Welcome to the historic area of ​​Lisbon! A Brand new building renewed in 2019, with a private patio.

The apartment is located in the heart of Mouraria, one of Lisbon's most emblematic neighbourhoods due to its history and multiculturalism.

The apartment with an area of ​​about 55m2, fully furnished, comprises a bedroom with Queen bed, living room with sofa bed, WC with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Dryer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, ironing board. Independent Air conditioned in all divisions of the apartment.

The building also has a private patio to enjoy where all guest can enjoy the sun of Lisbon.

Our days in Lisbon were indescribably beautiful. The accommodation offered us a good starting point for our tours to explore the city. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and had everything we needed. Lourenco was always available and occasionally asked if we needed anything. A great host and great accommodation if you want to travel individually.

Apartment was in great shape, AC worked well, and was comfortable. The location is conveniently located near the metro and pretty walkable to most places. However the neighborhood at night if you make a wrong turn you may not feel entirely safe. The airbnb did have a gate which was locked which made me feel more comfortable. It is perfect for a couple.

I would say that overall we had a very great stay at Lourenco’s place, we really enjoyed experiencing all that Lisbon had to offer and felt that his place was a great location for us to travel easily to where we wanted. It was lively but the apartment itself is pretty quiet. We had a pest issue on the first night that Lourenco and Teresa were great at resolving for us in a timely manner and the issue did not reappear afterwards. One thing we would add is that whilst we felt safe there as a couple, there are a lot of men that hang around the area until very late and so maybe women travelling alone may feel uncomfortable. Overall though it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Everything was as described. We Loved the apartment and the little patio was a plus. The location is great and very walkable to almost everywhere in Lisbon. I saw some reviews about guest not liking the neighborhood but my family and I were very comfortable and not once felt unsafe. I guess maybe because we're from Nyc and get to live around tons of different people just living their daily lives. however, I don't want to discredit anyones feelings. We definitely enjoyed the neighborhood and everything it had to offer. Restaurants and coffee shops short walks away, mini markets, metro short walk as well. oh and the host were great!

Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben, sehr schön und top ausgestattet. Ein negativen Punkt hat sie leider - die Lage. Vor dem Haus waren jeden Tag Drogensüchtige. Die Terrasse ist auch leider von außen erreichbar, sodass wir auch einmal unerwünschten Besuch auf unserer Terrasse stehen hatten. Wir schrieben nie negative Bewertungen, aber das wollten erwähnen, da wir es insbesondere für Alleinreisende nicht empfehlen würden.

We had a great few days here. The location is central, with places to get food nearby. The apartment was clean and the sofa bed was already set up for us when we arrived. We had an issue with the code for the front door when we arrived as it didn’t work. However, when I called the host they immediately sorted the issue remotely. The host provided us with local recommendations, which was helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment was lovely and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We especially like the private garden terrace, which was lovely to sit out in and enjoy throughout the day. The location was perfect for getting around Lisbon and near to the metro station, which was very convenient for getting around the city. Also there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and cafes within walking distance from the apartment. Lorenco & Teresa were very helpful throughout our stay, sending us local recommendations on where to visit and eat, whilst we were there. We have had a great stay in Lisbon and will be back! ?

The apartment was perfect for people wanting to spend lots of time out and about exploring. Super clean with lovely linen and modern finishes, also within walking distance of some lovely restaurants (Vino Vero for wine and light dinner, Thank you Mama for delicious coffee and bagels). I recently had the pleasure of staying in a truly lovely apartment in Lisbon. The location is perfect, with easy access to many sightseeing spots, restaurants, and shopping stores. The apartment itself is spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. One of the highlights for us was the ability to relax and feel at home by simply pressing the "movies" button on the TV remote to enjoy a selection of free movies. It was a perfect touch for those nights when we felt a bit homesick or just wanted to unwind. We were fortunate to meet Teresa, the host, who was incredibly lovely. She was very responsive, respectful, and genuinely kind in her approach. The building features a coded gate, which provided an added sense of security. This apartment is highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon, whether for leisure or work. Additionally, you can enjoy the apartment's charming patio. A fantastic stay overall !

Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet vårt. Leiligheten var i gåavstand til alle stedene vi besøkte i byen. Leiligheten var skinnende ren når vi kom, og vi fikk gode instrukser på hvordan vi skulle komme oss inn ved innsjekk. Vi fikk i tillegg mange gode forslag på hva vi burde sjekke ut, og følte oss veldig i varetatt med jevnlige spørsmål om hvordan vi hadde det og om alt var som det skulle. Appartement agréable dans lequel nous nous sommes tres vite sentis à l aise. Idéalement situé pour visiter Lisbonne à pied en famille. C est top! A deux pas de la place Martim Moniz pour rejoindre les transports. L 'environnement est calme parfait pour récupérer. Accès à la résidence sécurisée: un vrai plus. We spent 4 Workation days at Lournco's place. Especially, in summer it is a great place to stay as it is in the base which ensures that the rooms don't get too hot. From there you can walk to different sightseeing spots quickly as well as nice restaurants. The apartment is equipped with all necessity and is very modern. We both felt very comfortable there. Further, Lourenco is a very nice host.

