Welcome to the historic area of ​​Lisbon! A Brand new building renewed in 2019, with a private patio.

The apartment is located in the heart of Mouraria, one of Lisbon's most emblematic neighbourhoods due to its history and multiculturalism.

The apartment with an area of ​​about 55m2, fully furnished, comprises a bedroom with Queen bed, living room with sofa bed, WC with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Dryer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, ironing board. Independent Air conditioned in all divisions of the apartment.

The building also has a private patio to enjoy where all guest can enjoy the sun of Lisbon.

The host didn’t send me the information to get into the apartment despite communicating in the days leading up to my arrival, so I showed up and couldn’t access the apartment. Luckily the weather was good, so it wasn’t too bad to have to wait until they contacted me an hour later. Despite this rocky start, I must say that I had a really good stay and the apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The area isn’t the most quiet though, there’s a lot of movement and noise, but it didn’t prevent me from having a nice stay. Overall, I would recommend staying there, but just make sure you get all the info prior to showing up because I suspect that the whole operation is automated, so it’s not like you’re staying at someone’s house.

Bel appartement moderne, sécurisé, bien équipé et spacieux, puis surtout très bien situé dans la vielle ville. Plusieurs points d’attractions sont accessibles à pied dans un rayon de 30min de marche. Sinon il y a le Metro à proximité et plein de restos/ bars dans les environs. Lourenço est hyper réactif et a donné pro activement des recommandantions.

L'appartamento si trova nella zona antica di Lisbona, che mantiene intatto tutto il fascino della città. La zona è ben collegata grazie alla vicina fermata della metropolitana e del celebre tram 28. L'appartamento è spazioso e ristrutturato di recente, ci siamo trovati bene. C'è stato un problema con l'apertura automatica della porta ma gli host ci hanno risposto prontamente e hanno risolto.

My husband and I stayed at Lourenço’s place. It’s very spacious for Lisbon term and it feels comfy at the same time. Lourenço reacted very quick and had good recommendations for bars and restaurant. I recommend this place for a central located stay in Lisbon

We liked the apartment: it was clean, fairly spacious, and bright, with a comfortable bed and pillows of different firmness levels. There was plenty of closet space, so all our belongings fit easily. Since this was partially a work trip, having a desk and chairs for working on the computer was important to us: the desk was excellent, but the chairs were more decorative than functional, making it uncomfortable to sit for long periods. Unfortunately, the sofa was also quite worn out, so you sink into it when sitting. Despite these nuances, the apartment is good and worth the money. The only thing to be aware of is that it is located in one of Lisbon’s less safe areas, making it quite uncomfortable to return home in the evening. We often took a taxi to avoid walking through the neighborhood late at night.

Clean, well equipped, as described and expected, in a safe block of flats (the surrounding immediate location was a little off putting at first as it seemed to have lots of men loitering around in the square however we never had any trouble nor felt unsafe) and location was very close and convenient to everything we needed and wanted to see in Lisbon. There was a small hiccup during check in where we didn’t have the right code for the door but I called and they picked up immediately and helped us so we got in fine, just five minutes of confusion that got quickly cleared up so not a real problem. Everything else was perfect and had everything we needed, we had a smooth stay and have no complaints!

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento esattamente come nelle foto. Pulizia ed ordine impeccabili. Posizione tranquilla, silenziosa e comodissima in centro. C’erano delle persone poco raccomandabili vicino a casa la sera ma sapevamo che la zona era un po’ così (non abbiamo comunque avuto mai problemi). Lourenço è stato sempre proattivo e molto disponibile. Ottima esperienza!!

Schöne, saubere und zentral gelegene Wohnung. Alles schnell erreichbar und ein schneller, freundlicher und zuverlässiger Kontakt. Gut ausgestattet und Unterkunft durch sichere Türen geschützt. In der direkten Umgebung fühlt man sich gerade in den Abendstunden nicht immer zu 100 % sicher, was aber auch in anderen Ecken der Fall ist.

