The apartment it's located in Avenida da Liberdade, the most emblematic Avenue in Lisbon. You have the best stores and restaurants at your door. All the main Lisbon attraction and neighbourhoods are few minutes walking distance. The building has 24h security and concierge service. The apartment it's spacious and bright with lot's of natural light. It's a 2nd floor in Liberdade Avenue. A nice living room with one large window faces the beautiful Liberdade Avenue. Has one bedroom suit, with lots of cabinets to store your belongings. The bathroom it's big and have a big and strong shower. Kitchen it's full equipped. Dishwasher, washing and dryer machine also available. The building has 24 hour security. Also a concierge service is available.

The place was very well located in the centet of the city. It was very nice as seen in the pictures. Despice proximity to main street, it was noiseless. Kitchen has most of what we needed, except microwave. Instructions to get in were very straight foraward. Lorenço was proactive. We highly recommand it.

This place was beautiful inside and the location was exceptional. We were Lourenco's first guest and there were a few kinks but he tried his best to get them ironed out during our stay. We would go back to his place in a heartbeat. I cannot say how wonderful the location was enough and how clean the place was. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A true GEM!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war außerdem echt außerordentlich gut. Leider hat die Klimaanlage während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. War aber auch okay. Die Unterkunft ist absolut neu und daher fehlen noch ein zwei Kleinigkeiten. Ist absolut empfehlenswert und ich würde immer wieder buchen.

Cet appartement est une vraie pépite ! Tout est superbe. Tres bonne situation, que des prestations haut de gamme, literie de très bonne qualité, très bonne isolation phonique..etc. J’ai rarement vu un appartement de ce standing sur Airbnb. A noter : un lave vaisselle et une lave linge dans l’équipement. Laurenço a même prévu une pastille pour les deux équipements. Ne passez pas à côté !

The apartment is located right at Avenida da Liberdade, the city center is only a few steps away. It was super clean and Lourenço was very responsive. The pool/ gym is in another building across the street, but that is no problem. Perfect to start your day. Would stay here definitively again!

Appartement très moderne et désign, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour sur place. Le logement est situé dans le centre de Lisbonne ce qui permet de de faire pas mal de chose a pied sachant qu’il y a une station de métro juste en bas de l’immeuble. Une piscine et salle de sport se trouve dans un autre immeuble à 300 mètre du logement. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir en profitez. Je recommande fortement ce logement tout confort. The apartment is in a fantastic location. You’re close to train stations, tube stations and everything you’d want in central Lisbon. The spa facilities were great. We did however have some trouble accessing them with different security guards and there being no one to operate the sauna or steam room at reception. The apartment itself is lovely and modern. Light and heaters are pad controlled. I’d ask for instructions on how to operate the wall-pad before arriving. Overall, a great stay once we sorted out spa access issues.

Appartement EXCEPTIONNEL ! Que ce soit les équipements, la literie ou les serviettes tout est de qualité. Idéalement situé, il nous a permis de visiter Lisbonne à pied et d'atteindre la gare pour aller à Sintra en 5min. Et pour couronner le tout nous avons pu nous détendre à la piscine après nos journées de visite ! Super séjour, nous le recommandons !

Laurenco is the best host I’ve ever had. He was available at any moment I wrote him. He’s super nice, kind, generous and honest. I stayed at his place with my friend, it was so clean, there were all the facilities to the small details and everything we wanted he got us immediately. The stay was so nice and convenient that we extended our stay at his place twice! The place is in the best location in Lisbon, in 5-10 mins walking we had everything, from the best restaurants in the city, to historic places and the nicest nightlife. The apartment looks exactly the same like in the pictures, there is smart electricity which is so convenient, fancy building with 24/7 guard. I’m fully recommending this guy and his beautiful place!!! Definitely gonna be back in his place?

Great apartment in a central location within walking distance of shopping areas and next to a metro station. Check in was simple and Lourenço was very communicative and responsive. The space is stylish and comes with a very spacious bathroom which is great for a couple. Lots of light comes through the flat and despite being so central, the windows are soundproof to the square below. Having access to the pool in a nearby apartment block was also a bonus when we arrived. The kitchen has plenty of equipment for cooking, but no pantry supplies (oil, salt etc), so you’ll need to get these if you want to make full use of the kitchen. Otherwise, this was a great flat for us (a travelling couple) while we spent 5 days in Lisbon. Really happy.

The flat is super lovely with a perfect location in the center. There's no essentials so make sure to bring some, or there's a local supermarket about 2 mins walk. The flat is right next to a metro station, and one of the big train centers (which takes you directly to Sintra if you wish to visit) Highlights include the amazing shower, and the view. The flat can get a bit hot but thats not a biggie. There is a nespresso machine. Id definately suggest this place for my friends to stay in.

Everything is exactly as pictures shows; it’s very central and close to everything… and a subway just at your door. The only thing I talked with Lourenco, who by the way, is very very helpful, no matter what time you need him, is that perhaps there’s a way of explaining how the heat/ AC system works before you actually need it ehehe (example: middle of the night, with a toddler complaining she’s hot and sweating ) I would definitely come back. Thank you so much.

