Absolutely fantastic apartment. So clean and has all the kitchen appliances necessary for a 4 day holiday. The view of the cruise ships in dock is great. Lovely restaurants below the apartment. We had a lovely stay at Lourenço’s apartment. The photos don’t do it justice - the space looks so much nicer in person and the views from the apartment were stunning! It was a spacious apartment with 2 floors. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, plus there were enough bathrooms for four girls. We were able to explore the area on foot because of its central location. We had a bit of issues with getting the building and apartment access codes, so make sure you message the host a day earlier to get the codes in advance. Other than that, everything else was great.

L'appartement est magnifique, avec une vue sublime sur le Tage. Il est en excellent état, avec trois toilettes et deux chambres. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain. J'avais lu des problèmes de fermeture de douche à l'étage, il est vrai que la porte ne ferme pas complètement mais c'est vraiment un détail et il suffit de ne pas rester deux heures sous la douche. L'appartement est très calme, malgré sa situation de centre-ville. Face à la porte, se trouvent plusieurs restaurants accessibles en une minute. Et ils sont délicieux. Nous n'avons pas pris la voiture pendant deux jours, il y a un parking (campo das cebolas ) situé à cinq minutes de marche de l'appartement. le tarif pour 24 heures est de 25 €. Si je devais faire une critique, ce serait juste le confort des oreillers. Ce serait à mon avis la seule chose à renouveler. Cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir dans cet appartement si nous sommes de passage à nouveau à Lisbonne, le séjour a été parfait !

We had such a wonderful stay here! The location is impeccable with stunning views. Initially locating the flat was a little challenging due to the road closure/construction but the road construction was wrapping up when we checked out so I don’t foresee future tenants having any issues. The hosts were so kind and responsive with excellent recommendations, thank you for such a lovely stay and we look forward to returning soon!

The location is perfect closed to restaurants and city center. Very nice view. We found that the apartment was darker than on the photos. Soaps and towels were furnished but we missed hand soap in 2 bathrooms. The shower door did not close correctly which leads to water leaks but we understood that the owner is trying to fix it.

Excellent location with great restaurants nearby. Yes you are given 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel per person. Comfy beds. Shampoo and soap in showers, no Soaps for sinks. Not a prob for us. Small market across the street with fresh fruit and amenities, coffee also just as close. All these way more important to our family of 4. They was a combo washer drier that was tricky to figure out, and the location was also a bit of a challenge because they are working on the street, if you go directly around the corner from Italian republic there is the main apartment door. (Directly across from the market) it was dark, otherwise I am sure would be no problem for guests to find. We did have dish soap and dishwasher soap provided. Overall we really like this space! Showers do leak water, I’m sure will be fixed soon, or there floors will be in trouble :( Such a nice location!

Had a great 4 night stay at this apartment. Hosts were super helpful with information about Lisbon. Apartment is very well located for walking all the key highlights of old town areas. Very spacious accommodation and the 2 storey layout was ideal for us as the kids really felt they had their own space.

The location is the key!!! It is close to everything: walkable to lots of places including the famous Praça do Comércio plaza where we spent a wonderful night for the new year’s fireworks! This apartment is right next to the plaza and a must to go during new year holiday! We were surprised to be able to sleep well although it’s in the center of everything: guess being on the top floor helps a lot. The view from the balcony is simply amazing!

We were here for a week with our 2 twenty something kids. Amazing location and we all loved the place. Close to so many things including a number of awesome unrated but local restaurants Quiet, beautiful views. The balconies!The apartment was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Read some of the other reviews if you’re really picky which we are not. Bring your own hand towel if that mattersThere’s a convenience store 10 steps away where you can buy extra tp or pt or even water and wine. Hosts gave great suggestions on local restaurants/activities. Overall Very responsive and especially when we couldn’t figure out the washer (ie 15 min response, willing to FaceTime even though it was 9 pm Friday night!) Would definitely return on next visit

I stayed here with 2 of my girlfriends. There is one double bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other. Originally we would have been 4 persons but one friend became ill and did not come. I think for 4 persons, it might have been uncomfortable to sleep with 2 persons if not a couple, in the double bed. The location is fantastic - plenty of restaurants nearby and we walked everywhere!

This apartment was very nice and in a great location with so many restaurants and a convenience store right outside the front door and is also walking distance from all the city’s attractions. It also had an elevator which made it very easy to bring up our luggage. Laurenco was a great host and was communicative, we enjoyed our stay here a lot.

We had a great time in Lisbon and loved this airbnb! Location was fabulous. You can't get right up to the door from your rideshare drop off, but it's a very short walk to the entrance. Very centrally located, next to lots of restaurants and most major attractions are within walking distance. We were a bit concerned that it would be loud being so centrally located, but we heard nothing being on the top floor! Hosts were always available and responsive. Listing pictures matched and were not misleading. Amenities list matched what was available and apartment was clean. Very pleased and would definitely stay here again when visiting Lisbon!

