Welcome to the historic area of ​​Lisbon! A Brand new building renewed in 2019, with a private patio.

The apartment is located in the heart of Mouraria, one of Lisbon's most emblematic neighbourhoods due to its history and multiculturalism.

The apartment with an area of ​​about 55m2, fully furnished, comprises a bedroom with Queen bed, living room with sofa bed, WC with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Dryer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, ironing board. Independent Air conditioned in all divisions of the apartment.

The building also has a private patio to enjoy where all guest can enjoy the sun of Lisbon.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns die große Küche gefallen, die mit allem ausgestattet war, was man benötigt. Das Schlafsofa ist top und mit einem normalen Bett vergleichbar. Das Einchecken hat einwandfrei geklappt und die Wohnung war sehr sauber als wir angekommen sind! Der Gastgeber hat und mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen zur Wohnung und zur Umgebung versorgt. Die Kommunikation war stets sehr freundlich. Wenn man während des Aufenthaltes etwas in der Wohnung benötigt, muss man jedoch mit etwas Nachdruck danach fragen. Das Appartement ist ein guter Startpunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. In den Stadtteilen Baixa und Alfama ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Appartement weiterempfehlen!

Im Abstand von einer Nacht buchten wir zunächst die Wohnung 3B und dann die Wohnung 2B. Ich gebe eine einheitliche Bewertung ab, da es die gleichen Punkte betrifft (3B ist etwas grösser und hat ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer mit Dachfenster, was mir persönlich besser gefallen hat). Die Wohnungen befinden sich rund 10 Minuten zu Fuss (steil bergauf) von der Metro-Station Martim Moniz entfernt. Es ist ein hübsches Gebäude, dass einzig Appartments enthält. Es hat einen Aufzug im Haus, die Zugänge erfolgen über Codes – auch zu den Wohnungen, es gibt keine Schlüssel. Die Wohnungen waren sauber und entsprechen den Fotos. Als wir jeweils Abends zurückkehrten, war es sehr feucht und hat ein wenig gerochen. Auch die Tücher waren etwas muffig. Alles in allem aber i.O. Ich würde das Apartment nicht nochmals buchen, da trotz der guten Lage nahe an der U-Bahn wir dann doch nicht wirklich viel ums Haus herum unternommen und immer entweder in die Metro gestiegen oder länger spaziert sind.

Good stay with very responsive hosts. The flexible check-in was a big plus, especially with our late flight. The apartment is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The area is lively during the day but can feel a bit sketchy at night. Overall, a convenient and well-located spot.

We had a very comfortable stay! We appreciated the washing machine, clothes drying rack, and AC/heat. The bed was comfortable and king size. Overall, a fairly quiet location. Some people congregate outside the gate to the building, which felt a little uneasy, at first, but there were no problems.

This is a decent Airbnb. Good place if you want to visit the castle and viewpoints. If you have large suite cases do not try to store at the station or take public transit since there is a complicated trek.

Lourenco's apartment was great! It has a great shape, lovely furniture and you have everything you need. Furthermore, the apartment is absolutely quiet and private and we never have heard any neighbours. Because the apartment is in the city center, you have great access to public transportation and restaurants. When you walk home at night you sometimes see strange people in the streets and so Lourencos apartment feels especially great because of the implemented security measures :)

Hi We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. It is in a great location, set off the street which provides privacy and quiet. We especially appreciate the security gate and keyless entry. All essential amenities are provided. The hosts respond quickly to any questions. Five star stay!

I had an amazing stay at Lourenco's place! The apartment was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Communication with Lourenco was clear and responsive, making the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is great, close to key attractions and amenities. The apartment was extremely clean and had a beautiful view of the city. We never saw the neighbors and it was so quiet. We appreciated Lourenco checking in on us and providing recommendations of things to do, eat and see while in Lisbon. There was no flexibility with check-in times which was a bit inconvenient since we had a red-eye flight and got to the area early in the morning. Yet, Lourenco did provide us with options of lockers to store our luggage until we could check in, which was helpful. We didn’t know about the low/slanted ceilings in the bedroom as they were not pictured in the listing. We kept hitting our heads! Additionally, there were men sitting outside of the main entrance, engaging in drug activity in the daytime and evenings. The building was gated and very secure and had several outdoor cameras. Overall, I felt relatively safe with my husband.

