Welcome to the historic area of ​​Lisbon! A Brand new building renewed in 2019, with a private patio.

The apartment is located in the heart of Mouraria, one of Lisbon's most emblematic neighbourhoods due to its history and multiculturalism.

The apartment with an area of ​​about 55m2, fully furnished, comprises a bedroom with Queen bed, living room with sofa bed, WC with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Dryer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, ironing board. Independent Air conditioned in all divisions of the apartment.

The building also has a private patio to enjoy where all guest can enjoy the sun of Lisbon.

The place was very nice and clean. It had perfect security systems so that was a good thing and Lorenco was there for everything that we asked. The unfortunate part was that the location was not very safe especially for girls!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Lourenço. Bereits im Vorfeld hat er viele Tipps und Hinweise übermittelt und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und war für einen Städtetrip perfekt. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!!!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Lourenco. Die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert und wir haben sogar ein paar Empfehlungen für die Gegend bekommen. Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Das einzige was nicht funktioniert hat, war der Fernseher, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Im ausgeschalteten Zustand der Heizung viel uns auf, dass ein wenig Zugluft durch die Haustür kam. Aber sonst war wirklich alles super. Sehr nette Kommunikation und schnelle Antwort.

Would highly recommend. Safe and convenient location. Very quick response times from the hosts. We were sent lots of restaurant and tourist information before hand that was very useful. Air conditioning was leaking but it didn't ruin the experience.

The apartment itself is very nice. Larger than expected and very clean. The host was very responsive when we had trouble with the door code. The area where the apartment isn't the best but it is walking distance to better areas. Overall it is well worth the money.

We stayed here for 4 nights and I have to say it was the perfect apartment. It looks exactly like in the pictures, it have everything you need and is really close to the city centre and other attractions. Lourenco is very friendly and easy to reach.

Het was een fijn en schoon appartement. Makkelijk vanaf de metro te bereiken (wel stuk omhoog) en binnen te komen. We kregen fijne tips van Lourenco. Leuke restaurants om de hoek. Soms wat gehorig maar na een dag Lissabon ben je toch moe genoeg om heerlijk te slapen.

Séjour agréable, appartement à 10 min de la station de métro, appartement très sympathique et pratique. Pas loin du vieux quartier et de différents point de vue. L’hôte est très réactif et de bonne astuce. Juste le soir en rentrant il faut être vigilant.

Before booking Lourenco’s place i had a terrible experience with another location and a host, that’s why i first read the reviews and because some people said in jan-feb that the place needs some painting and care, i decided to ask Lourenco if he had fixed what others complained about. He was very responsive and very honest, he really took care and nobody has any reason from now on to complain about anything. The place was very well done from the beginning (the stone countertop and the stone in the bathroom are wonderful), the kitchen has everything you need, the mattress is very comfortable, the whole place was clean, the location is great and the way the building is placed (few steps away from the street) makes it very quiet. Next time i’ll be in Lisbon i know what place i’ll book and i’m sure i’ll find it as clean and good as it was last weekend!

Lourenco was very helpful & communicative! The place was clean and welcoming to come back to after days exploring Lisbon and surrounding areas. There were sometimes people in the courtyard out front but they were mostly quiet and kept to themselves. There was also a gate so we felt safe regardless. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice, tidy, modern apartment close to lots that Lisbon has to offer!

We had a great stay. The studio is clean and well-presented, and in an excellent location for exploring the Alfama and Baixa districts. Lourenco was an excellent host, he provided clear arrival instructions, local recommendations and was very friendly and responsive.

Fijne locatie, centrum beloopbaar. Wel veel mannen die op straat hangen. Niet onveilig, maar kan mij voorstellen dat je er liever niet alleen loopt. Appartement ziet er uit zoals op de foto’s. Het is schoon en ruim. Fijn bed. Wasmachine en vaatwasser aanwezig. Wel wat kleine slordigheden zoals geen stop bij het bad, verlichting bij het bed is stuk, gordijn stuk, een oplaadbare lamp zonder oplader. Ik zou het wel aanraden.

Lourenço was really helpful and proactive in sending all details in advance. The house was perfect with all the amenities shown in the listing. He made sure we felt like at home and sent us recommendations for things to visit and restaurants to go. I highly recommend his place!

Lourenco provided us with excellent local recommendations. The apartment was well supplied and was worth every dollar. It is located in quite a steep street (however so is the entirety of Lisbon), so ensure you are up to it. Overall it was an excellent stay and highly recommend it.