Fabulous location in the heart of historic centre. Walkable to many tourist sites, river front & promenade and main square. Easy walk to train station to visit Belem or tram/ bus stops nearby. Visited some great local traditional Portuguese restaurants all close by and enjoyed Fado music with dinner. Apartment was cleaned well and small balcony lovely to sit out and watch the bustle of Lisbon. Surprisingly quiet indoors considering how busy the area is. A few suggested improvements: furniture in lounge is very stained and doesn't give a great first impression when you come in to the apartment. A few design issues in bedrooms, low mirror upstairs, rugs blocking wardrobes opening, no bedside table/space in downstairs bedroom and bathroom socket not working so unable to dry hair in room. Disappointingly, it took 3 attempts of messaging host prior to arrival before we received a reply about storing luggage. Overall great stay, location was amazing and so is Lisbon, apartment mostly good.

Nice stay for a decent price in a beautiful part of Lisbon. The bathrooms were not well stocked. only one mini roll of toilet paper was included, no detergents, a missing hand soap etc. These aren't luxury amenities, but something any one or two star hotel provides to its customers. lacking those is a big oversight and frankly strange. It's more inconvenient and inefficient for everyone to make your customers purchase these. A bathroom outlet was also not working for us. Other than that the apartment was well located, decent value, and had a very nice view. Provided as described and check-in/out was painless.

We stayed at Lourenco’s place for six nights in August and absolutely loved it! It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for 4 adults and a baby. The AC worked well, which was important to us, and the elevator was always available (also key for us since we had a stroller). You can’t beat the location. It’s close to Rua Augusta and Praça do Comércio, with mostly flat streets, and easy walks to everything you might need. The apartment itself had everything we needed, tastefully decorated, and comfy beds. Will 100% stay again if we come back to Lisbon in the future!

The apartment is positioned in such a wonderful location by the water front but also close to the heart of Lisbon city centre but not too close that it’s too noisy. We went with a 4 year old and 5 year old and every restaurant and bar near by were so friendly and there were so many options on our doorstep. The view from the apartment was wonderful. Highly recommend this apartment for a base to visit Lisbon.

We had a great stay perfect for our family with small children. Great location with a great view. The Elevator reaches the last floor where the apartment is located. Very Quiet. Very clean. No bad smell (I read other apartments in Lisbon may have a bad smell from their sewers, but not this one). We used most amenities (kitchen, dishwasher, washer) from the apartment and everything works great and made our stay easy. There’s not a true dryer: but the Portuguese breeze and sun took care of drying our clothes quickly. The cancellation policy can be stricter than other options, but if your travelling plans are firm, it may not be a problem. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to any family travelling with children.

Excellent location that was walking distance to many shops and restaurants, especially enjoyed the liveliness of the street directly in front of the entrance to the building, which made meals very easy as well as the market across the street for getting everyday essentials. Given we were in a busy part of town, the apartment itself was very quiet and comfortable for sleeping with soft beds and nice linens. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood and building. I would highly recommend to others and would stay there again myself.

Excellent apartment on top floor of lovely building. New fixtures and fittings and very comfortable beds and good showers. Kitchen well equipped and felt very safe and secure. The apartment is in a busy part of town but it was very quiet. Opposite is a small supermarket and next door a great breakfast/coffee spot called Basilico. Uber pick up just around the corner. I would recommend highly if you want a clean comfortable venue either on business or pleasure. The WiFi worked well. Communication and instructions excellent. We would stay there again.

The airbnb was super centrally located, easy to find with good check-in instructions and very nice views of the water. While i would have liked to give the place 5 stars, there were some issues for a place at this price range. The apartment could be alot cleaner- there are stains on the couch and rugs, mouldy grouting in the bathroom, broken soap dispensers, etc. Also, the bathroom upstairs is under a sloping roof, while very characterful, my partner who is 6.2 struggled and I at 5.5 bumped my head a couple of times and had to bend signifcantly to use the mirror. A simple wall mirror could have solved that. So, nice place, good location, great views and little balconies but could do with a refresh (or just a professional clean) and some upkeep.

We had a great stay! The apartment had more than enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids, and being on the top floor and having awesome views of the area was a great plus! Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Having a small shop right across the street was very convenient as well. We also rented a car and had no trouble parking at Campo das Cebolas (EMEL) at any time. I agree with some comments in other reviews about the shower upstairs and the water not draining as fast as you might have used to, but overall, it did not impact us at all. Would stay again here, the location is very hard to beat. A nice combination of being in a quieter area and still being able to walk anywhere in the city and have an option to park a car close by if needed.