-Check in war einfach zu erledigen. -Die Wohnung war an sich super, man hat alles was man braucht. Meine Bettwäsche war nur leicht befleckt. Für die Leute die baden wollen, der Verschlussstopfen ist nicht wie gewohnt direkt in der Badewanne, sondern im Regal verstaut. (Bei mir zumindest) -Die Lage ist im Gegensatz zur Wohnung eher schlecht. Es ist sehr Männerlastig, Frauen könnten sich unwohl fühlen. Machen sie sich einfach selbst ihr Bild. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich das Apartment weiterempfehlen. Danke für den Aufenthalt.

Despite this, the presence of a secure gate and surveillance cameras within the complex alleviated any feelings of unease, ensuring a sense of safety throughout our stay. Overall, Lourenço's place stands out as a clean, conveniently located, and fully furnished option for travelers. The minor issue with the doors was more than compensated for by the overall security measures and the apartment's numerous amenities, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Het appartement is netjes, schoon en het bed is super! Hosts waren behulpzaam en reageerde snel. Appartementen zoals op de foto's, absoluut aan te bevelen. Van de tips gebruik gemaakt en gaan eten in een Fado restaurant, absoluut aan te raden! De locatie, en dan vooral het plein voor het appartement en beneden waar de metro halte is, voelt alleen niet veilig. Als vrouw zou ik daar niet graag alleen lopen of verblijven. Er lopen en hangen alleen mannen (zeker in de avond) en we werden aangesporken om drugs te kopen. Kan natuurlijk in de grote stad, maar was voor ons reden genoeg om niet meer via het plein te lopen s avonds. Tip: taxi's zijn heel goedkoop in Lissabon, dus dat hebben we erna gedaan. (Ook naar het vliegveld is een taxi absoluut de moeite waard ipv de metro, kosten (bolt) taxi €7...)

Wij hebben drie nachten verbleven in de Airbnb. We mochten eerder onze koffers neerzetten en het was een heerlijk schone ruimte. Goede locatie om naar alles te te gaan. In de avond/nacht wel veel mensen op straat. Het was enorm schoon en Lourenco was erg vriendelijk!! Ik zou het opnieuw boeken voor de volgende keer.

the place itself was clean and tidy, looks like the photos. the location is great, few minutes walk to nearest tube. the flat was perfect for a short weekend away, but the kitchen is quite bare so might be harder for a longer trip if you plan to cook a lot. it is Lisbon, so naturally there is a hill to get to the place, and a couple of steps to get in (hard work with a baby!) If you need shops, go right out the flat and there is a lovely shop at top of the hill and a great restaurant opposite that shop! coffee shop at bottom of the hill is perfect for a morning coffee too!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lourenço ! L'appartement est assez grand et très confortable ! Mention spéciale pour la qualité de la literie très confortable et la taille du lit (180 cm de large) !! Il y a de grands placards pour défaire et ranger sa valise pour les séjours plus longs. L'appartement est bien situé pour profiter de Lisbonne facilement à pieds et les transports en commun sont accessibles à proximité (tram, métro et bus). La communication est très fluide avec Lourenco qui est très réactif ! L'arrivée et le départ autonome permettent une flexibilité appréciable (surtout en cas de problème de transport pour l'aller). L'appartement possède un patio privé appréciable (même si la saison ne nous a permis d'en profiter bcp). Seul point d'amélioration : la porte d'entrée qui est plutôt dure à ouvrir et fermer. Je recommande à 100% l'appartement de Lourenco :-)

We specifically booked this apartment as we weee travelling with a baby and needed a quiet place to stay in a notoriously loud city. We were not disappointed and whilst there is inevitable noise from the surrounding area, it was nice to know we would be returning to a quiet night after a day exploring. The apartment is within easy walking distance to top sights and has easy links via the metro. It is worth noting that the streets from the metro to the flat are quite narrow and cobbled meaning it was challenging with large suitcases and a buggy. Ubers are good value in Lisbon and on reflection. We would have taken a taxi rather than metro. However small suitcases would be fine. The area around feels a bit sketchy but no one ever bothered us. Overall a really good choice for light sleepers who want to benefit from a clean and walkable apartment.

An amazing apartment just down the hill from the Miradouro da Graça and very close to the Castelo de Sao Jorge. Proximal to central Lisboa and walking distance from several good restaurants and cafés. The space is great: a clean, efficient layout with an excellent bathroom. The large fridge and washing machine were very much appreciated. Of the two places we stayed in Lisboa, this was our favourite. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t stay longer. Lastly, there’s a cool public-use gym outside of the gate where you can blast out a few chest presses if you so desire.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans cet appartement avec notre bébé de 13 mois. Le logement est conforme à la description, fonctionnel. Gros + pour la literie, le lit était incroyablement confortable et très grand ! Lourenco est un hôte très disponible, nous lui avions demander un lit bébé, et nous l’avons eu. L’appartement est situé à proximité des transports (Metro + tram) à même pas 10min, et plusieurs commerce de proximité (mini épicerie pour dépanner). En terme d’accès, ça grimpe un peu pour arriver à l’appartement mais rien d’insurmontable , nous l’avons fait avec 3 valises et une poussette ! Je recommande pour passer quelques jours à Lisbonne ?

