The space

Welcome to the historic area of ​​Lisbon! A Brand new building renewed in 2019, with a private patio.

The apartment is located in the heart of Mouraria, one of Lisbon's most emblematic neighbourhoods due to its history and multiculturalism.

The apartment with an area of ​​about 55m2, fully furnished, comprises a bedroom with Queen bed, living room with sofa bed, WC with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Dryer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, ironing board. Independent Air conditioned in all divisions of the apartment.

The building also has a private patio to enjoy where all guest can enjoy the sun of Lisbon.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement calme fidèle aux photos et à la description. Très propre et bien situé dans un quartier populaire mais central, parfait pour visiter Lisbonne avec un bon accès aux transports. Les hôtes ont été réactifs et ont tenté de résoudre une panne du lave-vaisselle, malheureusement sans succès. Quelques petits équipements supplémentaires (ciseaux, balai-pelle, brosse de toilettes...) auraient été appréciés.

5 Stars! My husband and I stayed here for 3 days and it was wonderful from start to finish. Check-in was seamless and flexible, and both Lourenco and Teresa were incredibly proactive and responsive with all my questions. The house itself was cozy and felt just like home, complete with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect- central, with restaurants and charming cafes just a short walk away. They also gave excellent recommendations for places to explore nearby. Thank you, Lourenco and Teresa! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

Die Unterkunft was sehr schön, genau wie auf den Fotos. Lourenco hat auch schnell reagiert, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Es hat mit dem Check In auch alles super geklappt, da man vorher genaue Anweisungen erhielt. An die Gegend muss man sich ein wenig gewöhnen, jedoch ist zu Fuß aber alles gut erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Logement récent dans un agréable quartier et à proximité de tout, Mouraria et Alfama ne manquent pas de charme. L'appartement était facile d'accès, très propre, bien équipé avec une déco moderne ! C'était un très agréable séjour avec notre fils de 3 ans. Géographiquement le logement nous a proposé de nous balader beaucoup à pied ! Merci pour les bons plans, je recommande ! Lucie

The space and location are great easy to access.if you come heavy with luggage you don’t have to worry as the Uber will put right in front of the building and you can simply use the elevator. It’s safe as there is a code for the main gate. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has all the essentials you need for a smooth and easy stay. Bed and pillows are surprisingly very comfortable and the hosts are very responsive and friendly.

Lourenco was a great host! He accommodated all our needs during the stay and it felt like home. The location was located in close proximity to many of the sights we had planned to visit. Overall it was a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at Lourenco’s place- it was a big open apartment, clean and tidy, with everything you need. The apartment felt safe and was very quiet at night. It was located in a great spot for exploring Lisbon, near to a metro station. Lourenco and Teresa were very attentive hosts and gave us some great recommendations to make the most of our time in Lisbon- thank you!

The pictures are accurate, it is a nice clean apartment and I particularly like that the apartment is gated and with a code, makes you feel more secure especially seeing the apartments nearby. I think it’s a little expensive given the area and the fact that the apartment is very empty, you get 1 towel and toilet roll each, shampoo and hand wash. There are a few kitchen utensils which is nice. When you book Airbnb however you are not looking to buy toilet roll bin bags etc for the week, and certainly don’t want to think about washing your 1 towel so more thought should be put into what is provided for guests. Martim moniz was not the safest area I would say in Lisbon but this location is very central and near the castle.

The flat is spacious, super modern and chic. It is spotless and has everything you need inc. Netflix and a coffee machine. The flat is so quite and it is walkable to the castle and cool bars. The area is a bit sketchy at night (men hanging around) but the flat itself feels safe. The hosts shared helpful tips.

We really enjoyed the space and quietness that this apartment offered. Everything was super clean and it provided all the amenities that you would need including lots of extra pillows for the bed. Also A+ on the water pressure in the shower— this may seem like a small detail but it was really refreshing and better than most hotels! Both Lourenço and Mafalda were super responsive and helpful, especially when we had a little bit of trouble getting into the apartment. While the area can be a bit dodgy, the building itself was quite secure and super quiet. As two women travelling alone we didn’t feel unsafe at any point. Very short walk to the subway station as well so super easy to get around Would definitely recommend a stay here to others visiting Lisbon!

The apartment was located in a great place with the centre of Lisbon an easy short walk away. It was in a gated block so it felt safe. We had some trouble with checking in because the electronic lock on the door did not work, but the host was instantly contactable and an alternative method to gain entry was found immediately. We also had some trouble with our wifi but again the solution was found quickly. The apartment itself was lovely, lots of space and storage, and the bed was HUGE! :) The aircon was perfect (and needed). We didn't use the kitchen but it was equipped with everything you would need to make proper meals. The bathroom i think could do with a bit of a touch up, particularly the toilet which was supported underneath by books. Moreover the soap provided was a little watered down so I advise to bring your own. The shower head as-well was quite small but the water pressure was super. All-in-all the apartment and customer service was great, we would definitely stay again.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem belebten Viertel, von dem aus man flexibel und schnell Lissabon erkunden kann. In der Unterkunft fühlt man sich sehr sicher, da diese mehrfach gesichert ist. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Bei uns hat der Check In via Code nicht funktioniert, aber die Gastgeber waren sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls haben wir viele Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten erhalten. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese ebenfalls nochmal buchen.