We had a great stay. We really appreciated how secure it felt with multiple gates/codes and cameras, especially as two women travelling alone. The location was good but for us we may have preferred something a little closer to all the action. Although the air bnb felt safe we felt walking home at night there were a lot of men standing around on the street corners which made us a little uneasy being two women alone but again the Airbnb it’s self felt really secure and safe. The host was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating and gave us plenty of suggestions of resturaunt and activities. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Comfortable and spacious main room. Bedroom comfortable but a little cramped. Had an issue with the battery in the lock running low and couldn’t get in. Resolved quickly with access to a real key! This was minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. Really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon

Eine super gemütliche Wohnung. Wir haben uns direkt Wohlgefühlt. Für zwei Personen auf jeden Fall perfekt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Bett war bequem ( zumindest für uns) und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die einzige Kleinigkeit, die ergänzt werden könnte ist ein Wäscheständer oder irgendeine Möglichkeit, die Wäsche zu trocknen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

The apartment itself is as described in the description, it was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay, everything would’ve been a bit newer when the photos were taken but that’s to be expected. We had an issue with the electronic lock to the apartment, both hosts were available to guide us through it. The surrounding area doesn’t feel the safest, I was travelling with my partner, however if I were travelling alone or with a group of women I’d be wary of staying here, there are some dodgy folk around particularly down by the metro entrance. There are definitely nicer areas of the city to stay for the same price as this apartment. I would like to point out that the apartment complex itself is gated, and the apartment is very secure. The apartment has a washing machine however it doesn’t have anything to hang clothes out to dry on. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but that is solely down to location and not the apartment or hosts. Thanks for having us!

Nice Airbnb - host was very responsive and gave lots of recommendations for things to do during our time in Lisbon. Apartment was clean and as described. Only downside was that the area was a bit sketchy due to groups hanging around especially when dark, but felt safe when inside Airbnb due to gates and plenty of doors. On arrival the code to get into our apartment didn’t work however, the hosts were very responsive and replied straight away with a solution. Overall it was a great stay and a lovely apartment.

They are fantastic hosts combined with a clean, bright, newly-furnished, and cozy apartment. Centrally located in a diverse yet quiet area. Plenty of local restaurants, convenient mini-markets, and an excellent cafe nearby. Steps away from main attractions. In the apartment, you have everything you'll need. Windows are cute. The kitchen window will give you a view of the hills of Lisbon houses. Hosts are welcoming and responsive. They gave recommendations. Highly recommend. Thank you for having us.

Nice little apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Within walking distance from the Castelo de S. Jorge, Miradouro da Graça, yellow tram, metro station and other local attractions. Apartment was very clean and had everything for two people to live for a few days. Lourenco is very responsive host, he provided us with recommendations on local places. Our flight came in the morning, but there were no option for the early check in on that day, as previous guest still had to move out, but after 11 am we could drop our luggage in the apartment. This was great relieve for us. Over all, great apartment and we had very nice stay. Highly recommend.

All the other reviews sum it up very nicely, this place is as advertised and generally a great place to stay if you are in Lisbon and features a very responsive host. The biggest thing to note that might not come through from the other reviews is that the Airbnb feels like Fort Knox from a safety perspective. Three password protected locked thresholds are needed to be passed through before you can enter your Airbnb, and each door is extremely solid.

The apartment was just as listed. Checking was clear, lots of codes. If you have a car, best to ask for their parking space and pay in advance. We struggled on arrival as we didn’t and had to carry cases up steep hills. Great location for all amenities. Laurencno sent ideas for things to do. Lovely stay.

Toll ausgestattete und große Unterkunft, die genauso aussieht wie auf den Fotos. Von hier aus erreichst du alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Lissabon zu Fuß. Lourenço und Mafalda sind bemühte und freundliche Gastgeber, die immer zu erreichen sind. Das Viertel, in dem das AirBnb gelegen ist, fand ich persönlich nicht ganz so angenehm als Frau (besonders in der Dunkelheit). Aber dafür können die Gastgeber nichts, in der Unterkunft fühlt man sich super sicher.

Tolle großzügige Wohnung nur wenige Fußmeter von tollen Restaurants und Cafés entfernt und auch zu Fuß in die Stadtmitte und Tejo Promenade alles super zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt relativ ruhig, gut funktionierende Klima und super, dass es eine Spülmaschine gab. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und produktive Tipps. Wir würden rasten, falls man mit Auto anreist, dieses im Parkhaus zu parken. Bei uns wurde es nach Parken an der Straße über Nacht leicht beschädigt.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vila Olaria on our last night in Lisbon. Directions to and for entering the building/apartment were very clear and our Uber driver had no problems finding it. Upon entering the apartment, we were in awe of how beautiful and modern the apartment was, from the space itself with skylight windows to the sleek furniture and decorations. The kitchen was functional and met all our needs, including Espresso machine! That AC units in the living room and bedroom were quiet and quick to cool. The bedroom was very cozy, and the bed and pillows super comfortable-best sleep I had on my entire trip in Portugal! Lourenco was a great host- very proactive and responsive in his communication. The neighborhood location was fantastic with impressive views of Castelo Sao Jorge and the city. Fun area to explore and not too far a walk from some of the more well-visited areas of the city like Bairra Alto, Chiado, and Baixa. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Lovely apartment, clean, spacious and exactly like the pictures. All amenities provided and worked fine. Hosts were great with communication. Good recommendations and were very helpful. We had a issue on the first night and Mafalda dealt with it amazingly (thank you!). Location is great and good transport links - although we mostly walked as the main city centre is within close distance (20 min walk!). Only negative comment, and this is out of the hosts control, would be the men sitting outside the apartment in the late evenings. Seemed to be a local “chill” spot which, for two girls travelling alone, it was a bit concerning. But the apartment is very secure so nothing to worry about once inside. Overall 10/10 - would come back again ✨

Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert, wir haben auch viele Tipps für eine gute Zeit in Lissabon bekommen! Das Appartement war sowohl von der Größe, als auch von der Sauberkeit her super, von der Beschreibung her hat alles gepasst. Das einzige Problem, dass wir hatten, war, dass das Zahlenschloss an der Wohnungstür nicht funktioniert hat. Da wir aber einen Schlüssel hatten, war das nicht so schlimm. Gerne hätten wir aber natürlich vorher von dem Problem gewünscht. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

The apartment was very nice, modern, clean and tidy. It was very quiet inside as well. The place is on the edge of Alfama and close to the city centre. I chose it as I wanted to be able to walk everywhere instead of using public transport or uber/bolt. It’s also a short walk away from the supermarket(s) and a number of restaurants and there are also smaller corner shops nearby that are open late if you need anything. The castle is only about 12 minutes away and the sunset viewing point/hill even less than that. When looking for a place i read that a lot of properties in Lisbon have a bad smell coming out of toilet but this apartment did not have that issue. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend!

Like other reviews, the location is perfect if you want to be right in the heart of all of the historical places to visit and only a short walk to the city too. The accommodation was per the photos listed, very clean, comfortable and everything you need for a few days stay. Lourenço was always on hand with recommendations and checking in to see how we were going, the perfect host. The only watch out is if you're not wanting to walk so much, this like many other places close by could cause a challenge. My wife and I loved it and clocked up over 45miles of walking over the 4 days here, we loved every moment of it. Highly recommend this place, thank you for letting us stay. ?

Very clean and modern place. Loved The washing machine with a built-in dryer. I just wish it was a bit closer to the Metro. I found I used Uber to get around town, as it was actually easier and much faster.

L’emplacement est magnifique. Le logement est ultra moderne et fidèle aux photos. Les équipements dans la cuisine sont à la hauteur de nos attentes pour cuisiner. Lourenzo est un hôte très réactif car nous avons rencontré des problèmes avec le digicode de son appartement (qui était hors service) lors de notre arrivée (à minuit passé) ce dernier a trouvé une solution ultra rapidement pour nous permettre d’accéder au logement. Des difficultés pour faire fonctionner le chauffage dans la chambre et dans le séjour, ces derniers clignotaient systématiquement rouge donc une petite notice ne serait pas de refus pour les futurs voyageurs car nous n’avons pas réussi.

Logement très bien placé. Nous avons fait tout notre WE à pied. L’appartement est totalement conforme aux photos Nous étions 2 et avions beaucoup de place ! Logement propre, tous les équipements nécessaires et déco sympa ! Les hôtes étaient très réactifs et nous ont donné une petite liste de restaurants et activités sympas à faire dans Lisbonne j’ai trouvé t te s sympa de leur part !

An unserem Aufenthalt bei Lourenco gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Alfama ist ein sehr lebendiger Ortsteil und dennoch hat man in der Unterkunft (natürlich mit geschlossenem Fenster) absolute Ruhe genossen. Man fühlt sich außerdem sehr sicher, durch mehrfache Tor- und Türschlösser und Kameras - wer hier seine Zweifel haben sollte, den kann ich beruhigen. Das Gebäude sieht super gepflegt aus und alles war sehr sauber und funktionsfähig. Im Hausflur und in der Wohnung kam einem sogar ein angenehmer frischer Raumduft entgegen. :) In der Unterkunft selbst hatte man alles was man braucht. Für die paar Tage die wir dort waren, haben wir nicht einmal alles davon benötigt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, in ein paar Gehminuten steht man mitten in der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit Lourenco und Mafalda war ebenfalls super und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und kann sie jeden empfehlen. :)

The place was gorgeous! It was a little hard to find but was the perfect place for us to stay for the night before we headed back home. He was responsive but check in was a little delayed due to the keypad not working. Overall, still a beautiful home and very clean!

This was the perfect spot to stay in Lisbon! (Especially for first timers) Right in the historic Alfama district, and near every sight you’d want to see. Most importantly, Lourenco and Mafalda were brilliantly responsive hosts. They were able to make sure we had everything we need, answered any questions, and gave local tips. Would 100% stay here again next time I visit.

Logement très propre, immeuble propre et agréable. Lourenço et Mafalda sont supers, très réactifs, nous ont recommandés de très bons endroits et ont répondu à toutes nos demandes. Appartement propre et spacieux. Accessible à pied, proche du centre ville et de beaucoup de points d’interêt. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ?
