We were traveling with a toddler so we wanted to stay in a family friendly neighborhood with easy access to all the sites. After a ton of research, this was the block we wanted to stay on and it totally delivered! Best playground in Lisbon at Estrella park/garden right through the gate at the end of the road, lots of young families (and English speaking partly because of the British embassy nearby), trolly stop 2 blocks away, nice restaurants and cafes, and a short walk to Principe Real, Sao Bento, and Campo de Ourique. As for the place, the building has good bones, place is spacious, open balcony with glimpse of the river. Some of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment are showing wear / are broken - a problem with IKEA that looks nice but doesn’t last long or heavy use unfortunately. We really enjoyed our stay. Short but very sweet stay. It all went well. The location is great (very residential area), and the apartment is pretty much as they say it is. Even nicer I’d say. Ideal for 2 people, can accommodate 3, but not super well (adults).

Lorenco's place was perfect for us. Loads of room, dressing room and lots of hangers. Our stay was 3 nights. We have already booked again for 4 nights in a few weeks. The location is great, hilly so you get your exercise. Parking is limited but we found a car park. Kitchen is very well equipped with sharp knives too. A cute balcony with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast, the sun comes streaming through. We are coming back so that says it all.

This is a lovely flat - super quiet and tastefully decorated. It’s just out of the crazy touristic centre but close enough to walk. Really liked it. Fast enough WiFi for working too.

Stunning apartment- we loved our stay here! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. There were thoughtful extras and we really liked having the balcony to sit out on. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Lisbon!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der tollen Wohnung von Lourenco! Die Wohnung war hell, sauber, gut ausgestattet, ruhig und gemütlich. Wir haben jeden Morgen unser Frühstück auf dem Balkon genossen! :-) es gibt viele Cafés, Restaurant und einen hübschen Park in der Umgebung. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem uber oder der Strassenbahn. Auch Supermärkte und kleine Läden sind in der Umgebung. Laurenco & Teresa waren immer für uns erreichbar und haben uns Empfehlungen und Tipps gegeben. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks. Everything was great: • Convenient location • Quiet neighborhood, even though it’s in the city center • Small balcony with views of Lisbon’s rooftops • All necessary household appliances There were three of us: my wife, my daughter, and I. I recommend it.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful apartment. It is in a lovely quiet and charming neighbourhood that is easy walking distance from the centre of town and the 28 tram stop is at the end of the road. The big living room and the balcony provided us with excellent spaces to relax in between exploring the city. The kitchen had everything we needed too. Would really recommend this as a place from which to explore Lisbon.

We had a great stay in Lourenço’s wonderful apartment and really enjoyed our time in Lisbon! The location of the place is really good with a beautiful park (Jardim da Estrela) and tram stations very close by. Although some of the furniture and kitchen equipment might need to be updated, all the essentials were provided. The communication with Lourenço was very friendly and helpful – thank you very much!

Hallo Lourenco, vielen Dank für die freundliche, hilfreiche und schnelle Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts in Lissabon. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung, liegt wirklich extrem ruhig und war sehr sauber. Die Tram 28E ist um die Ecke. Wir haben es sehr genossen, jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus zu beobachten. Die Matratze ist für Menschen, die wie ich gerne auf einer harten schlafen, recht weich. Aber ich denke, sie ist ein gutes Mittelmaß, da es nun mal nicht den einen Härtegrad gibt, der allen gefällt:) Da wir uns morgens nur einen Kaffee gemacht und sonst auswärts gegessen haben, kann ich nichts über die Kücheneinrichtung sagen. Ich kann die Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße, Karin

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Die Gegend ist einfach super und wir haben viele tolle Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe gehabt. Auch war die Innenstadt durch einen Spaziergang super zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Balkon war wunderbar sonnig zum Frühstücken und in der Küche haben wir alles gefunden was wir gebraucht haben. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen, es hätte im allgemeinen etwas sauberer in der Küche sein dürfen als wir ankamen und Klopapier, Öl, Mülltüten waren nicht ausreichend für die Dauer unseres Besuchs vorhanden. Das Sofa hat leider schon einige Flecken aufgewiesen und im Teppich waren noch Krümel der Vorgänger. Alles in allem würden wir aber auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Danke :)

Apartment was in a quiet area and was easy to find. The host was really responsive and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable, but echoing a few of the other reviews, we found the kitchen to not be very well equipped and a the living room chair was broken.