숙소는 너무 이쁘고 엄청 큰 침대도 좋았어요 그릇이나 컵들도 구비가 잘 되어있어요 다만 처음 집을 찾을때 옆집 주소지 56번은 있으나 이집의 57번이 없어 한참 찾았어요 혹시 몰라 큰 대문의 집에 시행해보니 맞았어요 그외에 어려움은 없이 치안도 좋았습니다 창문이나 테라스 문을 열면 방충망이 없어 벌레가 들어올 수 있으니 참고하세요 저희는 너무 큰 바퀴벌레가 있었습니다.. 너무 이쁘고 너무 편하게 잘 지냈습니다 감사합니다

We really enjoyed our stay at Lourenco’s place! A beautiful Airbnb with a nice outdoor area! It is very close to restaurants, view points and the metro. The communication was very easy and fast. We even received a whole list of recommendations of where to eat and what to do in the area! We would definitely come back!

The host was great and always responsive. The place was clean but wish it had a few extra kitchen supplies. There were no silverware or cooking utensils so making your own meals is not an option. The location is great, close to the metro station but you have to climb a few steps. Overall the hosts made our experience a better one and would come back again.

Bon séjour dans l’appartement, les hôtes sont très réactifs et sympathiques. L’appartement est grand et bien équipé. Il est plus sombre que sur la description. Il est bien placé pour visiter Lisbonne à pied, en revanche, le quartier ne semble pas très bien fréquenté.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön ausgestattet. Ein flexibler Check-In war durch Zahlencodes problemlos möglich. Lediglich das Viertel in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist nicht so schön. Abends haben wir uns lieber mit dem Uber bis zur Wohnung fahren lassen, als die Strecke zu laufen, da man doch viele fragwürdige Gestalten getroffen hat. Ansonsten ist es eine wirklich schöne Wohnung.

Het verblijf was goed. Prettig en veilig gevoel dat er een hek voor zat om bij het appartement te komen. Wel iets om rekening mee te houden, is dat op de straat waar je door moet om bijvoorbeeld bij de metro te komen vooral ‘s avonds veel mannen rondhangen.

Quartier calme, bons restaurants aux alentours. Lourenco et Mafalda très gentils et très réactifs pour tout. Guides de la ville dans le logement et recommandations par message. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

The hosts were very reactive and answered rapidly to our questions. The appartment was clean and the location is good, at a walking distance from the main attractions of the city historical center. The apartment is at the semi-basement level; it is less luminous than on the pictures.

The flat is exactly like the pictures. Everything works wonderfully - water pressure, dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is however a souterrain-flat, which means that not a lot of sunlight can come in: resulting in the flat feeling moist all the time. The location is great to get to the center, metro etc. But the neighbourhood felt unsafe for two young women in their twenties. Mostly at night because men were starring intensly at tourists, catcalling and hanging out right in front of the gate of the apartment.

Les + : appartement propre et moderne dans une résidence récente, environnement calme quand nous sommes dans l’appartement, hôte très disponible et sympathique. Les - : appartement plus sombre que sur les photos parce qu il faut descendre quelques marches pour y accéder en rdc, le quartier (ce n’est pas un quartier très sympa de Lisbonne, on n’y reste pas, pas grand chose dans les alentours autres que des boutiques de souvenirs et mini market), odeur d’humidité assez forte dans l’appartement, il y a souvent des personnes qui traînent sur la petite place devant l’appartement. Il faudrait pouvoir fermer à clé la porte d’entrée (pour le moment il n’y a qu’un système d’ouverture avec un code à l’extérieur et capteur de présence à l’intérieur, ça ne me semble pas assez vu les allées et venues des locations Airbnb). A 10/15 minutes a pieds je recommande le brunch augusto et le restaurant altar pour dîner.

The stay was even better than pictured. I really appreciated the Scandi interior design motifs, felt very comfortable as a home away from home. The backyard terrace provided a great place to start and end the day with a cup of tea. It's really hard to give this place less than a five star review but there were a couple of hiccups: 1) The bathroom was under stocked for a the amount of time we booked. There was only one roll of toilet paper for a stay that's over a week. Furthermore there were no washcloths. 2) This is sort of a no-brainer, but there wasn't any cookware. Plates, cutlery, cups, all there, but absolutely no pots or pans. Doesn't make any sense for a person or family that is staying there for more than a couple of days and wants to cook their own meals. 3) This is also forgivable but the central air/heating system did not function. A caretaker came by with a space heater immediately, which was enough for a Lisbon winter. Other than that, great location and clean vibe.

Única coisa q pode ser melhorada é uma porta no box,o banheiro fica muito molhado depois de usar o chuveiro,e faz falta mais um espelho no apartamento,de corpo todo.
