’ve read quite a few reviews about showers leaking and I hoped that this would have been fixed, however it wasn’t. The host really needs to fix the leaking showers, we had to use two of the provided towels to wipe the floor after taking showers. Also more towels should be provided if you are staying for longer than 2 days, I know that there is a washing machine/dryer, however not everyone has time to use it. Overall we had a great stay would recommend!

We were very happy with our stay. The dramatic windows brought in a lot of light and opened to a view of the water. The place was well equipped, and super clean. The location was excellent. Comments on previous reviews: - Check-in: We had no issues. Directions were perfect, and the key code worked immediately. Lourenco was responsive and even provided some local recommendations. -Bedrooms: The small bedroom size was not an issue for our family of four. Our teens stored their items in the living room. The giant closet in the master helped. -Couch: The middle couch cushion sagged a little. The couch was perfectly fine to us, comfortable and no stains. -Main Bathroom: The bathroom is a great size. With only 1/2 glass in the tub/shower, you must become skilled not to spray water outside. My kids found it a fun challenge. -Attached Bathroom: The bathroom is small. The shower is fully enclosed, but leaks on the floor when used. Towel on the floor is dripping wet after a full shower.

Amazing view and location. Access to the apartment feels very safe. There was restaurant activity around the street entrance until midnight, so you can arrive late, and it's not too lonely. There is an excellent paid parking garage at a walking distance, and the metro is close as well. You have a mini-market right in front of the building for quick shopping, and there is a Pingo Doce supermarket five minutes walking. There are two bedrooms (queen bed + two twin beds) plus a queen-sized sofa-bed in the living-room. Clean bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. The apartment has AC and heating. We are a family of four adults and one teen, and we were very comfortable. Building elevator is excellent for people with accessibility issues. You also have a free lift in front of Campo das Cebolas that takes you to the Cathedral (Sé Elevator). We felt right at home in this apartment. We rested and refreshed very well each night we were in Lisbon. Needs newer/cleaner linens.

Positiv war die äußerst gute Lage, direkt an der Blue Street mit guten Restaurants für Frühstück als auch Abendessen. Das Haus war auch sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung hatte einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Wasser. Es gibt alles in der Nähe was man benötigt als auch Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nicht weit. Perfekt um das Zentrum zu Fuß zu erkunden. Negativ war der problematische Check In. Mussten lange warten und der Code wurde erst nach mühsamer Kontaktaufnahme freigeschaltet. Auch war die Wobnung leicht abgewohnt, besonders die undichte Dusche und das kaputte Sofa fielen negativ auf. Instandhaltung sollte vorab stattfinden, vor allem bei dem Preis.

This is a nice apartment in a great location. The bedrooms are very small with nowhere to open your bags but this can be done in the very large living area. The small shower leaked with no floor mats provided. The furniture in the living area was very tired and stained. Overall a good place to stay for a group of four.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Lourenco was very responsive and provided a lot of great local recommendations. The apartment was in a very walkable location which was convenient. The view of the river was also a big plus! Only complaint is on the showers...The shower in the main bath leaks pretty badly and we soaked a number of towels trying to contain/clean up the water on the floor after each shower. The shower in the second bathroom also only has a handheld shower head which was a bit difficult to work with.

This apartment is very well located. With a view to the water, in a street with plenty of restaurants but not loud at all. Walking distance to many attractions. The apartment main living area is very well decorated, bright, airy and comfortable. The windows give light and shades give privacy. Dinning table was big and comfortable. It has a desk for work or to setup electrocnics with a power strip. Nice TV and soundbar. The mail bathroom was comfortable and spacious. The second bathroom was a bit smaller, speacilly the shower. But is was ok. The room with twin beds was nicely decoreated and bright. But it was abit uncomfortable to walk around the beds as the space was tight. For the kids is not a problem. The main room was a bit more comfortable. The only closet are was in the hall and was a bit uncomfortable to open and it would obstruct people going to and from the bathroom if someone was using the closet. Great apartment and great location. Would do it again.

This flat was in a great location and had a view of the harbor and cruise ships. The living area and bedrooms had balconies. Although there were restaurants on street level, noise was not a problem. Living, dining and kitchen area were quite large. Although we did not expect large bedrooms, the one with the two twin beds was so small there was no room to walk around the beds or store your luggage. Also, the showers had hand held shower heads but the pressure was so strong that it was hard to take a shower without getting water everywhere.

