You can't beat the location-- it is in the heart of the city and close to everything. The streets are bustling during the day but was quiet at night. The apartment was very clean and exactly met the description. We would highly recommend the apartment for a visitor's say in Lisbon.

This place is an absolute GEM. Incredibly clean, full of light, spacious, and homey. The views were incredible and there was plenty of space for 4 people to live amongst each other and not feel on top of each other. The pictures don't do it justice in regards to showing how open the space is. The bathrooms even had heated towel racks and the coat closet lit up when it was opened- which was a nice surprise! The only 2 issues I had were that we arrived 10 minutes early - we were able to get into the building, but the lock on the door was on a timer, so we had to wait in the hallway until it allowed us in. Just sitting with our baggage. One day we came home from exploring and our digital lock would not let us in, we had to call a host to let us in - later that same day the door automatically opened when we were sitting in the living room once. The digitized door is a great addition, but I'd like if there was another lock option from the inside to make me feel more secure as a guest.

We had a great stay in Lisbon! The apartment was perfect for us, a couple and parents in two bedrooms. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was spot on, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The host was friendly and helpful, making sure we were all set. We'd definitely stay here again!

A great city centre location. Modern, minimalist design flat. Excellent two double bedrooms, both with en-suite. One with full size bath. Both with shower. Very effective triple glazing helped keep the flat quiet. No problems with street noise during our visit. Spotlessly clean throughout. Comfortable mattresses. Prime location. We loved stepping out onto the street and bring minutes away from restaurants and the river.

You could not have a more central location than this AirBnB. It is in the middle of the city and close to restaurants, markets, attractions and more. Even still, we found it to be quite peaceful at night. Host provided many helpful recommendations and made our stay that much more enjoyable. I would stay here again and recommend this stay to friends who come to Lisbon.

This was a terrific space. 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths. A fantastic location to meet your needs for a great visit to Lisbon. Very convenient. So close to the water too!!! I felt quite safe at this apartment. Also it was a corner apartment so beautiful light coming in all the windows /doors in every room. I will stay again!!!!

We were here for four days. Perfect location-easy to walk everywhere. This apartment was modern, clean and would easily accommodate a long term stay with the large refrigerator, freezer, stove and washer/dryer. Wonderful apartment. Would stay here again.

Apartamento muito espaçoso, confortável e numa excelente localização (você consegue ir a pé para vários lugares, linhas de metrô muito perto, etc.). Apesar de estar em uma região bem movimentada, as janelas acústicas garantem 100% de silêncio interno. Tem uma excelente vista da praça do comércio e do Rio em duas das varandas. O apartamento é bem novinho, com 2 quartos, cozinha bem completa. Excelente Ar condicionado central, 2 banheiros (2 suítes) e um lavabo. O único ponto negativo da nossa estadia, foi a falta de resposta do host: solicitamos o reparo da cafeteira que não estava funcionando e também o reparo de um dos vasos sanitários que estava com a descarga disparada. Ficaram de resolver mas simplesmente sumiram e não deram resposta. Não são/não foram problemas graves que comprometessem a nossa estadia mas fica a dúvida se fosse algo mais grave, como seria a solução.

This place is great. Stayed in this building last time I came to Lisbon and fell in love with the location. It’s perfect- walkable with tons of restaurants nearby. The area is a bit touristy so beware but personally didn’t mind. The building is completely sound proof so although we were on the first floor, we couldn’t hear anything from the street unless the windows were open. The only bummer was that the air bnb smelled like trash at times for a couple of days- the place was clean but think the smell was coming from the trash outside. Overall, great air bnb, would recommend!

Beautiful apartment located very centrally to everything as well as a coffee shop right downstairs for those that need that caffeine fix! Lourenco provided great service and was always available for whatever we needed! One downfall about our stay was the place did smell like sewage and one of the toilets was leaking which did disturb sleep. Other than that, would stay here again!

Very clean spacious apartment in an incredible location. However there was an unpleasant smell emanating from the entrance of the apartment and one of the bedrooms. This cannot be controlled by the owners but just something to note. Furthermore, they wanted to charge €30 per set of extra towels which we felt was an unreasonable price. Nevertheless, would overall still recommend to stay here due to the amazing facilities and location!