This apartment is amazing! I stayed here while I was looking for my permanent apartment in Lisbon and it was the best way to begin my journey here in Lisbon. The location is beyond amazing, surrounded by great stores and restaurants, and most importantly really safe. The area is one of the best in Lisbon and the views from the living room and bedroom are out of a dream. The apartment was beautifully decorated, super modern, the space is perfectly distributed and it was clean and fully equipped with anything I needed. Lourenço and the front desk people were really attentive, accommodating and quick to respond. So happy I decided to stay here, I can only recommend it.

We stayed for 4 days and it was perfect, you are right in the middle of the city. If like to walk almost every nice spot is reachable in 20 minutes more or less, or you can take an uber directly in front of the air bnb. Everything was exactly as promised and the communication was very precise and we hade responses within minutes. We can only reccomend it.

Superb location. Beautiful apartment,matches the pictures. Lots of facilities, full size fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer. Perfect for those on city break or a longer period. Shops nearby including supermarket. Quite flats. No big groups or parties. One of the best showers of my life. The reception downstairs will mind your bags if your flight is earlier than check-in. We used the pool and sauna facilities only a short walk away. There was no one there so it was like our own private pool.

This is a great Airbnb. Location: excellent. Most everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance although the city is quite hilly (you can also opt for Uber - they’re fast and rate is fairy reasonable.) Unit: great, and as advertised. Communication with Lourenco: great. Some small details that would have made the stay even better: full towel set for each guest, more toilet tissues and detergent for cloth washer (so we wouldn’t have to get them ourselves). I would recommend staying here. Hoi

Das Apartment ist neu, modern eingerichtet und super gelegen, um die Stadt und unterschiedlichen Viertel zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Lorenço war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich! Leider waren zum Zeitpunkt des Besuchs ein paar Themen nicht 100% zufriedenstellend und hätten unseren Besuch noch schöner gemacht. Das zweite Waschbecken im Bad war vom Vormieter beschädigt worden und war nicht nutzbar. Obwohl Lorenço die Reparatur für den Wochenstart angekündigt hatte, passierte nichts. Es fehlte auch zuerst ein Wäscheständer, um die Wäsche zu trocknen, der uns aber dann geliefert wurde. Beim Bügeln stellte sich heraus, dass das Bügelbrett defekt ist. Es gab nur ein Weinglas und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Obwohl wir dies alles direkt zu Beginn gemeldet haben, wurden die Probleme nicht behoben. Der Pool befindet sich in einem anderen Gebäude, was erst nach der Buchung klar wird und somit haben wir diesen auch nicht genutzt. Alles in allem wären diese Dinge durch einen besseren Check-up des Apartments vor Check-in und eine schnellere bzw bessere Reaktion durch die Verwaltung zu verhindern gewesen.

Awesome place to stay in Lisbon. You cannot beat the location. Sound proof, comfortable, and pretty! If you need toilet paper, extra shampoo, coffee/tea etc - I suggest you bring your own. They have some basics but we needed to grab most of these things. 10/10 spot

If you love the hustle and bustle of the big city, this is the place for you! Right on one of the busiest plazas with tons of restaurants and shopping right outside your door. It is quite noisy but closing the windows cuts out all the noise. The apartment is quite spacious and classy. There was only one wine glass (and one liqueur type) and the light switches and air conditioning controls can be a bit confusing. But the apartment definitely puts you right in the heart of Lisbon!

We loved the stay! The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable, and we loved the decor. We did have an issue with the AC which we spoke to the host about, but we were unable to resolve the issue. However, besides the AC, we loved the apartment! I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if I return to Lisbon. :)

My partner and I had a great stay at Lourenço’s. His associate, Mafalda, was very communicative and helpful! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessities (soap, towels, shampoo, dishes/cups etc.) as well as some extras (espresso maker and pods, oil for cooking, pans). The apartment itself is well furnished and is in such a cool part of the city! It’s accessible to pretty much anything/everything. We checked out the gym/pool across the street as well. The gym admittedly doesn’t have much in the way of equipment but it does have space. The pool is lovely and when my partner and I went, we had it to ourselves the whole time! 10/10 would recommend.

This is a great place in a prime location. I doubt you'll find a nicer place in a better location. It's central to everything. A very modern, extensively renovated interior. The apartment was clean and neat and entirely as represented. You will be located in the heart of the city in a beautiful area. Lourenco and his assistant Mafalda were easy to communicate with and responsive to every inquiry. We would definitely stay here again. No question!

Location is quite central. Subway basically next door. Apartment looks very nice. Super that there is a washer, coffee machine etc. They also left a couple of coffee tablets, as well as for washer. Some items in the apartment need replacement or attention. Really too bad that a stylish apartment like that has broken toilet paper holder, bed lights etc. and other broken items. Feels unnecessary.