Great stay, will recommend. Upsides: 1. Location very near great restaurants and things to see. Very walkable. 2. Kitchen clean and well equipped. I like the big fridge. 3. Clean interior. There was a cleaning lady before we arrived. This means house is cleaned before new guests check in. 4. Matches the pictures. 5. Very clear instructions from Lourenco and Mafalda (hosts). Very responsive. Appreciate it. Downsides: 1. Rare shady people hanging outside house gate. However, they did not bother us.

Excellent communication to get to the bnb, we even had recommendations which is very appreciated. The room was really clean. The host was proactive and ready to answer our needs. the neighborhood is easy to access via metro and have restaurants/ bar near. In conclusion, I recommend this bnb !

Very clean and modern studio with all the necessary amenities. The hosts were really easy to communicate with. Only downside is the location, although it’s close to main attractions and nice restaurants, the direct location felt quite unsafe with some dodgy characters hanging around. Still a great place to stay though!

Ich habe das Appartment für meine Eltern gebucht. Sie waren sehr zufrieden und haben insbesondere gelobt, dass das Apartment sehr zentral liegt und trotzdem sehr ruhig ist. Die Kommunikation war super und extrem schnell, man hat innerhalb weniger Minuten eine Antwort erhalten und es gab keinerlei Probleme oder Unzufriedenheiten.

There was a slight issue with access to the apartment but Lourenco was very helpful and responsive. The apartment has everything you need and the bed is super comfy! There are some good little shops and restaurants close to the apartment and the main hotspots a little further away, walkable if you don’t mind the hills or public transport is available.

Logement propre, fonctionnel et bien situé. Arrivée facilitée par une serrure à code. Si vous avez un bébé, il faut bien préciser que l’on souhaite les équipements bébé car sinon ils ne sont pas dans l’appartement. Petit bémol, le dépôt de valise est proposé mais en réalité il n’y a aucun endroit pour stocker les bagages en cas de départ tardif.

Overall Lorenco’s place worked out very well for us. It’s in a very old part of Lisbon which has its own charm. It was walkable to many sights, restaurants and bars. The place itself was very clean an provided most of what you will need to be comfortable. My only complaint was the two bean bag chairs were not very comfortable. A small sofa would make more sense to me. Everything else was great though!

Nice flat in a busy neighborhood, close to all the major sightseeings etc. The only thing is that it’s on a ground floor, so even when it’s sunny outside the flat is quite dark. Have not really noticed it as all the pics are taken with the lights on I guess

Tolle Unterkunft zum erkunden von Lissabon, auch zu Fuß. Auch die historische Straßenbahn hält nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement ist klasse und die Erreichbarkeit tadellos. Ein fehlendes Babybett wurde uns direkt gebracht. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

It was absolutely perfect. The flat is just like the pictures and the location is an oasis of quiet in busy Lisbon. Everything was super clean and comfortable with all amenities and facilities as listed. Honestly, I am very pleased that we had use of this comfortable, clean and stylish home. The neighbourhood is also fantastic with such friendly people - on my first day I had no local currency and my bank card did not work but the owner of Café Martin Moniz just trusted us to come back later. The metro is actually also very nearby. There are amazing restaurants with free Fado and the host is such an expert about the local scene. In a word: Superb.

This apartment was perfect for mine and my partners stay in Lisbon! It was spacious, clean, beautifully designed and very light with a large patio door and window opening into a small courtyard area. With very high quality amenities, kitchenware and furniture, it is exactly as advertised on Airbnb. It is in a great location, being within a 15-20 minute walk of the coastline, all must see sites in Lisbon and an amazing selection of fun bars, restaurants and cafes. Lourenco, our host, was very welcoming and helpful, informing us of all we needed to know before and after our arrival. He also sent a long list of incredible recommendations for our stay. We felt very at home there and would really recommend this stay to anyone visiting Lisbon!

We really enjoyed staying at Lourenço's apartment; it contained everything we needed for a week's stay, and would have worked well for a longer stay. It felt secure despite being on the ground floor and was easily accessed (though the front door was stiff and could be tempermental with the code). Amenities were great and the apartment well laid out for the space available. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was easy to use and worked well. Storage was spacious, and the apartment was minimal in an intentional, thoughtful way. Some instructions/info about the apartment has been copy/pasted from other listings, but it was still easy enough to decipher them. My only negatives are that the two beanbag chairs are a great idea for seating, but definitely could do with being refilled as they'd deflated a lot since the photos were taken. The apartment was a reasonable walk from busier areas, but I would have felt uncomfortable walking around the immediate area at night alone.
