This apartment it's located in Avenida da Liberdade, the most emblematic avenue. You have the best stores and restaurants at your door. All the main Lisbon attraction are few minutes walking distance. The building has 24h security, concierge service, indoor swimming pool(not heated) and gym. The apartment is equipped with central eating and independent air conditioned in all divisions. The furniture was carefully chosen to make you feel at home out of home. The view it's amazing.

The space

The apartment it's spacious and bright with lot's of natural light. It's the 4th floor in Liberdade Avenue. A big living room with two large windows faces the apartment terrace with an amazing view over Liberdade Avenue and Miradouro São pedro Alcântara. Has one bedroom suit, with lots of cabinets to store your belongings. The bathroom it's equipped with a bath tube. Kitchen it's full equipped. Dishwasher, washing and dryer machine also available. The building has 24 hour security and has an amazing spa perfect to relax after visiting the beautiful city of Lisbon - gym, and indoor swimming pool (not heated) is available for all our guests. Also a concierge service is available.

Apparemment exceptionnellement et très bien situé. Résidence très calme nous n’avons jamais été dérangés par les voisins. Spa très agréable et un séjour qui restera dans nos mémoires. Encore mieux que sur les photos.

Plus: - great location, with nice views - beautiful apartment with stylish design - all the amenities you need - nice host - easy check in/check out Points of improvement: - there was wifi but it wasn’t working well during our stay - we booked this apartment for the spa, but it was out of order during our stay BUT when we discussed this with Lourenço he gave us great service and a nice discount. And he’s working on it to make it.

This is probably one of the best stays in our Airbnb history. The apartment is in a superb location, is exceptionally clean, the furniture is amazing, it's quiet and the building is top-notch. The pool is easily accessible. The host is very friendly and responds quickly. 5+!

Apartamento muito bem localizado, no 4° andar de frente para a Avenida da Liberdade e uma varanda com uma bela vista. Lourenço prontamente respondeu as mensagens e foi muito atencioso. Sala ampla e ensolarada porém achamos o quarto pequeno, sem muito espaço para malas. Tivemos somente uma decepção quanto ao uso da lareira interna, que não funciona e não pode ser utilizada. Também sentimos falta de xampu e sabonete, que não tinha, ao contrário do que está anunciado. Outros pequenos itens como sabão para a lava-louças poderiam ser disponibilizados. Pequenas questões fáceis de resolver que poderiam tornar a experiência perfeita.

This apartment is eye candy and the location is absolute perfect to explore the city. If you are looking for an apartment in the central city, with a parking space and a lovely designed interior, I cannot recommend this one more! Absolute plus is the comfortable bed and sofa. There is a Spa in the building with a Pool and a Sauna. It is quiet in the apartment if you close the windows and there´s nearly no traffic noise. From the apartment it is only few minutes to walk to the Metro, busses or trams. It is absolutey worth the money! Thank you Lourenco, we will come back

The flat is perfectly located in the main artery of Lisbon. Everything is within walking distance. The flat itself is great, super clean and with a great view. Lourenço was readily available. I definitely recommend it for a Lisbon visit! Obrigado Lourenço!

Magnifique. Tout s’est très bien passé dans l’appartement de Lourenço. L’appartement est très bien situé et d’un grand confort. Il est décoré avec goût et vous permet de passer de très bons moments à Lisbonne. Sa localisation est parfaite pour séjourner dans le centre et de plus Il est très bien équipé! Lourenço est un hôte bienveillant et souhaite que votre séjour soit parfait. Il nous a mis à disposition un lit bébé pour notre fille. La communication avec Lourenço était parfaite! Un gardien dans l’immeuble est présent pour vous remettre les clés malgré notre arrivée tardive de l’aéroport. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement sans hésitations.

The location of this property is great and the building has a doorman so it is very safe. The host is very responsive to your needs. We really appreciated the kitchen and the use of the washer and dryer for our dirty clothes. The building is adjacent to the Hard Rock Cafe, so when we were out and about and needed a taxi back to the property, we could just say drop us off at the Hard Rock .

This is a winner of a flat. Awesome désign and building. Gréât location. Walkable to everything. Very comfy bed and blackout shutters. I slept great. Prob helped by all the wonderful Portuguese wine and cuisine and of course friendliness and hospitality. It was a great trip and the flat a perfect base. Will not hesitate to return :) ????

Great comfortable apartment on the 4th floor overlooking the southern end of Avenida de Liberdade close to the Hard Rock Cafe. Peaceful, easy lift access to all floors and the big plus for us was the safe, secure underground car park for our large car. The apartment is conveniently located in the centre of Lisbon. Metro line is 100m from entrance, Tuks tuks and taxis also very close by. Would highly recommend.

Lourenço's flat is an ideal base for exploring what is a beautiful, warm and inspiring city. The appartment is stylish, elegant and very comfortable. The pool is first-class in terms of the shape and the jet functions available for changing the rhythm of water and having a relaxing massage. The security staff on the frontdoor could not be more helpful and they were always on hand if we needed any assistance. I can't wait to visit this great flat and this wonderful city once again. This was a really great stay, reasons below: - Location - very central to everything (restaurants, one of the main drags, shopping, St. George's Castle, the water, minimarkets, pharmacy [which we needed when our 3 year old spiked a fever]) - Security guard - Added bonus when being in a city. I got to practice my limited Portuguese with him too. - Parking - We had rented a fairly large Renault sedan having traveled throughout Portugal on our trip. The private parking in the underground garage accommodated us well here. - Communication - Both co-hosts Lourenço and Marconi were very communicative.

