The space
Welcome to the historic area of Lisbon! A Brand new building renewed in 2019, with a private patio.The apartment is located in the heart of Mouraria, one of Lisbon's most emblematic neighbourhoods due to its history and multiculturalism.
The apartment with an area of about 55m2, fully furnished, comprises a bedroom with Queen bed, living room with sofa bed, WC with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Dryer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, ironing board. Independent Air conditioned in all divisions of the apartment.
The building also has a private patio to enjoy where all guest can enjoy the sun of Lisbon.

Really nice apartment with all you could need. Great location with some stairs and climbing to do, but it is Lisboa :)

Lourenço’s place is really beautiful, cozy, funcional and close to the center. I would definitly stay there again.

Fine and spacious appartement with all basic facilities present. The neighbourhood is not the best, but taxis can take you everywhere fairly easily and for a good price
The location is so central, 10-15 minutes away from Alfama on foot. Place was clean and tidy. Street was quiet. Definitely great place to stay in Lisbon.

We had a very good stay in this appartment. It's very centrally located to the station, restaurants and coffeebars also it has nice facilities and is very clean. Sometimes some youths in front but they don't bother anybody
Lourenco's flat was in a good location, very walkable for the rest of Lisbon, with lots of shops nearby. Only thing that was a slight negative was that the aircon didn't seem to get too cold.

We stayed for 4 nights at Lourenco's place and were very happy with the place! Super spacious and clean, the apartment had everything we needed. The couch was a little prickly but not a deal breaker in the slightest.

Superbe logement . On s’y sent comme à la maison. Super confortable . Aucune odeur d’humidité (ce qui est très fréquent à Lisbonne due à l’humidité en hiver, et difficile à trouver). Je recommande à 100%!