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement, décoré avec goût. Dans ce quartier paisible, vous accédez rapidement au centre ville à pied ou par le tram. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la beauté du lieu et les instructions d’arrivée et de départ était particulièrement claires. Je recommande ! (Et je reviendrai ?)

The flat is situated in a fantastic location with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The interior of the flat is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Lourenco's place is in a great part of town. It's right next to a beautiful park, tram stop and is walkable to many great cafes, antique stores and markets. We enjoyed the balcony off the back of the apartment and felt we had plenty of space for 2 people. Both the street and apartment were incredibly quiet.

It's a good place to stay in Lisbon for a few days. It is not new but you can find everything you need for comfort. Heaters in the rooms help not to feel cold in winter. A lot of cafes and bars are nearby. As well as a park and fish market

My stay at Lourenco’s was okay. Communication was easy. The apartment is nice, big and well located though the TV was broken and not repaired. Also the kitchen is not very functioning, it lacks equipment. I found it wasn’t as cleaned as it needed to be (stains on the walls, bathroom a bit old). A bit too expensive for what it is.

Het was een fijne plek. Helaas was de host niet meedenkend voor een late check out, omdat er nieuwe gasten zouden komen. Wat natuurlijk begrijpelijk is. Na meerdere oplossingen te hebben voorgesteld om onze spullen tot de nieuwe check in tijd te laten staan gingen zij akkoord. De communicatie hierin verliep ook erg stroef en voelde niet gastvrij. Tot onze verbazing toen wij om 14.50 terug kwamen was er nog geen schoonmaker geweest en troffen we het appartement precies aan zoals wij achter hebben gelaten. Dit gaf ons geen prettig en eerlijk laatste gevoel over de host.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gut geschnitten, mit einem kleinen separierten Bereich, den man als Arbeitszimmer oder als zweites Schlafzimmer nutzen kann, und mit einem Balkon. Die Gegend ist leise, etwas gehoben, Ausgehviertel sind in der Nähe. Das einzige, was nicht ganz geklappt hat, war die Kommunikation. Wir haben um extra Handtücher und ähnliches gebeten, wobei die Verständigung etwas schwierig war, was uns erst nach vier Tagen geliefert wurde. Sonst haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Our stay at Mafalda and Lourenco's apt was really lovely, we had everything we needed and would definitely love to stay again! It was such a great location too, right next to the most amazing park and only a 25 min walk into the centre! The shower was great and the kitchen was so well stocked, it was probably the most well-stocked Airbnb we've seen. Both Mafalda and Lourenco were super responsive hosts and the lovely balcony and double room with great storage space were great! There was an abundance of towels and bedding, and also Netflix and Prime available on the TV for a chill movie night. However, for future we wouldn't book it as a 2 bedroomed apt. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable at all ? but the sofa in the living room was, so we managed! Muito obrigado!

The apt was great especially for a 5 day stay. Cute kitchen that was perfect for morning coffee and pastries on the balcony. There is a supermarket (not just a mini market) about a 10 minute walk past the British embassy. Wifi was dependable, bed was very comfortable and there was a nice separate work space. The fact that there was a washing machine was a huge plus and our hosts were very responsive with instructions. The location was awesome. The #28 tram at the end of the street took you right into the heart of old town and allowed you to avoid the hill walking back at night. There is a cute park very close with a playground and where people were having exercise classes on the weekend. The apt really made our stay in Lisboa special

The location is great, there are many places eat close by. It’s a very nice neighbourhood. It is also around 25 minutes to walk to Chiado, and it’s close to the train and tram. The home is very spacious, and lovely, and since we’re there at the peak of summer, we’re really thankful for the fans in the home.

Die Wohnung von Lourenco befindet sich in einer ruhigen Strasse abseits des Trubels, trotzdem ist man zu Fuss sehr schnell an den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Lissabon. Ebenso sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants und Parks in der Nähe. Das Appartament selbst ist sehr praktisch geschnitten und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und Lourenco war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber!

Logement correspond aux photos, il est bien situé, rue calme et pourtant accès rapide à plusieurs bons restaurants, des commerces, un grand magnifique parc à 2 minutes de marche, le fameux tram 28 au coin de la rue! Le ménage était correct. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

We liked the appartment, it's as in the pictures, comfortable bed, cute balcony. The street is quiet and the bedroon faces to the back which makes sleeping extra quiet. A few furniture items would need some attention, but we didn't mind. The TV was broken, which was a bit sad since we wanted to watch a World Cup final, and it wasn't replaced in our five days. The location was good since we prefer being not right in the middle of the tourism buzz but in a more normal neighbourhood.
