the apartment is at a great location. surrounded by many delicious restaurants, very walkable to downtown Chiado and to the port. The apartment itself is very spacious and as described. The building has an elevator which is a life saver for all the heavy luggage. Some things that bothered us is that the sofa bed was dirty, it had fingernail clippings and crumbs. the pullout bed next to the twin bed was also stained and had hair. We also wish the rooms had a main light. It was pretty dim especially in the restrooms. There's a lot of windows but it still needs a main light. We had some difficulties putting in the code where the door wouldn't open like 5x. Told the host and the issue seemed to be fixed by them? Unsure because there wasn't an acknowledgement note from them, all replies from the host were clearly all copy/paste. Overall no big issues with the place and convenience was superb!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, beautiful, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the hot water for showers, which made everything so much more comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it super convenient. Communication with the hosts was smooth and easy, and I’m really grateful for that. We had such a wonderful experience!

Highly recommend staying at this apartment. It is very spacious and comfortable. It is also in the best part of Lisbon and you can walk to everything. Lourenço was great about checking in and providing restaurant recommendations. there's also a small market right across the street which was very handy when we needed some snacks or drinks.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Der große, schöne Wohnraum lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensein nach einem anstrengenden Stadttag ein. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Schlafzimmer und das zweite Bad sind sehr klein, aber der große Wohnraum gleicht das wieder aus. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, wenn man es mag, durch die Stadt zu schlendern. Eine Bushaltestelle und eine Metro-Station ist ziemlich direkt vor dem Haus und auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nicht weit. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit dort verbracht. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wow this was such a gem to stay at - location could not be better. Kitchen, laundry, fridge/freezer/microwave and 2 bed/2 bath setup made this really work out great for our family. We appreciated the high chair and crib that was provided - so useful thank you. We noted some minor damage to furniture when we arrived from previous tenants, likely will just need to be replaced as things wear out from Airbnb use. Amenities worked, except the dryer didn’t dry very well compared to American dryers and we ended up hang drying everything- keep that in mind with timing if you have to leave the next day. Could also use English instructions / translation on the appliances to assist but we could google translate everything without much trouble. Another thing I’d suggest is that travelers bring with them a some TP, paper towels, and trash bags. Saves some $ and can leave behind room for souvenirs. This is for any airbnb though. We would definitely stay again. Location was fantastic

I stayed there with my elderly parents. Place is very central to everything and walkable, building has elevator. Restaurants are on the street, there is small supermarket, but it’s overpriced. I found great supermarket within 6 minutes walking from apartment and got everything from there. Large kitchen and nice living room. We loved to have breakfast there all together. Be aware that one bathroom is really small. One bedroom has twin bed and kind of bare walls with no art. It was fine for us, but if you have 2 couples you may not be able to stay there. It seems that whole building is for rent, so some walls in the hallway are tired and some floors as well. They do not have shampoo, and no paper towels so bring or buy your own. Overall we loved our stay there.

We loved our stay in Lisbon! The AirBnB was incredibly centrally located and easy to get to by metro, bus, or even ferry with a lot of great restaurants and cafes in walking distance. This was a great home base for us to explore the city and we had a very comfortable stay.

Lovely spacious apartment. It had everything we needed and is in a great location. There were lots of restaurants in the street, and though it was busy in the evenings you couldn’t hear much noise at all which was great as we had young kids with us. Would recommend and would look at staying again in the future.

Great location in the heart of Lisbon! Surrounded by hundreds of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores, major attractions were all walkable. Even though the restaurant crowd could be loud, once you close the shutters on the apartment windows, the place becomes peacefully quiet! It’s the best being in the middle of all the happenings but being able to retreat for a quiet break! The apartment is clean, spacious, and has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Our hosts were extremely helpful with recommendations and setting up our private transport to and from the airport. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The airbnb was beautiful, location was fantastic and having restaurants available from breakfast to dinner was perfect! The place was clean, lots of extra sheets, and we loved that they had a prepared cot for our 1 year old. We could've used a couple fridge essentials and a welcome note. Also the WIFI was completely down for the first couple days of our stay, the lock code did not work at all and so we had to use a single key amongst 3 of us. Overall the location and spaciousness was the best part and thank you to Lourenco for hosting our wonderful visit to beautiful Lisboa!

