The space

Welcome to the historic area of ​​Lisbon! A Brand new building renewed in 2019, with a private patio.

The apartment is located in the heart of Mouraria, one of Lisbon's most emblematic neighbourhoods due to its history and multiculturalism.

The apartment with an area of ​​about 55m2, fully furnished, comprises a bedroom with Queen bed, living room with sofa bed, WC with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Dryer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, ironing board. Independent Air conditioned in all divisions of the apartment.

The building also has a private patio to enjoy where all guest can enjoy the sun of Lisbon.

Lovely apartment which was very clean and spacious with everything we needed. Was close to the centre and nearby tube station/ trams. Host was very responsive and gave lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

Joli appartement, spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est conforme aux photos, mais peut-être un peu sombre car les 2 grandes fenêtres donnent sur un arbre et un mur en face. Le canapé est agréable, mais si vous couchez dessus, le matelas est de qualité moyenne. L'appartement est bien situé, proche du métro, du tram 28 et des commerces. Il est dans un quartier populaire aux populations variées : cela peut inquiéter des femmes le soir, mais nous n'avons jamais eu de problème. L'hôte a envoyé les informations sur le logement et la procédure d'arrivée plusieurs jours avant l'arrivée ce qui est très appréciable. Il a également donné des conseils sur les environs de l'appartement (restaurants, bars, parkings). Par contre, quand j'ai envoyé plusieurs messages à l'hôte pour lui demander quelque chose, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse ! C'est dommage....Il envoie des messages automatiques qui sont très biens, mais il ne répond pas si les personnes lui écrivent....

Located close the to train station and a short walk to all the best of Lisboa! The space is large and welcoming with a nice kitchen and dining area. It was very clean and comfortable, would stay there again :)

Lourenco and their place was great. Got everything we needed. Little sketchy environment nearby, but it is a gated place. communication wasn't the best, as I asked some questions about early check in and never got a reply. After check in, everything went smoothly.

Sono soddisfatta dell'alloggio, molto comodo e pulito, come da descrizione. Facilità nel check-in e check-out e indicazioni molto chiare. Zona abbastanza comoda, ma quartiere leggermente lasciato andare. Consiglio un soggiorno in questa casa! :-)

The apartment is lovely and Lourenco was a great host. The area the apartment is in felt a bit rough, there were large groups of people hanging around on the street into the early hours of the morning however we did not have any trouble from them.

Nice apartment with good facilities, the water pressure was very good! The surrounding area is residential and shops- we found a lot of people are always hanging around which if travelling alone could be uncomfortable. There is an area directly out of the entrance gate where people sit and drink etc. We had an issue within the apartment that the hosts did resolve, which we were grateful for, but they were a little slow to respond to our message and also we had no response to an earlier message about a possible earlier check in. Overall we would recommend and it was a well maintained apartment and within walking distance to a lot of Lisbons attractions and transport.

Lourenco and Teresa were great hosts and very responsive. The location is central , less than 10 minute walk to Martim Moniz, however, we will choose to stay in the Princepe Real neighbourhood in the future. It is a much more pleasant area. The airbnb itself was comfortable. The only downside is that the shower is in a bathtub and quite small.

spent 2 nights in lisbon with husband and 2 young children. the sofa bed was perfect for the kids, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. it was easy to communicate with Lourenco regarding our stay

Dejligt ophold i den gennemførte lejlighed med god seng og sovesofa. God kvalitet hele vejen gennem og rent og lækkert. Imødekommende rengøringspersonale som lukket os ind med bagagen inden indtjek. Kunne være dejligt med et bord og en bænk i gårdhaven så man kunne nyde en drink i solen hjemme på adressen efter endt sightseeing. Lejligheden lå perfekt placeret og kommer gerne igen samme sted igen. Tak for 3 gode overnatninger :-)

Had a lovely stay here and absolutely loved the apartment! Was super spacious for the 2 of us and the bed was huge!! Really clean and had everything we needed. Lourenco also gave us some great recommendations for Lisbon :)

Our stay in Lourenco’s apartment was nice! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, but no dryer. The shower door is short and does not slide, so you may need extra towels for the floor. We ran out of toilet paper as we were only given 2 rolls, but the cleaning staff were able to provide more. The location is great! We were able to walk to local restaurants/shops and the metro/tram 28 are both a few minutes walk away. Note: GPS will take you on a route with a steep incline and many stairs to get to the apartment. It is easier to walk the route east on the main street from the metro for less of an incline. Other reviews said the area felt unsafe, but my friend and I were never bothered by anyone. Additionally, there were 3 different security codes, so we felt safe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

Really nice apartment, everything you need is there. Easy to find location and close to metro station! We found it was a 20 minute walk to the centre from there so very accessible. Lots of shops nearby as well.

Lourenco & Teresa were fabulous hosts & most obliging. They gave me lots of guidance on tourist options along with local recommendations for bars, restaurants & cafes. They even organised our early morning transfer back to the airport which was most helpful. The apartment is beautiful, pristine, modern & in a very convenient location. I highly recommend this apartment/hosts if planning a trip to Lisbon!