Die Wohung war genau wie auf den Fotos in einem sehr modernen Gebäude. Sehr gut isoliert, wir hörten gar keinen Lärm, also sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Lourenço war auch top, er hat uns alles sehr im Detail erklärt und sogar Tips gegeben. Nur die Küche war nicht sehr gut geputzt, es waren mehrere Ölflecken zu sehen. Allerdings ist die Gegend rund herum nicht so sicher, sehr viele Männer lungern in der Gegend herum und auch vor dem Gebäude waren Obdachlose. Alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir waren 2 Mädchen und haben uns Abends nicht zu Fuss raus getraut, Uber und Bolt waren unsere Retter. Ansonsten war die Wohnung genau wie beschrieben, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vielen dank!:)

We had a lovely stay here. After some difficulty getting into the appartement Lourenço immediately picked up the phone to help us inside. The neighborhood is not the greatest but being in walking distance of the beautiful city centre of Lisboa makes up for that. The appartement is neat and tidy and definately lived up to the expectations. Thanks for an amazing stay here!

Die Wohnung ist genauso schön, wie auf den Bildern. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Ich hatte bei der Ankunft ein kleines Problem mitder Haustür, das aber von Teresa super schnell und sehr freundlich gelöst wurde. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt. Sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Ich würde die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Lovely stay for a few days, the place was clean and comfortable. Location was close to the metro and walkable to all good tourist spots. Would definitely stay again! Thank you :) NB: As three girls we felt a little uneasy with how densely populated the place was with men lurking around late at night but the building itself felt safe.

Bonne expérience de Airbnb. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier avec plusieurs commodités dont une épicerie et une station de métro à moins de dix minutes de marche. L’appartement était très propre et lumineux. Les deux airs conditionnés permettaient de bien régler la température. Il y a beaucoup d’espace de rangement dans la chambre. À notre arrivée le code de la porte ne fonctionnait pas mais une employée est arrivée dans les quelques minutes suivants notre appel à Lourenço.

very comfortable, qualitative and cosy flat, we spent a great moment. We were just a bit frustrated by the business manner in which everything is managed in those flats: lack of flexibility, door blocked because we tried to open 1 min before the check in time, strict minimum of coffee capsules and toilet paper etc. For the price of this flat, some warmth and flexibility would be appreciated

Lourenco’s place is in a really nice residential location. I had stayed with my best friend and we had a lovely time in Lisbon - we were lucky to come at one of the hotter weeks in May. Things I loved: - Elevator in the building made it very easy to get up and down to the 2nd floor with luggage - Easy to check in and out - Fast wifi, always worked - Apartment was clean - Spare towels provided - Lots of hidden gems and restaurants around the area - Close Uber/bolt ride to many locations in Lisbon or even a close walk - Reasonable price Things that could be improved: - Air con vents could be cleaner, needs dusting - The smart entry system had a technical issue which caused us some inconvenience getting in and out of the apartment, however they provided us a spare key to help manually get in - One toilet roll was provided, we asked for more and 2 extra were provided though Thanks for trying your best when we had some issues and requests! Teresa in particular was helpful. ?

Très bel appartement dans un immeuble rénové récemment. Ville qui vaut le détour ! Je recommande ce logement. Attention: ne pas hésiter à appeler un Uber pour les déplacements : la ville est très vallonnée, les trottoirs sont parfois étroits (pas évidents pour une poussette), mais ça fait le charme des lieux et c'était très agréable.

We hadden een geweldige tijd in Lissabon. Het appartement van Lourenco ligt vlakbij de metro en op wandelafstand van het centrum. Het is gelegen in een multi-etnische wijk, wat in het begin even wennen is, maar we genoten toch van een rustig verblijf. Lourenca gaf erg duidelijke instructies om het appartement te betreden én gaf ook nog tips voor het verblijf. Hij was erg bereikbaar en reageerde snel. Onze enige opmerking was de harde matras van het zetelbed in de woonkamer. Maar voor de rest was alles prima en zouden we het appartement zeker aanbevelen!