The apartment was so lovely! The only slight issue we had was a shower drain that did not work properly; water would gather at our ankles in a matter of seconds. The host did not reply when I mentioned this twice. Overall though, a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic 8-day stay at this Airbnb in Lisbon! The location was perfect for our explorations of both Lisbon and the surrounding areas. Situated in a safe and decently quiet neighborhood, it was a great base for our adventures. The building's elevator access was convenient, and we appreciated the comfort of the space, especially for our group of four adults. The arrangement of the two bedrooms on separate floors provided a nice touch of privacy. While both showers had slow drains, it was manageable, and the beds and furniture were comfortable. Taking note from previous reviews, we brought our own bath mats for added convenience. Although the dryer wasn't the best, we simply hung our clothes after laundry, which worked out fine. Plus, the abundance of food options in the area made dining out enjoyable, with a larger supermarket, Pingo Doce, just a 10-minute walk away. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect! Great restaurants nearby! The apartment was very nice. With a few minor additions I would have rated this place a 5 on everything. There are no extra towels, no paper towels, no bath mats and no cookie sheet for roasting in the oven. However for the price, it was very good! It’s a beautiful apartment and the views were unbelievable!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. Lourenco was a great host who gave lots of useful advice on local restaurants, cafes, bars and places worth visiting. Great location and view! However, the pillows were not great and the dryer rack, although functional, was broken in 3 places, door knob kept falling on upstairs bedroom and mirror in upstairs bathroom is so low you have to squat down to use it. All that being said we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Lourenco’s place three wonderful nights while exploring Lisbon. Great location for everything you want to do - dining, shopping, exploring. Local transportation is easily available. His place was awesomely decorated, newly renovated and well-located. We easily found shopping in the area, several eateries, coffee and brews. We highly recommend this place and plan to stay there again.

This 5th Floor Penthouse suite is exquisite. Suitable for 4 people- an excellent deal. Great location close to everything. Elevator lift in the building, air conditioner, USB plug in (extension cord) at the living room media centre for those who need to recharge their phones/ battery pack if you do not have an adapter. there is a Michelin star restaurant downstairs however they were closed the days we stayed. the washer handle door was broken by prior guests so Mafalda offered alternative solution for us to do laundry. Very quick for problem resolution during stay. overall, you will be very impressed with this property.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the tourist area. Despite a bustling street scene, the apartment was quiet, with stunning views. We could walk to many places, catch the tram, easily get an Uber for more far-flung adventures. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was convenient and nice lounging space. My only request would be to add washcloths to the towels and perhaps upgrade the towels. Would definitely stay again and appreciate Lourenco’s communications and suggestions. We had a fantastic time!

Great location for our stay in Lisbon! We were able to walk to most of the neighborhoods we wanted to explore and for others that were further it was very easy to get an Uber from the nearby bus stop. The apartment was spacious and the hosts were very responsive when we needed assistance.

Superbe semaine à Lisbonne grâce à Laurenco et ce très bel appartement que nous recommandons vivement. Dommage qu’il manque le mode d’emploi pour faire fonctionner la tv mais nous n’en avons finalement pas vraiment eu besoin et Laurenco, toujours réactif, s’était proposé de venir en cas de réelle nécessité. So glad I found this gem to stay at for my first time in Lisbon. The location is perfect, being by the river and on flat land was a much needed break from the steep hills of the city. The apartment itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable, which was much needed after a long red-eye. One of my favorite things about the apartment were the showers as they had rain shower head and the water pressure was fantastic. Our only issue with the place was we had a few problems with the doors but we quickly learned that you just need to be patient with the front door as it opens itself once you enter the code and all of the doors inside the apartment will close if you use a little bit of force. Lourenco and Mafalda are amazing hosts and they were so responsive, helping us with any questions that arose and sending us location recommendations of places to go. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone staying in Lisbon.

Amazing Penthouse apartment underneath a bustling street of restaurants and close to shopping and tourist sights. Highly recommend staying here and eating at the Italian underneath! Beautiful place.

Superbe appartement! L'emplacement est vraiment top et la vue à tomber! Le logement correspond entièrement à la description. Tout est vraiment bien pensé. La communication est bonne avec le propriétaire que nous n'avons pas vue du séjour, mais l'essentiel était dit par mail. C'est clair que si j'ai l'occasion de revenir une troisième fois à Lisbonne, je retournerai à cette adresse sans hésiter!

Fantastisk lejlighed centralt i Lissabon. Dejlig udsigt over floden. Stor hyggelig ren lejlighed perfekt til 4 personer. Lourenco var en perfekt vært, der kom med rigtig mange gode anbefalinger. Var også meget opmærksom og imødekommende. Lejligheden kan varmt anbefales. Vi kommer igen.

