Great host and accommodation. Was better than what we expected and had all the amenities we needed. Gave good recommendations of local restaurants, very clear instructions for check in and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The location was fantastic - absolutely central! The furniture beautiful and exactly as pictured online. Everything was spotlessly clean. The building was easy to access, though we noticed other guests struggling with the front door entry codes, and also cleaners. Our concern was a lack of basic amenities. No towel for the half bath, no placemats or napkins, no serving dishes. When asked, Lourenco said we could purchase those things ourselves. Not what I expect from an Airbnb that is listed as 'kitchen is fully equipped' with 'luxury finishes'. Mattress was thin and hard. If these issues were addressed, the apartment would be 5 stars.

The apartment is in a fantastic central location and finished to a very high standard. We found Lourenco to be a very attentive and helpful host throughout our stay. A couple of minor points were that the plug in the bath wouldn’t seal so we were unable to use the bath which was a shame and the shop below the apartment played music from 8am onwards. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this as a place to stay during your visit! Thank you very much Lourenco!

Lourenco’s apartment is very centrally located, right in the middle of the main Lisbon’s attractions, nothing could beat this location. It’s a top notch apartment with everything you could want to have for the most comfortable stay! We could not praise enough how excellent Lourenco’s apartment was. He is also a great host and provided us with the clear instructions and great local recommendations. If we ever come back to Lisbon, we’d definitely stay there. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic few days stay at Lourenço's apartment. The location was ideal for exploring Lisbon, both on foot, and by the variety of fantastic public transport. Being in such a great location, also meant that we were on a bustling street, with things going on until the early hours of the morning. Not that it bothered us particularly, but it could get pretty rowdy, especially on a Saturday night! Lourenço was fantastic from the off, and communicated clearly with us regarding instructions, recommendations, and generally making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The apartment has everything you'd possibly need for any length of stay, the only slight annoyance we had, was that there is no hairdryer listed at the property, so my partner lugged one with us (hardly inconvenience of the century, but certainly would've freed up a bit of space in the bag), only to actually find one already in the wardrobe! We literally cannot fault anything about our trip! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The appartment is a great place to stay to see Lissabon because it is next to the Arco Augusta and one of the main shopping streets in city centre. And of course Lissabon is a very nice city to visit with nice sightseeing, food and other activities. Public transport is fine and Uber is very cheap and trustworthy to travel (way cheaper than taxi's). The appartment is perfect for a couple of days, it is very clean and offers you all basics that you might need. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that it is a bit noisy, so if you are sensitive about sound then bring your earplugs because you can sometimes hear neighbours or things happening outside. Lourenco is very easy to communicate with and he answers quickly when you contact him. I would absolute advise you to stay here and have a good time.

We had a lovely time at this apartment. We appreciated how clean the place was and the modern decor. Although the apartment is right in the heart of the tourist area, it’s tucked away on the side street so noise level was never an issue. Our host was very helpful and responsive, and even checked in mid trip to see how are trip was going. If we were to return to Lisbon, we’d love to stay here again.

This place is amazing! Much bigger than we thought, and more space than we needed but was lovely to have separate areas to use as we were there for 5 days. The accommodation is beautifully finished, and effortless in a super clean condition too! Spacious, high-ceilinged apartment, uncluttered but thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. Good wi-fi. Large bed with firm mattress. Well appointed bathroom with double sinks, liquid soap and shampoo provided. Second WC is a bonus. Excellent and helpful communication from Lourenço. Apartment was quiet enough and felt safe. Some noise from nearby buskers but not an issue as they knocked off at a reasonable time. Highly recommended.

Lourenço’s apartment is stunning. Walkable to so many of the main areas, train stations and ferry station. The apartment itself had high end finishes and felt luxurious. Only issue we had was trying to get into the apartment initially but this was sorted swiftly after messaging. Lourenço sent lots of recommendations for food and drinks which was super helpful. Can’t recommend this apartment enough for first timers in Lisbon.

A great home base for your stay in Lisbon! You can walk everywhere from here (be sure to bring a good pair of shoes) The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lourenco was very helpful in letting us drop our luggage off early since the city lockers were full at two locations! It is such a charming city that we hope to come back again soon .

We absolutely loved our stay for four nights. The location is perfect - easily walkable to most main attractions, and is also super close to public transportation (Metro, tram, bus, train) which we used with the Lisboa card. The apartment was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed Netflix on the TV. The windows in the bedroom and living room offered plenty of natural light, but could also be blocked out when sleeping. We also appreciated there were 1.5 bathrooms. Lourenco was an excellent host, providing us clear instructions and was proactive about sending us recommendations for Lisbon. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Great place - it honestly is a lot better and bigger in person than pictures. Prime location and in the center of everything. Lourenco and Theresa were very helpful and responsive…they even arranged an early check in for us which was VERY VERY helpful! This is a very clean and well equipped apt. in a highly touristey (but pretty) area of town. Positives: Duvet and duvet cover was nice and clean and white, clean apt, pretty, good wifi, easy entry and exit with keypads, fairly sound proof despite buskers outside singing which is kind of fun for a few days cons: no papertowels for the kitchen, not a lot of tp for a long stay, bed was kind of hard, no conditioner for hair