Fantastic place to be when in Lisboa. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions as well as local transport, buses ferries, and trains. The apartment is very secure and is exactly as described. We loved Lourenco's place. It is the ultimate city experience, wonderful safe part of the city, so many restaurants just below, while you are well removed on the 4th floor. Wonderful iconic places to visit a relatively short distance, like St. Anthony's Cathedral, Roman Ruins, etc.. The apartment is well appointed. I used it for remote work, for a time, and everything works great. I did have one calamity with the lock, it locked us out, even while the combo was correct. I think it could use an upgrade. I was literally in the middle of sharing slides, however Mafalda, saved the day with a quick response to let us in via an alternative method. I would love to stay again if we are ever back in Lisboa

We had a very enjoyable stay in Lisbon. The apartment has lovely views of the water and we enjoyed watching the cruise ships leave. The apartment is in a good location and although Lisbon is quite a large city we were able to walk everywhere from there. We had a couple of small issues but they were resolved quickly.

We had a great time at this airbnb. The view from the balcony is stunning! It’s very relaxing and chilling just sitting in the living room and watching the ocean. The restaurants are walkable but you don’t hear any noise in the night time. It is very quite! Pros: very responsive host, great location, awesome views. Cons: needs attention to maintenance for bathrooms. All in all, it’s a great place and we would definitely come back again!

Perfect location! Lovely view! Don’t be shocked by the small bedrooms and limited closet space as this is a beautifully restored older building…with an elevator! If you tire of the touristy hustle/bustle just blocks away, just walk 2 blocks toward the river and all that the boardwalk has to offer. This apartment will be part of why you’ll love your Lisbon experience.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment! It was perfectly located between the Baixa and Alfama districts. The flat was bright and airy with beautiful views of the water and pedestrian streets below and even a peek a boo view of the Lisbon Cathedral. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that needed attention was the shower set up. The en-suite bathroom had a leaking shower door and so the bathroom floor would get very wet after every shower. In the hall bath, you needed to turn the shower water on pretty low so that the shower head didn’t spray up and out of the shower onto the floor. We were supposed to get floor mats and extra towels but never got them. There were a couple of other minor things but nothing that prevented us from thoroughly enjoying our time in Lisbon!

My family of 4 was comfortable in this apartment that was conveniently located for walking to restaurants and transportation. What a view! Hosts were very responsive to questions and they contacted us during our stay. Elevator and a/c was nice benefit in this charming building which is well maintained.

Apartment was very tastefully furnished. The double aspect and floor to ceiling windows gave it a real wow factor. Although it was located above an area containing many restaurants and bars (obviously a plus to be in the centre of the action) it could have been noisy. Fortunately the double glazing, shutters and air conditioning ensured a peaceful night after a night on the town. I would definitely consider a return visit!

Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Fabulous location near metro station (Terrerio Do Paco - blue line) which made it super easy to get to and from the airport. Walking distance to Baixa / Alfama districts. Close to Cais Do Sodre train station (which also has a very good supermarket). Lots of nice restaurants nearby, especially Taberna Moderna and the Italian Republic in the base of the building of the apartment (which is how we found the property - as it wasn’t very obvious where No. 99 was). Had the visual wow of three different cruise liners sail by! Air con was very welcome as we stayed late August in 34c heat. A bit of a glitch in accessing the property but it was dealt with quickly. Some beach towels included in the property would be very welcome, but we were given extra towels on request. Lisbon is a truly fabulous city lots to see and do. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location with cafes and restaurants right outside and views of the Tagos River and glimpses of Lisbon Cathedral from the living room and bedroom windows. The building itself is very clean with stair or elevator access. Very bright living room and kitchen area and very quiet considering the busy streets below. We felt like we were right in the middle of everything with so much to see the minute we walked outside. We appreciated the suggestions Lourenco sent us regarding all the local restaurants and cafes. He was especially helpful in providing us with information on overnight parking in the area which was very close by and very safe. Access to all public transport was very close by, especially the local train station. We highly recommend this place, I still think about how beautiful it was and would love to stay here again.

Overall I recommend this house. Having an elevator and air conditioning is a bit hard to find in Lisbon so it was great. Nice views as well. And comfortable beds even if the rooms are small. The host let us check in early so that was really appreciated. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Few things to be mindful of: our WiFi didn’t work for most of our stay. I let the host know but nothing happened during our stay. We checked out per the standard time but had a bit of trouble finding somewhere close by to store our luggage - eventually did lockers.. that was a pain. But overall it was a good experience

Great place! The location was amazing, we unknowingly bought the Lisboa card thinking we would need it for transportation, and were pleasantly surprised that most places we wanted to go were within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable, showers got some water all over the floors, but we figured that out. Views were amazing, restaurants and market just downstairs, soundproofing was great, despite the foot traffic we didn’t hear anything.