Apartment was lovely, exactly how described and very cozy. The sofa bed is really comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Lourenço and Mafalda were very friendly and responsive. The code to the apartment door didn’t work at first and they sorted it out super quickly. I wouldn’t say it’s the most clean and beautiful neighborhood in Lisbon, but location is good as it’s walking distance from the main attractions in the city center and there’s parking on the street. I’d definitely recommend the place and the hosts!

Lourenco’s apartment is bright, modern, well furnished and well maintained, as was the whole building. It had everything that was needed for a 4 night stay. The building is very secure. We had some trouble with the door lock on exiting the apartment but eventually figured it out. The apartment is close to Martim Moniz station, the 28 tram and the city restaurants, bars and cafes. The only negative thing was walking up the steep hill and 75 stairs from the station, with luggage. After a couple of days we found an alternate way to get to the property, which was much easier. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Me and my friend stayed for 2 days at Lourenco’s and it was breeze. Flat is well-located and most city center sights aee reachable within 15-20 minute walk. And the apartment has everything you need for short term stay. Also we loved the interior a lot! Highly recommended, and many thanks to Lourenco for local spots suggestions list!

Me and my partner loved this place. We felt very safe at the apartment: there was an outside gate and an outside door with a lock system. The airbnb is located in a great spot close to everything (fex. a quick walk to tram 28) but what was amazing was the silence in the apartment because of the soundproofing and street the apartment was located in. The street was a little bit to the side so no cars or a lot of people would be going by. The only thing you could hear inside to the bedroom were the church bells but it didn't really bother me. The bed was a major plus because I have trouble sleeping. It was large and comfortable and the pillows and the duvet were hotel quality! There were two AC's one located in the bedroom and one in the main room. Both worked very well and kept me and my partner cool through the 35c heat. Only thing to keep in mind is that some taxi drivers won't drive right infront of the building because of the narrow streets but will drop you off close.

We really loved our stay here in Lisbon. Lourenco’s apartment was spacious and had everything that we needed. We slept like an absolute dream, it was so quiet and peaceful. Good airbnb to stay at, very clean and the hosts were always responsive. We were able to check in early, which was quite nice as we arrived in Lisbon in the afternoon and were able to make the most of the day. The apartment looks like the photos. It’s a good place to stay at. The location is quite central, however the area can feel a little unsafe at times. The landing outside sometimes have stragglers hanging around. All the doors, including the apartment doors have a pin code. Which means if anyone was to know the pin they could easily enter the apartment. The main bedroom has a slanted roof, which means you will have to bend down a lot to get across the room.

Our stay at Lourenco’s place was great! This was the first stop of our trip and it was a perfect and quiet place to catch up on sleep. We had arrived before the assigned check in and Lourenco kindly accommodated us with an early check in. The place was spotless and had all the amenities that we needed! We will be back at the end of the trip before we fly back home and can’t wait to stay again!

Really great apartment, chic and very clean. Location is good, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance! Easy to communicate with the host! Toilet needs to be fixed - it was "sitting" on some magazines. The area is OK, gets a bit interesting in the evening, lots of immigrants gather and it can be a bit uncomfortable for some. I preferred to take Uber home after dark. Overall, a nice place!

My friend and I loved staying at Lourenco’s place - it was beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean. It is situated within walking distance to the center, and some great eating and drinking spots (thank you for the recommendations!) Lourenco and Malfada were always so responsive - and managed to solve a problem we had quickly with a solution. We hope to go back sometime soon!

Great apartment located in Alfama. All sights can be reached within walking distance, with the apartment itself located on a hilly street. Check-in & check-out were super smooth and easy. Laurenco also provided a lot of useful Information upfront. Everything was clean and as described, however, the toilette was a bit loose.

The apartment was beautiful and located in a very central area. We really enjoyed staying in the neighborhood- it was very quiet but very easy to get around the rest of the city. An overall wonderful stay and in the heart of Mouraria! Their units are as pictured and as a few other guests have noted, there are a few things that need updates/fixing but nothing show stopping. Lourenco and Mafalda were incredible wonderful hosts, not only provided local recommendations and checked in often; they went above and beyond to support us when I had a medical emergency in Lisbon and had to extend our stay while we managed that. We had a great stay at Lourenco’s apartment! It was a great space for my partner and I to spend our short stay in Lisbon. The apartment is within walking distance to all the main areas, especially the Alfama neighbourhood. Check in was easy with clear instructions and communication from Lourenco. The stay was excellent, with a few minor flaws. The location is great; you can reach almost everything on foot and quickly get to various sights. A large supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. However, the toilet could use some repairs to be more trustful, and a new drying rack would be good too.