We loved our stay at this apartment! It was a great location and we loved how spacious and modern the apartment was. The hosts set up a crib and high chair for our infant at no extra cost which we greatly appreciated. The unit is bigger than we imagined from the photos and also had a washing machine, which was perfect for our family. For anyone travelling with kids, the unit has doors to close over the windows which made the sleeping space black out any very easy for baby's nap time! We loved that it was beautifully decorated but minimalist and clutter-free. Check-in was smooth and the location was great - we could easily walk to so many sights and restaurants we wanted to visit. We highly recommend this space! The only thing we didn't love (though very minor) was the mattress as it wasn't the most comfortable, but we would still book again and recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon - 100%

This is the ideal place to stay in Lisbon! Right in the center close to all attractions and in a vibey area. But once you close the windows it is peaceful and quite. I am a very light sleeper and slepf extremely well with no noise problems. Place felt bigger than on the photos and we really enjoyed it. I visit Portugal once a year and next time I will first look to see if this place is available. Highly recommend.

This Airbnb is a beautiful apartment right next to the main shopping street. Even though there is construction going on across the street, you don’t hear a thing. Lourenco and team were very accommodating towards us traveling with our baby and a high chair a baby bed was there when we arrived. The apartment is very clean and I would recommend it to anyone!

To say we were in shock on this property is an understatement. This is by far the most beautiful, most spacious AirbNB we have ever stayed in. My husband is an architect, he was extremely impressed with the quality, and he is hard to please. This is in an incredible spot too. I highly highly recommend you consider this beautiful space.

Lourenco’s place was lovely - very clean and modern with all listed amenities. It’s very close to the tourist centre of Lisbon, with many restaurants and sites in the area. The surrounding area is quite loud, the windows and shutters keep a lot of the noise out but I still wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers. Restaurants in this area are also very touristy, so it’s worth going up to Barrio Alto for food which is steeply up hill from this location. Also, the proximity to the river of this location meant that there were quite a lot of mosquitoes, this would be an issue with any apartment in that area of Lisbon, but we did get bitten.

Great place for a couple of days in Lisbon. Clean, spacious, and easy to find. We both had to work from the flat and there was enough space and Internet power for 2 people having calls at the same time. The only disappointment was the fact that the nearby parking charged us 135€ for 2.5 days instead of 20€ per day as announced. But we should have checked ourselves. ?

We had a wonderful stay right in the heart of Lisbon and close to the beach! A perfect location (on flat ground) for first time visitors. Trams, buses and metro right around the corner. The apartment was spacious, clean and very well appointed. It was light and bright but you could close the windows and shutters for a very peaceful night’s sleep. Great kitchen (that we made limited use of given Lisbon’s many dining temptations), two toilets, ample closet space, secure and elevators! The shower is good but is over the bath which may be more difficult some. Lourenco was highly responsive, lovely and gave us a list of recommendations for food etc. We highly recommend this apartment - there is nothing like rounding the corner to look straight through the grand gate to the ocean.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Lourenco. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, um Ausflüge zu organisieren, aber auch einfach durch die Stadt spazieren zu gehen. Innerhalb der Wohnung ist es ruhig. Wenn man die Fenster aufmacht, merkt man, dass die Wohnung mitten im Geschehen ist, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Schade nur, dass das Gebäude gegenüber derzeit eingerüstet und restauriert wird, weil dadurch die Aussicht aus den beiden Fenstern nicht so toll war, aber das hat mit der Wohnung direkt nichts zu tun. Theresa war sehr freundlich und hat alle unseren Fragen und Anliegen zügig beantwortet und gelöst.

We hadden een heel fijn verblijf. Het appartement is schoon, comfortabel en mooi ingericht. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. We hebben een deel van de vakantie gewerkt en dat kon hier prima. De WiFi werkt perfect. Fijn dat er een wasmachine en vaatwasser aanwezig is. De locatie is heel centraal en dus ook luidruchtig, maar het appartement is zo goed geïsoleerd dat je hier niets meer van hoort als je het raam sluit.

Lourenço’s place in Lisbon was incredible! Right in the heart of downtown but so quiet when you close the doors. We walked to many nice restaurants and sights, then turned in for a quiet and dark night sleep in a superb apartment! We had a fantastic few days staying here. The apartment was easy to find, check in was easy and even better than the photos. Lourenco was a great host with lots of tips for restaurants etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and is very central for many of the local attractions. Très bel appartement, et très bien situé en plein centre de Lisbonne. A l’arrivée la clé électronique ne fonctionnait pas et il manquait le lit bébé mais Mafalda a été très réactive à su trouver les solutions directement. Nous avons passé un super séjour à Lisbonne, nous recommandons ce logement.