Beautiful apartment, very good location! well soundproofed, even if it is on a street with lots of restaurants and movements ( no cars though), you cannot hear anything with the windows closed. Very peaceful and beautiful light. Also very nice restaurant recommendations. Minor problem to get into the apartment with the code, but it was quickly fixed over the phone, very responsive host.

We were extremely pleased with Lourenco’s place. It was clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. It was easy to find, easy to check in, and it’s in a secure building. The location was perfect with close access to a metro station, and plenty of restaurants, shops, and a market in the area. Lourenco communicated well, was responsive to all of our questions, and he gave us restaurant and entertainment recommendations. He also booked a ride service for us for our return to the airport. He followed up with us after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We were very happy staying here and would stay here again!

Le logement de Lorenzo est très bien situé à proximité du métro, bus et tramway (et cela reste facile d'accès avec une valise puisque le bâtiment dispose d'un ascenceur) mais reste incroyablement calme. La pièce de vie est très grande et lumineuse tres agreable pour se poser après une journée de decouverte. Il y a une salle de bain et une salle d'eau, une chambre avec un lit 2 places et 1 chambre avec un lit gigogne. C'est idéal pour un couple avec 2 enfants comme nous ou pour 3 adultes. L'accès à L'appartement se fait de manière autonome grâce à des instructions très claires. Il y a une petite supérette face au logement un peu chère mais qui permet d'acheter de l'eau ou autres boissons. Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix et espérons y revenir un jour...

Die Wohnung liegt ideal, um die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten Lissabons zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Obwohl es in einer belebten Gegend mit vielen Restaurants liegt, ist es bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr ruhig. Die einzige negative Erfahrung haben wir mit dem von den Vermietern organisierten Shuttledienst von und zum Flughaben gemacht. Vereinbart war für die 2 Fahrten ein Betrag von 65 Euro, dieser war bar zu begleichen. Bei der Fahrt zur Wohnung hatten wir lediglich 100-Euro-Scheine bei uns, der Fahrer hatte kein Wechselgeld bei sich. Deshalb übergaben wir ihm 100 Euro und vereinbarten, dass wir 30 Euro Restgeld am Abreisetag bei der Rückfahrt zum Flughafen retour erhalten. Leider hatte an diesem Tag der Fahrer das Wechselgeld wieder nicht dabei, wir vereinbarten, dass das Geld an uns überwiesen wird. Das Geld haben wir bis heute leider nicht erhalten.

Die Wohnung von Lourenço war für uns der perfekte Rahmen für ein paar schöne Tage in Lissabon : sehr stilvoll sanierter Altbau, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, fantastische Lage mit sehr guter Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe,… Gerade weil wir mit dem Wetter zum Teil etwas Pech hatten bot uns und den Kindern die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung viel Raum uns rundum wohl zu fühlen… Gerne wieder!!

Vi havde nogle dejlige dage i den fine lejlighed. Den ligger så dejligt på en lille gågade, tæt på alt, men det føltes stadig roligt og hyggeligt. Lejligheden var rummelig og som beskrevet, og der var god aircon. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold, som vi anbefaler til andre.

This location is fantastic! We came here in March and it was close to walk to Lisbon’s main strip, yet so quiet, 2 blocks from Metro, very easy to navigate to, with restaurants nearby. This apartment has a clothes washer which is very nice and the host provided washing pods. So nice to have clean clothes! Gorgeous tall windows, shutters block out light for a deep sleep, but can be fully opened for fresh air. 2 bathrooms was very nice for our family. My first time traveling to Portugal and I didn’t realize all hotels and Airbnb host will ask for everyone’s passport. Although I initially hesitated, I learned this was standard operating procedures. We were very happy with this Airbnb stay and would go back.

