Excellent location and spotless. Sofa bed was super comfy and easy to get out and put away daily. Kitchen was only sparcely equipped... just enough kit for 2 people ..no colander, only one saucepan but 3 fry pans, knives could have been sharper. Kitchen light was great when we found how to to turn it on! Toilet flushing was a little erratic on re fill ( it didnt stop until you pressed flush again). Windows...only doors in lounge and bedroom which opened onto noisy street, but when closed were sound proof. Overall...these are minor issues which did not deteact.from our visit. Would recommend!

In 1 woord: fantastisch! Dit verblijf is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip in Lissabon. Vlakbij het openbaar vervoer, de zee, winkels en restaurants. De foto’s waren veelbelovend, maar toch waren we nog steeds onder de indruk bij aankomst in het verblijf.

Better than the photos! The place was located at the heart of Lisbon - easy to get to places and great restaurants! Lourenco was also very helpful and lovely with his list of recommendations. They even provided with few detergents so we didnt have to buy a whole pack once we we were there to wash our clothes. Overall, very lovely place and great location! Will definitely come back!

Excellent apartment with an excellent location. Outside the front door and you are almost within the heart of the city - 1 minute and you are in the Praça do Comercio. Apartment is all you can ask for - we used it as a base to shower and sleep but if we were there longer we would have happily stayed in 1 night and cooked. Owners were super helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us before our stay. Would thoroughly recommend staying for its stunning location, superb value for money and great hosts.

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—close to landmarks, the water, restaurants, and shopping. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, and provided great local recommendations. The elevator was a nice bonus, and check-in was smooth. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings, large closets, and 1.5 baths with double sinks, making our stay extra comfortable. Despite being in a busy area, it was quiet. We also appreciated the washer, dryer, the AC in both the bedroom and living room and the keyless entry. There were a few minor drawbacks: the bedding and pillows could use improvement, and the half-bath toilet made some noise. The nightstands were small with limited space, the freezer wasn’t usable, and the apartment was missing paper towels, hand towels, and a full-length mirror. Despite these small issues, we would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is in an excellent location, on the first floor near the main street, making it perfect for both short and long stays. It has everything you need to feel comfortable, relax and work. The WiFi is super fast and stable. The apartment is quiet, and no street noise can be heard. You can also adjust the temperature to your liking, ensuring a comfortable stay in any season. Entry to both the building and the apartment is via a code, which is very convenient as there’s no need to share keys. Lourenco and Teresa are incredibly helpful, polite, and quick to communicate. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and Lourenco sent also recommendations for restaurants and activities. If you're visiting Lisbon for the first time, this location is perfect—most major sights are within a 15-minute walk in either direction. The nearest large supermarket is Pingo Doce.

VERY close to the Rua Augusta Arch / Arco da Rua Augusta and the Praça do Comércio / Commerce Square. Less than a minute walk. The flat itself is perfect. The photos shown are very accurate, and it's extremely comfortable and modern. I would not hesitate to recommend this Airbnb rental. If you want to be in the most central location, I would think this has to be the one!

We absolutely loved staying here on our first trip to Lisbon, excellent central location and lift access which was very handy with a pram and cases. very accommodating for a toddler who had lots of space to run around. Very clean and tidy apartment. Would definitely stay here if visiting Lisbon again!

The location is absolutely insane. I was expecting a good spot but wow!!! Right in the heart of Lisbon surrounded by everything you need. The place itself is stunning. Very very cool with massive ceilings which makes the room seem even bigger. Easy access and great communication by the host. The apartment is silent…and then you open the windows and bam! The noise of Lisbon. Music, banter and other sounds that make it so cool. Highly recommend this spot. 100% with every penny. Thanks for a great end to our honeymoon.

L’appartamento è in una posizione comodissima, ci si riesce a spostare praticamente ovunque a piedi. La strada su cui affaccia è molto trafficata ma l’appartamento è silenziosissimo. L’appartamento in se è molto bello e anche il palazzo in cui si trova. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile fornendoci anche consigli sulla città. Consigliatissimo!

Lovely apartment and building. Very clean and had mostly everything we needed. Paper towels and salt and pepper would be good additions for the kitchen. Great air conditioning and very central location. Easy to get to everything and a block away from the waterfront. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay - perfect place! Centrally located & walkable to most Lisbon areas of interest (or quick Uber). Check-in was smooth, hosts clearly communicated instructions (keycode). It was very quiet & peaceful with the soundproof/blackout shutters in each window. We enjoyed going on the 2 balconies as well. Very nice to have the second (half) bath; and hot water & aircon were plentiful. Kitchen was equipped with basics (plus a W/D which was handy to refresh our clothes before heading to Porto). Really comfortable place all around, highly recommend!

O apartamento é muito bom. Uma vantagem é que tem elevador. Ele fica no primeiro andar e é de frente para a rua, mas quando se fecha a janela, não se escuta mais nada a não ser o vizinho de cima que era um pouco barulhento, mas depois de 22h ficava tranquilo.. Muito bom para dormir. Muito próximo dos pontos turísticos. Fizemos muita coisa andando à pé. Foi tudo excelente. Numa próxima viagem provavelmente ficaremos lá de novo. Recomendamos.