We had a great stay at Lourenco’s apartment. It was very spacious and well equipped. Lourenco was always at hand with recommendations and although we were really busy on arrival he was quick to make sure everything was going alright. The apartment is seconds away from the centre of Lisbon and main attractions and at night it’s extremely quiet considering the central location. The only negative id say is the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped for a apartment as nice as this. Great sized bed, however the mattress wasn’t the best. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed in the apartment for 4 days. Due to an overbooking we needed to switch to another apartment first, but it was in the same building so it has been no problem. Lourenco and Mafalda both were super friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage even before official check-in-time. That was super helpful for us. Communication was fast via message and telephone. The apartment 1E is nicely decorated an has the perfect size for 2 people. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the stay there very much. Eventhough it is located at a busy street you can here absolutely nothing when windows are closed. There is a great little café downstairs and you only have a few steps to the waterfront. Also Barrio Alto, Alfama and Chiado are only few minutes walking. There you have a great choice of shops and restaurants. It is the perfect location to start your Lisbon trip. We can definitely recommend staying here. :)

We stayed at this apartment with our toddler for a long weekend in September. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures and the location was perfect to use as a base for exploring Lisbon. We let Lourenco know in advance that we’d need a travel cot and high chair and this was all set up for us when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated! Communication was super quick and proactive. We’d definitely recommend this apartment and hope to come back again ourselves one day!

Great hosts! Clear instructions for check in with the pin pad entries. Place was well kept and clean with nice style. Location is near the water with lots of things within walking distance. The hosts were responsive to questions and gave many local recommendations which proved worthwhile to explore. The apartment was quiet with the windows shut and we put them to the ultimate test as we stayed there during the week of World Youth Day as hundreds of thousands of people gathered each day in the city for the Popes arrival. There was a concert stage setup a stone’s throw from the apartment and we slept soundly even this the festivities went well into the morning hours. If you’re looking for a quiet place among lively streets of Lisbon, this is it! Price was a little steep, but competitive for the area and I much preferred the apartment atmosphere rather than a hotel.

Great apartment. Looks beautiful, there are a lot of amenities. It has an elevator. We went there with a baby, we got a crib and a high chair and it was super comfortable. The downside of the apartment for us was that you can’t open the windows with a baby in the house because it’s dangerous the way the windows are built and the apartment is on a super busy street. It’s super quiet on the inside when the windows are closed but loud when opening them. There was air conditioning so it was fine. Host is very gracious and responsive.

Beautiful apartment in a great location, really enjoyed our stay! The place was on the first floor and had an elevator, which is very helpful for over-packers like myself. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Lourenço and Mafalda are great hosts. They promptly respond to all questions even before booking their location. During our stay the they helped us to operate the appliances (we were not familiar with European appliances). We had the opportunity to meet Mafalda personally, who has a great smile and is very friendly. In short, we had a great time, in a great well located place, hosted by great hosts.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous sommes très vite tombés sous le charme de Lisbonne. L’appartement de Lourenço en était une raison : nous nous somme sentis chez nous. L’appartement était (très) propose, spacieux, bien isolé, meublé et décoré avec goût. Les équipements sont nombreux. Ce bien peut tout à fait convenir pour un séjour de longue durée comme pour un séjour de 3 jours, comme le notre. Si nous revenons à Lisbonne, nous repasserons par cet airbnb. Je l’ai déjà conseillé a des amis. Alors si vous hésitiez : n’hésitez plus ! Merci aux hôtes et à bientôt peut-être ?

Lourenco has an amazing place. Close to everything and there is a Hop on Hop off stop literally right in front of the apartment. Makes getting around Lisbon very convenient. He is a very gracious man who took the time to answer any and all my silly questions. And Mafalda is so very kind and very attentive. Part of the reason I loved my stay in Lisbon so was as much about this place as much as it was about the beach, history, and culture. It has everything you need! “I’ll be back.”

Wonderful stay - convenient location for a first time in Lisbon. Host was proactive to message us and extremely helpful when we needed something (like clean towels after a few days). Slightly noisy during day due to touristic area (busses passing by and musicians on the street). And the apartment is quite dark due to small windows.

Thank you Lourenco! What a lovely Airbnb. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Lourenco sent a list of great food/drink recommendations. Airbnb is right next to The Arc, water, and restaurants. I would 10/10 recommend staying here if you're ever in Lisbon!

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Great location, amazing value for money! Apartment was much bigger than I expected and we stayed with a toddler who had plenty of space. Travel cot provided too. Safe and quiet to say it is so central. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Excellent place at the heart of Lisbon. The hosts were very accommodating of any questions we had and also checked to make sure we had settled OK after the first day. Everything was spotless and the apartment was beautiful. A nice home away from home while travelling.

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Sehr zentrale Lage. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hat sich auch erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung sei mit der Wohnung und ob wir etwas benötigen würden. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

Simply LOVED our stay here! Lourenco helped arrange a transfer to and from from the airport for us, but the entire experience was seamless and allowed us to focus on the trip and not the accommodations. The location could not have been better! So much to do within a short walk; food, bars, shops, and a train station if you decide to branch out of Lisbon. The apartment itself was lovely with modern finishes throughout. Even though the street is very busy, the window shutters created a very sound proof experience. If we ever find ourselves in Lisbon again, we will absolutely stay here!