This is the perfect place for 3 - 4 people to explore Lisbon. Very central, no hills to climb, Uber available just around the corner and lots of places to eat / drink around. The place is exactly as described and very neat and clean.

È la seconda volta che, nel giro di pochi mesi, ritorno con la mia famiglia a Lisbona e come alloggio ho nuovamente scelto quello di Lourenço. Basterebbe questo per capire la mia valutazione. Confermo quanto avevo scritto in precedenza. Bell’alloggio, ben arredato con un ampio soggiorno. Il palazzo, molto ben ristrutturato è situato in una posizione magnifica per poter raggiungere a piedi i principali punti di interesse. Ovviamente, nel caso dovessi ritornare in questa magnifica città, non avrei dubbi nello scegliere un’altra volta questa bella casa.

Would highly recommend this place as your base in Lisbon. it is well located and walking distance to central Baixa and Alfama. there is a convenience shop opposite the Airbnb where you can get your daily necessities including instant noodles, fruits, etc. Along this street, there are some restaurants and cafe (our favourite breakfast place is Basilio next door). The place is exactly as advertised in the photos, with a spacious and bright living room and nice view of sunset and sunrise. only 10 mins walk to Commercio square for sunrise. it is also easy to get an uber/bolt around the corner, on the main street. Clean towels and blankets were provided, and cleanliness was good for the bathtub, toilet seats, and beds. However, cleanliness can be improved on bathroom floors and some corners in the house. Rooms were a bit small as mentioned by other guests but it was sufficient for family of 3 and soundproofing is good for a deep sleep. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking as well.

Todo genial! Ibamos 2 adultos y 2 niños y hemos estado muy comodos, la casa esta super bien ubicada para moverte andando por el centro, cerca de metro y paradas de tranvia y autobus. Hay un monton de restaurantes en los alrededores. A pesar de estar centrica no se oyen ruidos ya que tien buenas ventanas y contraventanas. La cocina esta bien equipada con todo lo necesario. Nosotros ibamos en coche y en la calle es dificil aparcar pero habia un parking a 5minutos abierto 24h donde lo podias dejar a 25€/dia. En general muy contentos y repetiriamos sin duda.

To say this apartment was accurately listed is not enough. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Those ceilings and windows! The location could not be beat. Lisbon is very walkable from here and if you choose to Bolt/Uber you can get picked up immediately around the corner. Very easy! There are several restaurants right on the block and a mini-market across the street for beverages, snacks, and toilet paper. We did have a hiccup getting into the apartment, the keyless entry was not working. But Lourenco and his team responded immediately to our text and we got the SOS key. Our only issue was that we had only 1 key between both couples. Our only other minor issue was the beds. The trundle bed was made up as a single. We took extra pillows from the other room and found a sheet and comforter in the closet. Problem solved! I can say that we were very impressed with the apartment overall. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing accommodation. First the instructions were very clear, it was very easy to find the flat. The buildings entrance is nice and clean. Flat was very clean, and looked exactly like on photos. Bathrooms were both nice as well. Enough of towels provided. Beds comfortable and big enough. Big kitchen and a lovely big table. AC worked very well. Flat is spacious. Location of the accommodation is amazing. Great restaurants around. There is also a lift which can be helpful. Host communicated nicely, provided us with great tips. We had a great stay and if we come back to Lisabon, it will definitely be to this flat!

Great apartment in Alfama. So many things only a short walk away, you are still in the heart of things here. Great restaurants and a mini supermarket just outside the apartment. Inside the apartment it’s quiet, clean and spacious. Hosts were super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend staying in this apartment and area!