Ficamos quatro dias na casa o imóvel está exatamente como descrito no site e é muito aconchegante. A cozinha está equipada com tudo que precisa para fazer qualquer refeição, quarto também é bom, confortável, ambos ambientes tem ar-condicionado. Local é fácil de encontrar e seguro, não ouvimos barulho. Anfitrião solícito nos deu dicas para o café da manhã e responde rápido. O local fica à 8 minutos do ponto de parada do Bonde 28.

Lourenco is a fantastic host. We had no issues and he was always ready to help if we had any questions. The apartment was amazing and I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, however I do think it is important to mention that it is not fully safe to walk alone here in the evening as a woman. The area is really vibrant but in the evening it is a little unsafe. I was with another person, so I felt fine, but I would be cautious of this if travelling alone as a woman. A huge thanks to Lourenco, we had a fantastic time!

Great base for visiting Lisbon - can walk to lots of the sites. Comfortable apartment - was clean, quiet and had a nice living room and kitchen. Bed was comfy. Powerful shower, although the shower was a bit slow to drain. Good communication with host. Would recommend!

We loved our stay in Lourenco’s apartment. The apartment is exactly as listed, modern, clean and spacious with lots of storage. We also felt very safe when in the apartment, as there is a locked gate to the building, a building code to get in and also the front door to the apartment - this is important as it is in an area which could be felt to be a bit run-down and is liable to be misjudged by tourists. However, it’s very close to the centre and has lots of amenities. Would definitely return if in Lisbon again!

A very modern, clean place near Rossio. Very convenient for us to spend some time to explore Lisbon. Lourenco provided several suggestions to me for things to do nearby. The location was great with easy access to train and metro. We definitely felt safe and welcome.

Everything was perfect! Very nice apartment, very clean, comfortable bed, cannot think of anything missing. Building and apartment secured. Very quiet street, no noise day and night yet a good location, lots of restaurants nearby and small convenience stores in the neighborhood. Tram 28 nearby. Taxis can stop 50 m from apartment. Lourenço is a very responsive host. Even though our stay was short as we had missed our flight, we would love to stay at Lourenço's apartment next time we visit beautiful Lisbon.

Lourenco's flat is as described. So clean and beautiful - very comfortable and quiet. We hardly hear/meet other guests in the same building. Check-in instructions were very clear and the hosts were gracious enough to let us check-in earlier than the agreed time, as the flat happened to be free. The area where the flat is located is perfect for our purpose. We were able to walk to most of the highlights. We also took the metro from Martim Moniz station (which is the nearest to the flat) and another time, we even walked to the Restauradores Station to take the Blue line directly. Overall, it really felt like our home. The kitchen utensils were sufficient for our use and all the amenities made our stay a very comfortable one. If you have heavy luggage and are coming from the airport, we will advise you to take Uber, instead of the metro, because it is quite a steep climb up to the flat from Martim Moniz Station. We can highly recommend this place to others visiting Lisbon.

This is the best apartment I've never visited at a very communicative location. There are all you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay in Lisbon. The check in was easy after the received instructions. Lourenco is kind, carrying and he gave us some helpful information about restaurants, bars... I recommend this place, which makes the pleasure of Lisbon's stay plein.

The apartment itself is really spacious and clean, furnished beautifully and located in a quiet street, but still very central. Lourenço and Mafalda were super nice and attentive, answering every message quickly and making sure we had a nice stay. We definitely did! However, there are two things we didn’t like quite as much. Some of the towels had a very weird smell, and the neighborhood (especially the area of Martim Moniz) was a little bit scary at night.

Lourenco and Malfada were super responsive hosts! While we ran into some trouble getting into and out of the unit, their response times were always within 30 minutes. With that said, the area the Airbnb is in is OK. 15-20min walk to most restaurants but not a ton to do in the actual area. Would probably stay closer to the water next time I visit purely because most of the bookmarks I had were in that area. I like that they have a washer and dryer in the unit and that the place was spacious for two people.

We had a fantastic time in Lisbon staying in this apartment. It was very clean and stylish and well equipped- we found it very helpful having a washing machine. The location was walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go in the centre.