Loverly place to stay in Lisbon. 5 mins up a slope from the metro station in a nice area. Lourenco was very accommodating and provided a cot and a high chair for our baby. Would really recommend this place.

Lorenco's apartment was perfect for our first visit to Lisbon. It is very spacious, modern, clean and minimalist and exactly like the photos. The bed was very comfortable and huge! The security is fantastic with clear instructions how to gain access to the building. It was very quiet and we had an undisturbed stay but close enough to the metro and local shops and restaurants. Lourenco and Teresa's communication was excellent, they gave us recommendations, answered put questions and arranged a transfer to the airport for our early morning flight. I would definitely recommend Lourenco's apartment and we will definitely chose again on our next visit to this wonderful city.

Really nice apartment and host was super friendly and communicative. Large comfy bed, clean apartment, and perfect size for a couple. Kossie’s cafe 1 minute down the hill is perfect for coffee/breakfast. Apartment felt safe but would not recommend walking home alone late at night. Ubers were convenient from town.

I really enjoyed the apartment and the location it is located. The place was clean and tidy. The apartment is very well locked with three codes and a fence so all safe. Everything looked like in the picture. The glass curtain of the shower was just a bit short, so sometimes the bathroom got a bit wet. Would definitely recommend the place and would come back :)

숙소는 깨끗하고 매우 좋았습니다 ? 호스트 응답도 매우 빨랐어요 다만 리스본 자체가 워낙 오르막이 많고 숙소가 위쪽에 위치해있기때문에 캐리어를 끌고 걸어오시는건 비투입니다 차를 가져오신다면 호스트에게 사전에 문의하시고 1박에 15유로를 지불하시면 근처에 바로 주차하실수 있어요

The perfect base for exploring Lisbon. Well sized, private and within easy walking distance of the best of the city. The apartment is lovely, with everything we could have needed for our stay. Lourenço and Mafalda were the perfect hosts, providing very clear instructions for finding and entering the apartment, as well as tips for the area (which were brilliant!), they also responded very quickly to any questions. Could not recommend this place more highly!

We had a very comfortable stay and its in a great location for exploring the old town. It's very secure and quiet and Lourenco sent us lots of local tips. We were able to drop our bags off early which made it easy to explore until check in. He was also super responsive when we had any questions.

Appartement idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied du métro, bus et tramway. Nous avons pu profiter de ces quelques jours pour visiter la ville. Quartier multiculturel mais aucun sentiment d’insécurité ni de bruits le soir. Logement calme. Pour info, il y a une côte où des escaliers à monter pour arriver à l’appartement depuis la place Martin Moniz. (Voyage réalisé avec un couple de personnes âgés à mobilité réduite et 2 adultes d’une trentaine d’années)

The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. There are close markets with fresh fruits and vegetables down the street (organic market too). For restaurants try the near by Gazzo, Indian fusion café, or the coffee spot (each one block down or up Olarias). Loved the many options down the street on Rua das Farinhas. The only thing to note is that is an uphill walk from Martin Moniz, so look for the escalator across the square or taxi is from your transportation into Lisboa if hauling luggage. Hosts were helpful and responded immediately to questions. Great stay and we would definitely rent it again. Obrigado! Ciao!

Great place to stay for a Lisbon trip ? The flat was looking exactly like the pictures, comfortable and super clean. It is located a few minutes by foot from the Martim Moriz place with its metro station and tram stations too (the famous tram 28 but also the 12 line which is less crowded) which is super handy. The building itself is safe and peaceful. The district tho is full of men standing in the streets and not doing much. We didn't have any issues with them tho but that's something to notice. Despite this last point, the flat is still a great option and we had a wonderful stay?

Our stay was pleasant overall. The host was extremely helpful and immediately responsive when we couldn’t find the location. I wouldn’t recommend trying to find the place at night from the metro because it was a little tricky with the layout of the streets (lots of hills, and side streets). If you’re using Uber or taxi it’s much easier to get to, especially with luggage. Also, we had to supplement our own toilet paper because the amount provided for our 4 day stay was insufficient. There was no microwave but the stove was available for reheating food. The couch was not the most comfortable to sit on, but the bed was cozy. For the price and location it’s a decent option for a short stay in Lisbon!

Un apartamento de 10! Muy amplio, ubicación muy buena para visitar Lisboa, todo limpio, menaje completo. Los anfitriones siempre están comunicativos para resolver dudas o ayudar en lo que necesites. Si hubiera que decir algo que chafa un poco la estancia sería el olor a humedad y la falta de una mampara en la ducha que no te haga tener que hacer malabarismos para no echar el agua fuera.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Laurenço‘s Unterkunft und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Laurenço ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er hat uns viele tolle Restaurants empfohlen, wo wir einige von getestet haben. Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal für uns, um für unsere Ausflüge einen tollen Startpunkt zu haben. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Hôte agréable avec indications claires qui sait être réactif à la moindre demande. Logement très propre et de qualité, literie excellente, emplacement central à 300 ou 500 mètres (certes en montée) du début du centre ville. Quartier populaire mais selon nous pas de risque. Nous aurions juste apprécié un micro onde plus pratique qu’un four mais nous chipotons. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Merci à LOURENCO et MALFADA