Wonderful Air BnB if you're looking to stay in a prime location in Lisbon. The check in process is very easy although apartment can be a bit confusing to find depending what street you arrive on. The apartment is very large and spacious. It has lots of closet space for your belongings which is a plus. The air conditioning and wifi work great along with the water pressure in the bathrooms. The apartment is extremely quiet for being in such a central location in Lisbon. You are close to the train stations in order to travel outside of Lisbon. The only downside is minimal amenities. You are given one large and one small towel per guest and have to pay an extra 30 euros for additional towels if needed as well as a 1-2 day supply of toilet paper. There are no extra blankets if needed. AirBnB host was responsive and commutative when needed. We would stay here again!

This was the perfect apartment for our first time in Lisbon. The location is great and is within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and just steps from the Arco da Rua Augusta. My family really loved the space itself and we had plenty of room to spread out. It was especially nice having 3 bathrooms for 4 adults! Such a lovely place to unwind at the end of a long day of sightseeing.

My family (which includes a toddler) stayed here for 9 nights and had a great experience. The crib and high chair was already setup when we arrived which we appreciated. The location is absolutely brilliant- next door is a coffee shop, you are steps away from the major pedestrian street filled with shops and restaurants, you are two blocks from the river and a metro station, you are a 7 minute walk to the train station (Cais do Sodre) that takes you to places like Belem and Cascais. It was a perfect location for a family with a toddler. There was lots of storage and it was incredibly clean. We highly recommend staying here!

Great place - great location! The place was perfect for us - we had 3 people - me. my husband, and my adult son. Bonus was that xtra 1/2 bathroom! Nothing but good things to say about the place! The only small bummer was that we arrived in Lisbon a few hours early before check in - and we couldn't get into the place - (and it was raining - and with the 6 hour time change - we really wanted to rest for a bit -) - but - we were troopers and waited it out with our suitcases. Otherwise - I would absolutely stay there again!!! The best location!!!!

The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was in the perfect location for our group of four to explore the city. Unfortunately the apartment had a malfunctioning toilet - the water ran all the time and sometimes would not flush. We contacted the host to let him know about it. He suggested a couple of things to try but they didn’t work. After that, he stopped responding. Our stay would have been better if the host had addressed this problem more effectively.

This is an excellent airbnb, no complaints at all (and we have seen many airbnbs, this is the best) - new furnishings, everything is clean and comfortable. The hosts are very responsive. The best part is the location - we were there for NY Eve and could enjoy the festivities and fireworks in the square in the comfort of the apartment from the balcony without leaving the apartment and was not at all noisy inside once we shut the windows. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, washer/dryer combo, nespresso, everything we needed. Lots of restaurants and easy access to everything. When we go back to Lisbon, we hope this is available for us to stay, we would definitely choose it.

This is a fantastic apartment. Beautifully renovated with modern amenities, very well appointed. very clean and have everything you need. Two spacious bedrooms with private ensuites and am extra toilet. Kitchen and living areas are fantastic. The location......you can'tsk for a better location. It is walking distance to lots of eateries, must see places and if you enjoy a morning run yiu can actually run to Balem and back, approx 8 to 10 km run. The host is lovely. We had a slight issue with the new ac system on the first night and was resolved very efficiently the next day. Our Lisbon experience has been enhanced by the lovely apartment. Will definitely rebook when back to Lisbon again. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon and wants a lovely AIRBNB experience.

This apartment could be perfect. The two bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage space and both have en suite bathrooms. The location is fabulous, right off the Praca do Comercio, but with windows and shutters that block out almost all sound. (The night we arrived there was a festival in the plaza, and even though music was playing well after my bedtime, we barely heard it.) It also has the added benefit of a washer/dryer. However, even though it’s in a renovated, historic building (including those classic balconies), the space is utterly lacking in charm. For the location and the size of the space, I would recommend it, but be prepared for minimal amenities and supplies, and little meaningful communication with the hosts.

The apartment is very nice, spacious with high ceilings in a central location but still not noisy. The communication with Lourenco and Mafalda was excellent. Some minor things needed to be addressed and it was done promptly. The towels are great, bathrooms nice, very good beds. The entrance to the building and the apartment was keyless which was very convenient. We highly recommend a stay in the apartment.