Over all the apartment is wonderful with its location and wonderful pool. However a few details brings the grade down. The consigliere wasn’t there when we should check in so we couldn’t get the key, the sofa bed was broken (not worse then we could use it), stained sheets. Great host and great communication though.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, our host was very helpful. Parking garage is perfect if you have a rental car. Access to a pool and sauna added value. The location is perfect and the main reason we chose to stay. If location matters the most, this property is excellent.

If you want to be close to Lisbon downtown and be able to walk everywhere, stores, restaurants, landmarks, Lourenço’s place is at the perfect location! It was a treat to stay there during Christmas time with the city so festive! We had a car and the garage was perfect (recommend renting a small car as it is a very narrow turn into the street to access the garage). It was useful to have the car but traffic can get congested so it’s very helpful that the metro/subway station is also right there, so you have both options right at your door. The apartment was great, the living room is very spacious. We struggled with check in and also with operating the lights and the heating, the system is not straightforward but they were responsive to help us and ultimately figured it out. Overall it’s a great stay for the location and also the building/apartment is very nice!

La ubicaciòn del apartamento es perfecta , en la Av principal de Lisboa pero a la vez silencioso A pasos tenes las mejores tiendas y varios lugares para comer . Ademas la zona mas turistica con la calle peatonal . El apartamento es muy comodo tiene un baño completo y toilette Amplio con gran living comedor Vista abierta a la calle Lavasecarropas . Lavavajillas ( dejan jabon para unos dias) Lo unico que nos resultò complicado fue entender las llaves de luz , son tactiles y costaba encenderlas . Una tonteria a mejorar Volveremos

L’appartement est placé dans une très belle partie de Lisbonne et dans la proximité de tous les endroits à visiter. Il est très beau et propre, bien équipé et confortable. Nous avons apprécié la facilité de contact avec Lourenço et Teresa. Nous avons utilisé également le parking du bâtiment et ça nous a posé aucun problème d’y rentrer avec un SUV. Merci beaucoup Lorenço et à la prochaine fais à Lisbonne.

The apartment was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family of four. We had towels and bed linens all set perfectly for our arrival. Laurenco's handed us over to Teresa who has been very helpful. There was some electricity issue with the living room and kitchen lights so it was a little bit difficult when cooking but Teresa was trying hard to get the issue resolved. The location was perfect and central. Close to trains and rails. There's 24hr security. We were able to uber everywhere easily as well. I wish the kitchen has more basics stock such as dish detergent and a little of oil so it's easier witg family. Nonetheless, we had a great time and good sleep. We found the apartment to be modern and functional and having two bathrooms is a huge plus. We look forward to returning. Thank you for hosting!

This apartment is right in the centre of Lisbon. Great restaurants/shops, metro and bus stations aswell as Praça do Comércio are all in walking distance. It's located on the top floor so it gives you a wonderful view over the city skyline. Unfortunately the lady at the reception was extremely unfriendly and unmotivated when we arrived there and didn't want to hand out the apartment keys first. However, that's something neither Lourenço nor Teresa are in charge of. The place was overall very clean but had some marks of usage and needs some maintenance here and there. Also the coffee table and lamp in the living room, as shown in the pictures, were missing. However, those are rather little downsides in relation to the overall positive experience. Both hosts were extremely friendly and responsive at all times. I can definately recommend their place!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Lourenco and Terasa’s apartment. Apartment was roomy, well decorated and in an excellent location. Parking in secure garage. First go getting in was tight but got easier with practice! Definitely recommend if staying in Lisbon.

Das Appartement war super. Toll gelegen, gross und leise! Leider ist die Badezimmertür kaputt und lässt sich nicht schließen. Pool und Sauna echt eklig und nicht zu empfehlen: Schimmel, Farbe fällt überall runter,…. Der Mann am Empfang war selten da, deswegen war das mit der Schlüsselübergabe etwas schwierig. Schade! Dennoch war der Aufenthalt sehr schön für uns.

The apartment is great, extremely comfortable, big, clean. The building is also very good, and the location is unbeatable. Close to most of the attractions in central Lisbon. The area is full of restaurants and looks very safe. Well connected. Lourenco was a great host, clear instructions for check in and out. And he also got an airport transfer for us. Very nice!

Awesome place within walking distance to attractions. We felt safe at night too as the area is in the middle of a shopping area. House is well equipped with kitchen utensils, toilet with bidet. Do take note that there’s a knob in the main toilet that looks like a hanger, but it is a water valve. Will definitely recommend this place.

Our stay, accommodation and hosts were world class. This home is truly and AirBnB “rare find”. It is centrally located to everything you want to do in Lisbon. The main Metro and bus station is less than 5 mins. One dirty across the plaza. The well known funicular to the top of the city is directly across the street. A great view of it from the top floor apt. Definitely, take it to the top to explore the city and views. Separate, the Rossio metro station to Sevilla is less than a 5 min walk to the beautiful train station. We took the train from the airport and the stop is directly across the street. Easy on and off and cheap. 20ish mins back to the airport at 9:30 am morning peak and about 12-15 euro Uber back- due to traffic. It was 8 euro earlier. The home is extremely quiet and dark. The A/C works quick and great. Views amazing!!! A world class experience and would definitely stay again.

This was a great space for our first time in Lisbon. Convenient location to lots of great restaurants and sites. The space was really beautiful, clean, and comfortable — plus there was always a doorman on site which provided extra security. Overall, we really loved our stay here!

The place was just as described. Great location with easy walking to almost anywhere we wanted to go in Lisbon. Everything was modern and well-maintained. The apartment was quiet, even when there was a noisy celebration taking place on the floor street outside during one of the many holidays that occurred there during our stay. Comfortable bed and excellent shower/tub with plenty of hot water/ good pressure. We always felt safe there with the doorman and the electronic keypad access to the building. There were a couple of minor things that were attended to very promptly by either Lorenzo, or Malfada ,who are easy to communicate with by way of the Airbnb app.
