The apartment it's spacious and bright with lot's of natural light. It's a 2nd floor in Liberdade Avenue. A nice living room with one large window faces the beautiful Liberdade Avenue. Has one bedroom suit, with lots of cabinets to store your belongings. The bathroom it's big and have a big and strong shower. Kitchen it's full equipped. Dishwasher, washing and dryer machine also available. The building has 24 hour security. Also a concierge service is available.

Location is excellent. Apartment was clean. Unfortunately the response time is the slowest I’ve had for a host. It made it less pleasant because you don’t feel like you could depend on the host for any requests or help. The listing shows that it has a gym available (very important item for us) and when I couldn’t find it around 0800 in the morning, I messaged the host and I didn’t receive a message until approximately 1400, and it them asking an unrelated question and never answered to my question of where the gym was located. After several attempts of trying to get an answer about the gym the response was simply “we don’t have a gym. We had one. But not anymore”. Other than this total disregard for communication and being available, the apartment is a 4/5 and with a different host I would recommend to stay.

Just one word… wow! After leaving another place being mistreated, they arranged early check in for us on the same day! The place was spotless clean, comfortable bed and what an amazing shower! Such a cozy home, felt right at home! Not to mention how amazing the location is! Will definitely be my choice everytime I come back to Lisbon! Thank you for everything ?❤️

A very nice modern apartment (in and out) just like in the pictures with great localization, the building is fantastic and totally safe, you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. few things were missing to be perfect but Lourenço was very attentive and did everything he could to help us out. Brand new apartment. Well designed and furnished making for a very comfortable stay. Great central location - Lisbon is a small city so one could easily access most areas very easily from the apartment. As a new property, there were some issues but Lourenço was attentive and responded quickly to address. Recommend highly.

Fantastic apartment located in the centre of Lisbon. Can walk anywhere from this location. The apartment was super clean and comfortable - also had a 24h security/porter which was helpful when we needed to take our luggage up and down. Many thanks to Lourenco for such great hospitality and we look forward to staying here in the near future.

Point positif : Appartement magnifique, agréable, totalement insonorisé. Situé à 20m du métro et 20 min de l'aéroport en voiture ( Uber 12 euros le trajet). Une piscine intérieure est dans l'immeuble d'en face à votre disposition (3min pied). Parking payant au même endroit que le métro (24euros/24h). Ce séjour c'était le grand luxe très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je n'ai communiqué que par téléphone avec Lourenço et pourtant ce monsieur est tellement gentil, accueillant, disponible et à demainarrangeant ! Point négatif : pas de sel de table (honnêtement je n'ai vraiment pas trouvé d'autre défaut).

The apartment is amazing, everything looks exactly as in the pictures. All the appliances are brand new and high quality, which makes it suitable also for long term stays. The location is great, central, with all of the main attractions within walking distance. There is also a subway station in front of the building and the Gloria Funicular is 2 minutes away from the apartment, which can get you close to nice restaurants and viewpoints. The building has 24 hour security, but not all of the security guards understand English, so a tip would be to have Google Translate always on hand. In a few words, I would definitely recommend this stay!

Beautiful, well decorated, recently renovated apartment in a very central location. It was sparkling clean and Lourenço was generally easy to reach. Easy walking distance to great neighbourhoods and local kiosks. Nice to have amenities such as laundry. Great hotel substitute. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Overall we really liked the location of this unit, you're in a bit of a "touristy" spot but for a short trip to Lisbon it's a great location and very central to shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions. The unit is very modern, with a great view. I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 because there are a few things I suggest the owners include to make it worth what they are charging (all very easily doable). Including things like coffee for the Nespresso, hand soaps in all bathrooms, laundry detergent, etc is a great way to make the stay 5/5. The only other comment is we had trouble on arrival, our flight was cancelled the night before and we arrived the next day, very exhausted. The front desk did not have a key to the unit but made a call, and within ~15-20 mins someone arrived to let us in. They were apologetic, but not the smoothest way to start the trip. Overall the location is perfect, the unit is modern and I'd recommend staying here for a trip to Lisbon!

Great - apartment Great - location Everything you need is available in the apartment. Host are very responsive. I did another airbnb in Lisboa before this one and it’s definitely the best. Metro just outside of the apartment as well as restaurants and shops. 5 stars for everything.

I was in Lisbon for a few days and got the chance to stay at Lourenço's place for part of my stay. It is truly a lovely space with an unbeatable location, as there are tons of restaurants, shopping, and the metro station nearby. The shower was very pleasant (hot), and the bed was also very comfortable, which when combined with the blackout shutters made sleeping such a dream. Just a minor thing during my stay was that there was no iron, which I actually needed as I was in Lisbon for a professional conference. But other than that, I would recommend Lourenço's place if you're looking for a cozy, spacious accommodation that is conveniently located.

This place was absolutely perfect. The location is walking distance to amazing restaurants and cafes, it has great shopping street near by and is close to alot of the main attractions you want to see. The apartment is very clean, great size and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The check in was very easy, the host was easy communicate with and helped with anything we needed. This place is perfect for your first time in Lisbon. I really didn’t want to leave!

My husband had a great time staying at Lourenço's apartment - the apartment was in a very convenient and centralized location. It's in a touristy area for sure, but we didn't care as we were tourists ourselves. The building also has front desk security, which made us feel very safe. The metro is right in front of the building, plus all buses and tram stops are easily walkable to. Another great plus is that there is COVID testing station right in front of the building, so we were quickly able to get tested before our flight. We did have some trouble understanding the controls for the AC to which Marconi graciously stopped by to show us how to use it - thank you so much for that! Some minor inconveniences was that there was only one trash can in the entire apartment (none in the bathroom), the sink in the hallway bathroom was only running scorching hot water, and there were no paper towels nor facial tissue. Didn't deter us from enjoying our stay, but good things to note for improvement for future guests!