Great apartment and absolutely perfect location. Couldn’t have been happier with where it was - perfect to get around for myself, wife and 5-year old. Friendly security/reception. We did have some issues initially with the air system but Teresa was responsive and made a big effort to ensure it was fixed. The only negative was that the coffee machine didn’t work. Teresa gave us some other pods to try, which also didn’t work so we spent the week having to head out and buy our morning coffee instead of having a machine in apartment. Not a huge issue, but would have been nice to have. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and we would happily stay again.

The location was perfect - close to many restaurants, bars, metro station and very central. Lourenço was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process seamless. The apartment was in a great location, right by metro and train stations, with many restaurants and shops nearby. It is in a touristy area which is often crowded, but we heard very little noise through the windows and slept great! It was very clean, modern, and well-appointed. One thing missing which would have been helpful was a microwave oven. I would definitely look to stay here again when visiting Lisbon!

Great flat - super clean and very central and quiet at night. We were all sleeping so well because it was so quiet and dark with the shutters and curtains! Also we were able to get in a little earlier so we really appreciated the flexible check in. I think only feedback is please include instructions for espresso machine next time. A very spacious, clean, and well-located apartment in the heart of Lisbon. There are many restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance and there’s a metro station right in front of the building. The TV coverage was great, I was able to watch the CL game and follow local news. The apartment is highly digitalized, so air conditioning and some of the lights were a challenge to turn on. One other issue I found was the small step in front of the window in the living room, if one isn’t careful it’s easy to run into this and hurt your toes. I would suggest to the hosts that they place foam padding over this to avoid accidents. Otherwise, I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lisboa.

Location of this apartment can't be beat. It is perfectly situated on Praca dos Restauradores with a great view. On 2nd floor but so quiet. Metro stop in front of building and Rossio Train Station 2 minute walk away. Well stocked supermarket is 5 minutes away. It is close to Rua das Portas Santo Antao, a popular restaurant street, so dinner is about a 5-10 minute walk away. The unit itself is modern and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Shower had soap, shampoo, and conditioner. However, we were given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel each for 9 day stay. It would have been nice to have a hand towel in the half bath and another for the kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped. There were paper towels, dishwashing soap, and tablets for dishwasher. Nespresso machine had some coffee pods available. There was a new hot water kettle. Mafalda and Lourenco were very responsive. We had issue with door on last day but Mafalda responded quickly with a solution. Will definitely stay here again.

Great apartment; clean and in very good condition. Bathroom size big and well equipped, also the bed is comfortable (good quality mattress and not too hard/soft). The location is very central. Even though there’s a tourist-hotspot in front of the building, you won’t be bothered by it since it’s very well insulated. In our short stay the WiFi did not work and some of the lights were not functioning. Airconditioning panel needs some instructions, would suggest to provide this to the guests.

Place was fantastic! It’s right near the tourist hot spot but easily walkable to less touristy neighborhoods. The apartment was very clean and modern. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. We were a little concerned about the noise given other reviews around the area but it was extremely quiet (and dark with the shades), which made it very easy to sleep. The building also felt secure, which added to the peace of mind. I’d ask for a photo of the main door (or suggest they add one to listing) to make it easier to know where you’re going. Otherwise, fantastic place. We will be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lourenco's apartment in Lisbon, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon! First and foremost, the location of the apartment was simply perfect. Situated in Praca dos Restauradores, it offered unparalleled convenience for exploring the vibrant city. The square itself was bustling with life, and I loved being surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Additionally, the proximity to the metro station made it incredibly easy to navigate Lisbon and discover its many attractions. Whether you wanted to explore the historic districts, visit museums, or simply enjoy the local cuisine, everything was within easy reach. Lourenco's apartment itself was beautifully appointed and meticulously maintained.

Very lovely apartment in an excellent location!!! Right next to the Metro and train stations. Walking distance to good restaurants. It’s right on Restauradores Square but very quiet and peaceful inside.

Logement parfait et surtout très bien placé dans Lisbonne. Beaucoup de choses sont accessibles à pied et vous pouvez prendre un uber au pied du logement. La piscine est un vrai plus, car après une bonne matinée de visites, vous pourrez profiter d’un sauna et d’un SPA (quasi) privatif (nous n’avons croisé personne en 1 semaine). Great apartment and great location. Lourenco was a very responsive and friendly host. Soundproofing is very effective which is a big bonus as it’s very centrally located. We went to the spa but the sauna and steam room didn’t appear to be working which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise everything was great (specially the shower!). The only other issue was the kettle was really burnt at the bottom and was unusable. I’m British so I’m all about the tea! I just used a pan to boil water instead.

Emplacement idéal dans Lisbonne pour découvrir la ville. A proximité des transports (Metro, bus, trottinettes, tram). Logement conforme à la description, très propre et lumineux. Les extras proposés avec le logement (sauna, piscine..) sont très agréable et plaisant, par ailleurs dommage que le Hamman ne soit pas fonctionnel et que la salle de sport ne se résume qu’à un tapis de course .. je recommande Lourenço.

This was one of the best Airbnb apartments I have ever stayed in. Very modern and clean. The bed is super comfortable. Location is also great because it’s right in the center. Lots of nice restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely visit again !