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious apartment in an amazing location. Would absolutely recommend. Only issue we had is the washer/dryer was difficult to use (and really doesn't dry clothing), and the handle ended up breaking when I tried to open it after a wash. I am planning to pay for the repair. Host was able to get technician to help us get out laundry out eventually. I think as long as your don't care about using the laundry ( combo washer/dryer), everything else was excellent.

Very beautiful place perfectly located: great restaurants next door, The pictures tell the truth. Lisbon walkable at your doorsteps. Still quiet at night though as there is no through traffic. Lourenço and Mafalda were always super responsive within minutes. Highly recommended for a stay in Lisbon.

This area was perfect for our stay. We wanted something private but also walkable to things. The pictures were accurate. Lots of light, high ceilings and a beautiful newly furnished space. Lourenço and his team were so kind and very easy to communicate with. They gave perfect instructions to get into the building and also provided great recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend it.

The location is fantastic! The space is quite large with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. There is also a pullout couch that we realized late in the stay. One thing to note is the beds are smaller and one bedroom has a twin with a pullout bed underneath. The temperature control is great and the windows open to see local restaurants, coffee shops and the river. Lourenco was rapidly responsive and gave great recommendations for locations to visit. One thing to note was the difficulty entering the apartment upon arrival, but the battery on the lock was replaced during our stay. Additionally, there were four of us on the trip and only three towels were left for us. We alerted Lourenco and his coworker and the additional set of towels was provided the following day.

This was the perfect place for our family trip - quiet, clean, cool - located in a great area and easy to get everywhere by metro. We could just walk outside to get coffee, a drink or something to eat at any of the sidewalk cafes on our block. We loved it.

L’alloggio è molto bello, ben tenuto con un ampio soggiorno. In definitiva é come nelle foto. La sua posizione è ideale, tra il quartiere di Alfama e la Baixa, per visitare a piedi le parti più caratteristiche della città. Comunicare con l’host è stato semplice e non ha mancato di darci preziose indicazioni. Che dire, dovessi ritornare a Lisbona non avrei dubbi, se disponibile, a soggiornare di nuovo in questo bell’appartamento. The home is very nice, well maintained with a large living room. Ultimately it is as in the photos. Its location is ideal, between the Alfama district and the Baixa, to visit, by foot, the most characteristic parts of the city. Communicating with the host was simple and he did not fail to give us valuable information. What to say, if I were to return to Lisbon, I would have no doubts, if available, to stay again in this beautiful apartment.

A estadia no espaço de Lourenço foi bastante agradável. O espaço está localizado numa região central da Lisboa antiga. O mesmo é próximo a diferentes restaurantes, bares e atrações turísticas de Lisboa, permitindo a realização de caminhadas até os mesmos. O apartamento foi reformado para funcionar com uma hospedagem para o AirBnb, estando com janelas com vidros antiruídos e ar-condicionado central, sendo os mesmos essenciais para tornar o lugar silencioso e ameno nos dias quentes de verão de Lisboa. A sala é ampla e integrada com uma cozinha, possui janelas grandes e amplas com uma linda vista das janelas da frente. Os quartos apesar de não serem grandes, são bastante confortáveis e há armários para guardar roupas e pertences. Um ótimo lugar para se ficar em Lisboa, permitindo que se esteja no centro do movimento mas ao mesmo tempo em um local confortável e silencioso. Esperamos voltar!

Eltern- und Kinder-Schlafzimmer für 2 Kinder (10 und 14 J.) ziemlich klein. Aber sonst schön grosszügig. Was sehr toll ist, sind die zwei Badezimmer. Es ist eine sehr schöne und lichtdurchflutete Wohnung. Obwohl die Wohnung in einer sehr belebten Umgebung liegt, ist sie sehr ruhig mit sehr guten Fenstern welche Schalldicht sind. Wir waren auch sehr froh um die Klimaanlage. Direkt vor dem Haus-Eingang hat es einen kleinen Mini-Market mit den wichtigsten Sachen.