I research quite extensively when I travel and Lourenco’s place did not disappoint! Perfect setup, great location and felt very secure and safe. Everything was easily reachable from restaurants, groceries, trains and trolleys. Lisbon was Beautiful!

Has the feel of a new hip hotel room equipped with the basics. Our only disappointment was that we had been traveling over a week already and needed a place with a washer/dryer. This had one but it did not work and despite being told it would be addressed, it was not. That was the only down side, but it was a bummer for us. If everything is fully funtioning it is a great spot for exploring Lisbon; safe, clean,stylish, centrally located.

I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Lisbon! The location was in the heart of the city and yet the apartment was very quiet and we slept great. AC, water pressure, hot water, internet and mattress were all excellent. Everything was pristine clean at arrival. The unit felt very safe and is located in a safe neighborhood. Great restaurants and nightlife within steps. We loved the hosts - they took great care of us. Enjoy!!

Great location and in the middle of the city. Clean and chic. We had a bit of a problem with the check in but Lourenco quickly responded. The washer also was not working so it was a bit inconvenient but Lourenco provided extra towels to make the stay more comfortable. Overall, we love the location and the amenity of the apartment.

The apartment is in a prime location, easy walking distance to all relevant sites in central Lisbon. The building is a completely renovated landmark and equipped very well, 2 elevators, security guard etc. The apartment itself is very nicely done, everything is very nicely decorated and practical on top if it.

this was our second time that we was staying in this apartment the apartment very stylish, and beautiful and a good location the only thing that the kettle was burnt after last guests and when we ask to change it, was promised that we will have a new one, but for our staying in 22 days the kettle wasn't changed and there was too much broken details in kitchen accessories, and there wasn’t cutting board but its really important for cooking. i think this was the cleaning team responsibility. so when we will back in lisbon, we definitely come one more time

Le logement est impeccable, literie de bonne qualité également et les hôtes réactifs. Si je dois faire une remarque, je trouve les frais de ménage de 50€ excessifs et dommage qu’il ne soit pas précisé qu’un spa proche est inclus dans cette réservation. Nous avons séjourné qu’une nuit et avons beaucoup apprécié ce court séjour.

The apartment is great, just like the fotos - clean, spacious and comfortable. It is well-equipped for a longer stay, with a great kitchen, a lovely living room with a great view of the Restauradores square, and an extra toilet. The location is great, AC works perfectly and the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay again when in Lisboa.

After spending a long time researching Lisbon we decided on this apartment as it was very central but also on the flat with easy walking within minutes to Rossio station (train to Sintra) and Baixa. All the high end shops on Avenue Liberdade were close by along with the Funicular up to Barrio Alto. Our hosts communicated before our trip with all the information we needed to check in and also made sure we arrived safely and advised some local restaurant suggestions for our stay. The apartment itself certainly lived up to the pictures, we didn’t get a chance to try the spa facilities but sure they too would be as advertised. Lisbon was a wonderful city to visit, lots of great food and pretty places to sit and watch the world go by, suggest watching “Somebody feed Phil” on Netflix and the Top Jaw guys on Youtube before you visit. Also recommend using Uber to get around if you can’t face the hills.

Location is great! Everything is basically walkable from here. Lourenco and Mafalda were responsive. Unit is bigger than we thought. Dryer wasn’t working, there is a smell for whenever we would come back, stains on sheets and couch. Not cleaned properly. Overall pretty good unit.

The apartment is just like the photos, super confortable and makes you feel just like home. Lourenço and team were great hosts, always responding fast to messages and solving any issues I had. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, and I enjoyed taking in the beauty of the city every morning. The host was very communicative and ensured that my stay was comfortable. They were always available to answer my questions and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and cafes. There were many great dining options in the area, with a variety of cuisines to choose from. I especially enjoyed the nearby cafes, where I could grab a quick coffee and pastry before heading out for the day. The location could be considered one of the best in Lisbon, one minute walk to metro, two minutes walk to Rossio rail station, three minutes walk to supermarket, the building cones with security guard control, the apartment is very well decorated with luxury furniture, very comfortable space for two quests, it equipped with all necessary equipment like home. Lourenco is a warm host that gave very precise information for check-in, answering every question in ten minutes. A very good experience to stay in Lisbon and definitely will consider to stay again.

Location, location, location.... We are a retired couple from the US. This was the perfect place for us to discover Lisbon. It is a secure building, has a door attendant... The building's glass elevators always worked and are beautiful... The apartment was spotless, the high-tech kitchen well equipped; the bed was comfortable, beautiful shower, good water pressure... Above all, we were in the middle of everything, Restauradores metro station just steps away. For urban discovery it was the perfect spot for us. Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. 2 Min entfernt ist ein Bahnhof von dem man auch gut Ausflüge machen kann. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr schön, wie auf den Fotos. Alle Geräte haben funktioniert aber wir haben die Küche nicht wirklich genutzt. Mit dem Zugang zu Pool und Sauna hat alles geklappt. Wir hatten beim Checkin Probleme mit unserem Code aber Lourenço hat das schnell geklärt. Was uns ein wenig gefehlt hat waren Empfehlungen vom Gastgeber für die Umgebung, das würde den Aufenthalt noch besser machen :)

The apartment has a perfect location to discover all areas of Lisbona. The condo is elegant and well-managed. The apartment is very cozy and you do not notice any noise from the large avenue. There are many great restaurants within walking distance. We are happy to book again when we return to Lisbona.