Incredible location with bars and restaurants steps away; walkable anywhere and quick beach access; beautiful views from the balconies - we could have just sat up there all day. We’ll be back and we know where we’re staying!!

The penthouse was exactly as described with lovely views from the balconies. It was spacious and clean, would definitely come again. I received lots of information from the host regarding places of interest and restaurants, and he seemed very friendly and obliging.

Great place close to the old, main area of Lisbon, close to many restaurants and shops, easy spot to grab an Uber or a tuk tuk ride. 10 minute walk to local train station too. Multiple balconies with good views and cool night breezes.

The Location, the building itself and the communication with Lourenco and Mafalda was excellent. The Bedroom downstairs would need a proper clean up, the bathroom there has no shelf to leave your bathroom accessories. The kitchen is great, but the balcony is too small to sit outside. However, it was a great trip and the appartment fully met our needs.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, modern, safe and easily accessible apartment. The location is perfect —near public transit, taxis, and tons of good restaurants. WiFi worked great & fyi the king bed with en-suite are on 2nd flr which is appreciated when traveling with others. The host is responsible and responsive and we would definitely stay again? Thank you!

This is a great apartment as far as location, space, host and amenities go. The view from the balconies (2 of them) is awesome, the washing machine was such a plus and the hosts were great. There is plenty of storage space as well. We booked it for two couples and it is perfect for that. There is a drainage issue in one of the showers, but I didn't know until the last day as we were leaving so I never gave them a chance to address it. And, while the apartment was clean enough, I wouldn't describe it as the cleanest. All in all, a good value with great hosts. We would stay here again!

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern vier Tage in Lissabon. Das Penthouse war makellos sauber und sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an Nichts. Wir waren überrascht wie groß die Wohnung ist. Die Aussicht ist absolut traumhaft. Die Lage ist perfekt, um am Tejo spazieren zu gehen, in einem netten Restaurant zu essen oder in einer Bar etwas trinken zu gehen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

숙소의 위치는 아주 좋고 주변에 맛있는 식당도 많았어요. 걸어가면 바로 해변이 있고 번화가, 관광지도 가까워서 아주 좋았어요. 5층에 위치해서 일출, 일몰도 창문을 열면 바로 볼 수 있어서 낭만적이였어요! 다만 침실 카페트나 쇼파 등에 얼룩이 있고 화장실 세면대나 욕실의 배수가 좋지 않은 점은 조금 아쉬웠어요. 리스본의 숙소 대부분은 오래되어서 이 정도는 감안해야한다고 생각합니다! 핥짛많 닰싫 옗약핧짆는 않을걼같앓욝. 호스트는 매우 친절하고 답변도 열심히 해주었어요!

Punto forte dell’appartamento di Lourenço è sicuramente l’ottima posizione per poter visitare Lisbona: si trova infatti a pochi minuti da tutte le attrazioni della città e da una stazione metro. L’appartamento inoltre è ben arredato e ben tenuto, gode di un’ottima vista sul Tago ed è molto luminoso. Sotto l’appartamento (situato al 5 piano di un complesso) c’è un bar per la colazione la mattina e diversi ristoranti locali. Lourenço e Mafalda sono ottimi host, ci hanno proprio coccolati! Sono venuti incontro alle nostre esigenze con gli orari, fornendoci il self check-in, ci hanno inoltre suggerito dei ristoranti e locali dove mangiare e ci chiedevano come andavano le giornate. L’abbiamo molto apprezzato! Se torneremo a Lisbona torneremo sicuramente e lo suggeriremo ai nostri amici. Obrigadi!

We loved walking around the area. Apartment had great views. Quiet neighborhood. The drain problem persists. Have to be careful taking a shower in the downstairs bathroom as it will flood. Apartment has a musty smell likely due to the water drainage issue. Otherwise, spacious and centrally located apartment.

Lourenco was a great host and the stay was wonderful. He was very kind to allow an earlier check in than the stated time, and it was very easy to follow the instructions provided for accessing the flat. The flat itself was beautiful, with great views - You can see the sunset rising from the sea every morning. Living room had good windows / balcony, which allowed ample fresh air inside the flat. The flat was located in a good location, a short 10 minute walk to the center of Lisbon. In addition, there were many restaurants and a grocery store right opposite of the flat, which made it very convenient. Lourenco was very kind to provide recommendations on his own accord, on places to visit, as well as restaurants to try, including breakfast/brunch, lunch/dinner, cocktail bars etc. Although didn't cook inside the flat, was surprised at all the cooking utensils / appliances that were available to us. Recommend a stay in this lovely penthouse.