The apt is located in a nice quiet spot very close to the Graça lookout. We stopped over just for a night, and it's been a comfy stay. Interaction with the hosts has been virtual only, but they've been attentive, very responsive and present.

El apartamento es muy bonito, cómodo y está bien equipado y el trato de Lourenço y Mafalda ha sido excelente. Lourenço fue muy amable y nos recomendó restaurantes, lugares de interés y todo tipo de cosas para que nuestra estancia fuese perfecta. Es cierto que el barrio impacta un poco al principio y no está demasiado limpio pero es muy céntrico, por lo que puedes llegar al centro en unos 13 minutos andando. En general hemos estado muy a gusto.

This apartment had lift access and stair. This was great for us travelling as family with a pram and multiple suitcases. All access to the complex, building and apartment was by code so there was no forgetting keys. This was great and made you feel very safe. so close to down town lisbon by walking 5 mins and to a metro. Also with restaurants and mini super markets even closer. Very close walking to amazing markets that are on Tuesdays and saturdays. Close walking to Sao Jorge castle and some beautiful churches. The apartment had great light and was very clean and very modern, great bed and big soft towels. The shutters once shut kept the apartment dark and great for sleeping. The air conditioner worked very well. The shower had good pressure and never ran out out of hot water. The hosts were happy to supply a porta cot and there was a high chair for us also. The Hosts were very responsive and very kind. Happy to help. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you

Spacious and very nicely decorated apartment in a great location. Some minor issues, for example: The AC in the bedroom was smelling a bit so we didn’t use it (but the location is well isolated so we didn’t necessarily need it). Value for money - the apartment is quite expensive but if you want to spend some nights in a nice place, I would recommend it (no outdoor space though)

We stayed at the apartment for two nights and our experience was wonderful. The apartment is clean and spacious. The location is convenient and walkable to many attractive sites. The host is helpful and responsive. We will for sure recommend this place to our friends when they come to Lisbon.

Lovely spacious apartment that is exactly as described. We particularly appreciated the spacious living room so we could have our 9.5 month old safely crawling around. The hosts also were able to provide a travel crib and high chair for our baby. Bathroom was also a highlight - nothing like soaking in the tub after a long day of going up and down the many hills of Lisbon. Finally we really appreciated how prompt the responses are from the host. All in all, a great stay!

I would definitely recommend this apartment. Spacious, clean and looks exactly like the photos. The apartment is located near the metro and within walking distance of great restaurants recommended by the host. The host was very attentive, checking in if we needed anything and gave great tips for our stay.

The hosts were very communicative and assisted me with leaving my luggage prior to check in. They also continued to reach out during my stay to make sure I didn’t need anything, as well as to provide suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The apartment was spotless; the bed is very comfortable; the water pressure is strong; and the AC units worked very well. Although the neighborhood may appear seedy, it is within walking distance of all the sights. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

In general I would definitely recommend this airbnb! We had a lovely stay here and Lourenço is a great host. Check-in was super easy as we've got clear instructions prior to arriving. Lourenço also gave us some nice tips and recommendations on where to go. He was always available in case we needed something and wanted to make sure we had an unforgettable time in Lisbon. The appartement itself is exactly as pictured. No catfishing here! It was clean, spacious and it had everything you needed. Thank god for the nicely working aircon, which definitely came in handy during the hot and muggy nights. The area on the other hand is alright. Lots of small shops where you can get your basic groceries such as drinks and snacks. The underground station is only a 6-minute walk away from the airbnb, which is nice and convenient. But besides that, we didn't spend much time in the area itself. Thank you so much Lourenço (and Mafalda!) for having us.

Great stay in the heart of Lisbon! The hosts were very responsive & helpful throughout our stay. We were very close to the metro which was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable & shower had great water pressure. Would certainly stay again!