Beautiful condo in a great location. The air conditioning and washer/dryer were such a nice bonus. The keypad did not work when arriving but host quickly responded with instructions on how to enter. Overall - fantastic place and would stay again.

This is a beautiful apartment. The views are beautiful, there is a lovely vibe with lots of restaurants. Close to public transport and close by for a run or stroll along the riverside. Beautiful inside too.

This spacious apartment matches the pictures and description. It was inviting and bright. Very walkable to city central, trains and buses. Great restaurants right outside the building door. The beds were comfortable and although the building is surrounded by activity, the apartment is very quiet. We enjoyed walking down to the water each night to check out the huge jellyfish. We loved our stay in Lisbon. A huge thank you to our hosts!

Fantastic location. Elevator in building was great. Nice decor. There wasn’t much space in the bedrooms, we had to keep luggage in the living room but the living area was very spacious so it didn’t inhibit our relaxing in the living room. Overall, great for 1 or 2 couples.

This place was so cute! Very good location and they allowed us to drop our luggage off upon arrival before check in. We did have an issue with the washer / dryer combo that was not able to be fixed while we were so which was a bit unfortunate as my husbands clothes for our family pictures were stuck in the washer. This apartment is on the 4th floor but there is an elevator. The place was clean and the hosts were very quick to respond!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment with a great balcony view. It was well located to easily get around and very well appointed. Beds were comfy. Small detail - shower leaked on floor with no way to prevent it. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

Great location and easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are smaller than typical American bedrooms and closet space is limited but that was true for most of the place where we stayed in Portugal.

Der Nachteil bei AirBnB ist, dass man keine Möglichkeit hat, die Koffer einfach abzugeben! Man muss sich also eine Gepäckaufbewahrung in der Metrostation suchen! Wir konnten zwar beim Einchecken die Koffer um 11 Uhr in die Wohnung stellen, jedoch beim Auschecken mussten wir unsere Koffer anderswo unterbringen ( etwas mühsam,wenn der Flug erst am Abend geht)! Die großzügige Küche haben wir nicht benutzt, die Schlafzimmer sind zwar klein, doch die Matratzen sind sehr angenehm! Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer haben wir auch nicht benutzt, da der Stoff schon recht abgenutzt ausschaut und deshalb keiner darauf sitzen wollte! ! Trotz allem eine tolle Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Lissabon mit sehr zentraler Lage in der Low Alfama und wunderbaren Cafés und Restaurants! Metro nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Die Gastgeber bemühen sich sehr und geben tolle Tipps!

Awesome place to stay in an amazing location. Automatic check-in was easy and fast; just type in the emailed codes and you’re in. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable and roomy with everything you could need and a great balcony with an even better view. The location is perfect. Excellent restaurants, bars, etc. right below and even more within easy walking distance. You are right in the middle of everything and right next to the water too. Lourenco is so easy to communicate with, he is very quick to respond to any questions and proactively provided personalized recommendations based on his local knowledge and experience. He was extremely helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely be recommending Lourenco and his place to all my family and friends when they come to visit Lisbon. Overall the experience was wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our, albeit brief, visit to Lisbon. The apartment was just what we needed, easy to find, well equipped and in a perfect location. The light and airy living space was a particular hit with all of us. We loved the entrance, stairs, lift, decor and furnishings too. We would definitely recommend the apartment to others. Stayed for a few days with family. Loved the area lots to see and do-with or without walking boots Can wander for hours,a beautiful historic city. Needed more time -will be back-hopefully at Lourenco's as it as all you could wish for.

The riverside location of this beautiful apartment is stunning and within walking distance of basically anywhere. There are actually some really nice eating places right on the apartment street . We watched a couple of cruise ships arriving in to port this morning which was amazing. The apartment is just lovely with super space and views. The bedrooms are small with very little storage but that really is the only downside as they’re quiet having shutters on them which can be closed at night . We would definitely stay there again. This apartment was the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Excellent location close to restaurants and shops, close to the train station and near the water. Excellent value. Beautiful apartment with high ceilings, a large living area and two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Very quiet for sleeping.