This place was perfect for our family! The location could not have been better, with a coffee shop right downstairs, the tram stop right around the corner, and a short walk to the train and the subway. And the view from the living room was beautiful looking towards the water. Our host was spot on with communication, providing some great local recommendations and responding quickly to messages. The kitchen area was perfect for our needs—we would usually make a quick breakfast each morning. We would recommend this place and hope to return! Thank you for a lovely stay in Lisbon!

We had a wonderful stay at Lourenco's place! The location was perfect for our girls trip - walkable to everything. The apartment felt very safe, was clean, and had the most beautiful balconies. Lourenco sent us great recommendations of places to visit, and was very responsive. The AC was also much-needed during the heat wave. 5/5 stay!

Lourenço’s beautiful apartment was perfect for our 3 days in Lisbon. Situated steps from the Praça do Comercio and the Arco da Rua Augusta with views to the Tagus from the window balconies—a great starting and ending spot for each day. The apartment is exactly as pictured and extremely clean and comfortable. Lourenço and Mafalda were wonderful hosts and provided us with great recommendations. The coffee shop downstairs is so convenient with a friendly staff—we loved to start each morning with a stroll to the water with coffee in hand. There is an occasional unpleasant smell that is particularly strong in one of the bedrooms and related to the tides at the river. This is not something that can be controlled and we became accustomed to. I would definitely stay in this or any of Lourenço’s apartments again.

Stayed as a family of four, including two children. The place was beautiful and modern in a central place in Lisbon. Host was very responsive and accommodating to a 30 minute early arrival. There’s a few places to eat nearby and Time Out Market was an easy 10-15 minute walk away. Overall, great place to stay and would return on a future visit to Lisbon.

This apartment does not disappoint! It is spotless, spacious and in a perfect position for exploring Lisbon. The huge windows make it light and bright with a lovely view down towards the main square. Loved our stay at this beautiful. renovated ABNB. Very large, immaculately clean with modern bathrooms. Elevator was very helpful in transporting our luggage to the unit as many other ABNB's in Lisbon are walk-ups. Great location near the water walkable to stores and restaurants. A/C worked great too. Host was very communicative and provided us helpful tips of things to do in the area. Keypad entry made it easy to access the front door and the apartment itself. Highly recommend!

Not only the apartment matched the description, but it was actually a lot better. Spacious, bright, located just at the very center of city. The condominium is great, seems just renovated. With ever clean entrance, high-tech design, fast and spacious elevators. Soundproof windows let only the light in, which in Portugal you will have plenty of, not the noise. It's especially great considering the traffic and the construction site just opposite on the street — it won't bother you if you keep windows closed. Two separate bedrooms with two separate bathrooms and also a guest WC, spacious living room with a great kitchen and a washing/drying machine. It's got a smart TV which works great. Internet connection is incredibly fast — there is 5g network, my speedtest was 500/50 mbit/s. Small tip: guys in Fabrica coffee roasters are incredibly great, it's literally the next door to the building entrance, great to have them so close.

We stayed here for 5 nights in February and it was perfectly located for sightseeing and transport and the apartment was pristine and comfortable. Our hosts made the stay like a home from home.

What a gem of a place! The location is very central on Praca Comércio and self check in was so easy. The apartment was very spacious, modern, clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the central air as it got cold during our stay and not many places have A/C or Heating. Thank you Lourenco for being such a kind and wonderful host. My family and I had a great stay at your place. I highly recommend this apartment.

This place is in the perfect location, very walkable to many of the sights and happening areas. As others said, it also quieted down at night which was a plus. Felt very safe & secure. 2 bedrooms with their own full bathrooms plus a 1/2 bathroom, overall felt very spacious. Had a washer/drier combo machine which helped to pack light. Yellow building across the street was a happy sight each morning. Don't hesitate to book this!

Great location, clean apartment, and responsive/communicative hosts. There was only one laundry pod provided per stay, even though there were four guests staying for four days. Towels were new and shed when we used them, but hosts provided new ones when we asked.