Nous avons apprécier la propreté de l'appartement ,l'équipement, le confort du lit, la sécurité de la résidence et de l'appartement ,l'autonomie de l'arrivée et du départ ainsi que l'excellente communication de Lourenco . Nous avons été un peu surprises concernant la fréquentation à la sortie du métro ,même si cette localisation est un atout avec la proximité du métro et tramway. Nous avons bien profité et n'avons pas hésité à prendre un uber le soir ou nous sommes rentré un peu tard, ce qui ne manque pas à Lisbonne. Florence et Karine

Great place inside, good location within Lisbon but hard to find and really hard to get to if you drive your own car. Once you get the hang of it through winding cobblestone streets it does get easier.

Wir hatten zu dritt (mit 21 Monate alter Tochter) einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Lourencos Wohnung. Die Wohnung an sich ist richtig toll, sehr groß, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig. Da wir mit der Metro vom Flughafen aus zur Wohnung gekommen sind, waren wir mit zwei großen Koffern, zwei Rucksäcken und einem Kinderwagen mit Kind ziemlich nass geschwitzt, bis wir alles die recht steile Straße hochgeschoben hatten - aber wir hätten ja auch ein Taxi nehmen könne (haben wir dann auch für dem Rückflug). Ansonsten waren wir wirklich erstaunt, wie ruhig es war - trotz Junggesellinnenabschied im selben Haus und während der ganzen Nacht alle Fenster weit offen. Zu dritt wurde es im Schlafzimmer nachts ganz schön heiß, das kleine Fenster konnte den Raum nicht abkühlen. Der Rest der Wohnung war aber auch immer angenehm kühl. Das Bad ist auch sehr schön und sauber, ein paar Müllbeutel im Haus während für Stinkewindeln ganz gut gewesen. Alles in allem eine richtig tolle Unterkunft!

We really enjoyed our stay in Lourenco's apartment - after staying in hostels for few weeks it was great to have lots of space and a washing machine etc. to get sorted out. Apartment was very clean, spacious, quiet and very pleasant to stay in. Check in/check out are super easy and easy to get to and from the airport (7 Euro Uber!) Location is near castle, tram 28 but only 10/15 minute-ish walk in the centre of Lisbon which was ideal. As per other reviews, as two female travellers the area can feel intimidating at nighttime as there are a lot of men loitering in the streets and near the metro who do stare quite intensely. However, we never had any problems and don't feel the area is unsafe because of this. Overall a great stay and would recommend! Also, Halloumi bagel at Cotidiano was a highlight for me!

We travelled with an 18 month old and were set up with everything we needed, including a handy lift, cot and high chair. It was a great location for a family. We had a good time at the Apartment although the furniture is a bit worn out and could use a fresh touch. Lourenco was very responsive and it is a great location to start your daily city tour (close to lookouts, the Castello and the city). I also worked a few days from the apartment and the Wi-Fi connection was very good. The apartment has everything you need for your stay in Lisbon and I would definitely recommend a visit to the „Savas Cafe“ around the corner for breakfast or a coffee stop :)

Lourenco sent us a list of places to eat nearby and others in Lisbon, with a brief description of the type of good. He also included places to go out. Good location - easy walk to public transportation and/or walk to sights.

Vila Olarias is conveniently located in Mouraria, Alfama and close to Graça. The building has a security gate with codes for the gate, the main door and for the apartment door as well. It makes it very easy to check in and out. The apartment is clean and spacious, it gets a lot of light throughout the day and is nicely decorated. In the living room/ kitchen you will find everything you need. Washing machine and dishwasher were also available and well functioning. The bathroom had a good shower with some care products, if needed. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and a big closet with enough storage space, even for bigger luggage. This apartment is really lovely! I stayed there for two weeks and felt right at home from the first day on. The only thing that I would say is that some amenities in the apartment can use an update, like couch, towels and some kitchen supplies. Otherwise I highly recommend this house and apartment!

L’appartement est exactement comme dans la description. Parfaitement équipé et bien situé à proximité du métro, de divers commerces et marchés, le bâtiment est dans une jolie cour un peu retiré de la rue ce qui apporte de la tranquillité. wow the host is really fantastic! super responsive and proactive sending some great recommendations and checking in on how your stay is part way through. the place is immaculate and was so nice to work a little from as it is spacious but cosy. really lovely stay and i would stay again! highly recommend.