We loved this place, so beautiful and the living area very spacious with high ceilings and lots of windows. It is in an excellent location in the heart of Lisbon surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. Even though there is a great deal of activity going on outside, when the windows are closed with the shutters you cannot hear it. The AC works great. The kitchen is large and well stocked. Check in and out was very easy. The hosts were always available to support in any way. A beautiful place to stay in a beautiful city!

We had a great stay! The place looked exactly like the photos. It was easy to get into and comfortable, and we enjoyed the location right by several restaurants and the waterfront. The host was also very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great stay at Laurenco's place. Our hosts were very helpful, responsive and flexible. The apartment is bright and airy and we loved the living room with its tall windows and shutters. The first evening we were there, I fell badly and needed multiple stitches on my knee. Had to go by ambulance to the hospital on the night of one of the biggest street parties in Lisbon (many streets were closed). After 5 hrs in the hospital we could not get a taxi back to the apartment as we had US phone numbers and drivers could not SMS us. At 11:30 pm, our hosts contacted a taxi driver who texted them and they relayed messages to us for over an hour just so we could get transportation back. This was above and beyond and we really appreciated their help. The location is great, lots of restaurants, a supermercado right outside their door for essentials and you can walk to the waterfront. Just be careful on cobblestone streets! :) Would highly recommend.

This Airbnb is a perfect home away from home while spending time in Lisbon ! It was exactly as advertised and the Airbnb host was excellent with getting back to us when we had any questions! It was clean, quiet , safe and had tons of room. It’s also the perfect location while visiting downtown Lisbon! Since our stay we have had a few friends reach out to ask about where to stay in Lisbon and we will definitely be recommending this Airbnb .

O apartamento do Lourenço fica super bem localizado ,tem elevador ,ar condicionado e muito bem equipado. Quartos confortáveis e um isolamento acústico maravilhoso ,não se escuta nada da rua . Lençol ,toalhas ,tudo super limpo e de boa qualidade . A única coisa que aconteceu foi que a televisão não estava funcionando no período em que estivemos lá e com uma criança de 6 anos fez falta . Ele mandou uma pessoa para olhar mas mas não conseguiram resolver . Super recomendo esse local !

Wonderful apartment. Great design good furniture. Quiet yet in the center of things . Super sunny . Modern open space yet warm contemporary interior . A few things to consider for future stay , TV was not able to make it function. Solid location. Open plaza in front and river views makes it even more desirable . Thank You Lourenco

We had a fantastic stay at Laurenco's place - the photos don't do it justice! The apartment is spacious and bright, with high ceilings and shutters that blackout all the light when closed - great for our young children. Great location - right next to the metro station and bus stop, just round the corner from the main plaza and with lovely views over the water. Lots of options for eating out on your doorstep. Apartment was lovely and clean and beds were comfortable. Laurenco was an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again.

the apt located in a neighbor ,close to everything . the best place in order to explore Lisbon. It is bright ,comfortable,with brand new equipment. The two bathrooms are extremely convenient ,for more than two guests . Bedrooms are bright ,but with limited space. Over all, the apt is an excellent choice for a family of 4. Many thanks to Lourenco and Malfada . Even without their physical presence ,they give us tips for their city and in general we felt ,that they are there for us.

Fantastic apartment. Very well located. Could walk to most parts. Great restaurants just as soon as you step out of apartment yet the apartment is very quiet. The living room/dining room space is fantastic. Airy, bright and design furniture. Would definitely recommend the place. Lourenco and Mafalda were very responsive with great suggestions. We would definitely go back.

The flat is beautiful, perfectly located and corresponds to the description provided by the host. It has a big living/kitchen area, two small bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a sea-view from the living room. Although in a busy location, the flat is well protected from noise and one sleeps very well. There is a lot of natural light which makes it very pleasant. The reason I am not giving a full 5 stars to this flat is just because it needs small maintenance and some details should be improved.