This apartment is in a perfect Location. It is central. Next to a great café called Fabrica and a few feet from some beautiful central sites of Lisbon. Do not worry about the street noise – the soundproofing in the apartment is amazing. The apartment is spacious and elegant. Modern and clean.

An excellent few days staying at a lovely apartment - location is ideal and the flat is exactly as described. Lourenco was a great host with really helpful proactive communication. His recommendations on restaurants, bars etc was invaluable and hit the mark. A lovely place to stay and should we return to Lisbon would very happily stop here again.

This is a very spacious, upmarket, well-located and very clean property with a separate bedroom and posh double-sinks bathroom with a good shower and an extra, separate, WC. It's super-convenient for all the central areas - so we had an enjoyable stay there. Personally though, I found it a little bit soulless . I don't like fussy or cluttered properties - but this was perhaps too much the other way - all bare white walls, bright LED lights and virtually nothing by way of decoration to relieve the minimalism. I ended up craving a gentler, warmer lighting option.

Location location location. This place was in the perfect location and easily walkable to attractions, restaurants and transit. The space appears to be newly renovated with great appliances and is very modern with clean lines. The communication with the hosts were great and easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to our family and friends.

El apartamento de Lourenço es estupendo, esta a 30 segundos de la Plaza del comercio y en plena Rua Augusta. El edificio es muy seguro, tanto para entrar a él como al apartamento necesitas un código de seguridad. Todo el apartamento estaba limpio, es tal como se pueden ver en las fotos y gracias al sistema de las ventanas no se oia nada de ruido. Además, la comunicación era muy fluida, ya que tuvimos un problema accediendo al edificio y recibimos una solución en menos de 5 minutos. Si algun dia volvemos a Lisboa, no duraremos en intentar volver al apartamento de Lourenço.

un point récurrent auquel nous nous sommes heurtés est l'ouverture de la porte de l'appartement. Bien qu'une personne soit venue changer un élément de cette porte, l'ouverture en est toujours restée mal aisée. A chaque rentrée dans l'appartement, il nous fallait faire et refaire le code et ce parfois jusqu'à 6 à 7 fois avant son ouverture (et de plus, parfois il fallait "jouer" de la hanche ou de l'épaule).

If you are visiting Lisbon, this is the place to stay! A beautiful flat bang in the centre of Lisbon's history. The Host was very helpful, allowing us to leave our cases earlier ..... The instructions given to us were clear and easy to follow.. A very modern and minimalistic style flat a bit too beautiful to rent out. Had to figure out the light switches in the kitchen but all solved at this end. A 5 star AirBnb!

The location is fantastic! The apartment is spacious and very quiet with the lovely Juliet balcony doors closed. It could use a few small touches to make it even better - like true bedside tables, towel bars for hand towels in either bathroom and a small table or some surface area in the half bath to put a toothbrush, soap or toothpaste on.

Great place right in the middle of it all! Laurenco was super responsive, providing local recs that we really enjoyed. The spot is easily walkable / access to public transit to all you’d like to see and do. He was even very helpful in directing us to parking! There was a large festival one block away during our time there, but the apt was so quiet that we slept easily! So I’d highly recommend

Vast and modern apartment in the heart of Lisbon. You can’t get any closer to the Praça do Comércio! Yet the apartment is super quiet when you close the windows. It was very clean and had all the expected amenities. The hosts were responsive and flexible, allowing us to do an early check-in. Would definitely recommend!

What can I say we were very impressed by this apartment. It was close to everything including travel links, tram stops, shops, restaurants, cafes and so much more. It was close to an area which had entertainment going on until quite late but the apartment was very sound proof. There is a lovely specialty coffee shop just beside the front door and the apartment was easily accessed by key codes. The apartment was spotless and comfortable- there is aircon in the bedroom and sitting area. There was always an abundance of hot water for the fabulous shower. Lourenço was easy to contact and ensured he kept in touch, he also gave us lots of recommendations for the local area. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment and we would certainly stay there again. Thank you Lourenço.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Lourenco’s apartment. The apartment is very spacious for a couple. It was nice having the 1/2 bathroom. Great water pressure and climate. It was clean and as described. Great location -a few steps from the Arco da Augusta. Very walkable area and base to explore the other areas of Lisbon. Don’t hesitate to book.

Superb apartment in a fantastic location! We booked this place after being let down by the hotel we had booked. There was a delay in getting in as the key has to be brought to us across town in traffic - no one’s fault! But it was fantastic when we got in. Lovely space, high ceilings and so clean and comfortable. Only other slight issues were miscommunication and understanding about the sofa bed which was resolved on our second night… and a missing cork screw (no wine on the first night ?) I would definitely go back and recommend. Lourenco and his team were helpful and fast to respond and resolve issues. Great stay!

A experiência foi muito boa . O apartamento é muito agradável, novo, bem localizado porem faltam equipamentos e utensílios de cozinha para atender o dia a dia de uma longa permanência. Quanto a manutenção da limpeza acreditamos que para um longo periodo deveria ser regular . Os hospedeiros foram muito simpaticos e prestativos. Fernando
